I do not know exactly understand what you want to achieve, sorry! Please notice that you should turn off all the thumbs which you do not use on your website. If you will turn off such a thumbs and then if you will use blocks which are using that thumbs you will bring a message with the required images size in a placeholder.

It seems the thumbnail for block 13 is misleading. As it shows 4 elements on 2 columns but block 13 never showed content on 2 columns. Here is how it will show up: https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-13/

@kfx if you do not like our approach to the new page builder, you can simply deactivate it and use VC as before. The tagdiv composer can be deactivated at any time from the plugins section.

Hey, I am trying to create a home page like the one in Gadgets Demo. I first tried to import the demo but for some reason my page keeps loading for a few minutes even after content is loaded. So, I uninstalled the demo and now i am trying to build it. Here are some problems that i am unable to fix so please help me with that.
– How do I remove the distance between header menu and first content block?
– What if the font being used in Gadgets demo?
– Main Menu hover color doesn’t change and there is no option of hover color in Theme Panel > Theme Colors > Main Menu (under header). The option Active and Hover color changes the color of whole block but i just want to change the text color like in Gadgets demo.
– How do I make sure that different blocks will not show same content?

Hi, Hope you are fine, currently i have had a lot of issue with the theme on my site – kenyannews.co.ke. I had the index.php generating alot of processes on my server. We tried to solve the issue with my host we could not, upon changing the theme the processes disappeared. so i deleted everything on the server and database, i have been setting the theme again and all does not seem well, like i was creating a page and a link with this format came up. https://kenyannews.co.ke/index.php/latest/
other issue are like the default color of the theme is white, eg the block titles are white instead of the default color, etc
Hi, I am making a home page where a block X appears with a certain filter and shows 10 more current articles, then I put another block Y, and then again I put the block X with 10 other articles, but I want it to continue where the first block X concluded, therefore, that it continues with article 11.

I noticed that block 1 menu items are shown alphabetically. If i use block 1 second time it still has the same menu. Can i change the first 4 menu items bettween “All” and “More” menu items?
Also i dont want to show some categories in “All” How can i do that?

I updated both NP and VC to the latest version. But now my homepage margins are totally off. The VC rows have totally different left and right margins than text or divs not in rows (and this never happened before). Also, I have a separator line on the homepage – the code is [vc_separator color="custom" style="dashed" border_width="4" accent_color="#5aa1e3"] – but it appears light gray and not blue also with a lot of additional spacing. 2 updates ago the line broke, but was fixed in the prior to V8 update. Also, Block Header #1 doesn’t show on this update. So basically a lot of screwy things with this update. Thanks.

My CSS hack did not work, it removed the author information in the same block.
When I place block 13 in a full-size row, instead of showing two news as the icon indicates, only one new comes out. I use the business template. Is it right?
Hi there, I am using the categories settings area on the theme panel in order to change the pagination style to a Load More button. However when I choose between these 2 options here highlighted in this video: http://recordit.co/T6MMuhKb9X I can see any different between these 2 options here:
– infinite loading
-infinite loading + load more
both these options seem to act as infinite loading without the Load More button. I think this could be a bug as I would love to just have the LOAD MORE button and when clicked the list then generates via the infinite loading.
This works in the block in the visual composer plugin.
Any feedback on this would be great. Thanks James

It seems to be a strange issue. Your photo is stretched incorrectly. Please provide your website so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. After this, please remove all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Notice that behavior does not happen on the default theme, without any untested plugins. I have tested on my side and this block seems to work as expected, without any problems.

Please notice that our excerpts feature will take the text from your first content of your post and will display in your page, after the thumbnails of your modules/blocks. Notice that you can handle the length of it if you will change the number of size in Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Wsv6WqfgO From panel you can control the parameters of this feature. Also, notice that in the first part of your posts, if you will have some links or any others Facebook Posts, the theme will not recognize it and that’s why you will bring the URL of these, sorry!
If you want to develop this feature and change the Excerpts functionality, you should edit the theme core file where this function is made and add your custom code. As a hint, you should edit the get_excerpt() function from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/VSgCS3EKqI Notice that function is too sensible and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take, in this case, you simply break the code, sorry! Otherwise, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

this is the error that appear, after i remove td-composer from the plugins then it start working. Any idea? I couldnt even go to the backend of wordpress with that plugin on

I’m experiencing issues with “Homepage post” block images when trying to resize the screen. It appears to be a responsive problem.
It appears that when I use wide photos I have problems, but with square images it works ok.
This is an example when I adjust the window explorer:

I was wondering if you guys have an idea. Is it because of the photo resolution and size? If I crop it and make it square I don’t have any issues.
