I have checked your website and I have noticed that you have not the featured video set it from theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/wDrk14VdzE Please ensure that you have set it your desired video as Featured video and also make sure that your theme is not influenced by some untested plugins which can cause some errors in the theme. Try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. That is the only option available that lets you control the post number. Maybe you have cache on your website and/or cdn. Please clear your cache and reset cdn files if you use it after you change settings to see if they apply.
If they still do not apply, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer as there might be a plugin conflict that interferes with this setting.

I have checked your website and I saw your strange errors to page 43. However, I suspect this odd issue to come from your untested plugins which you are using in the theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible that your plugins to interfere with our theme and creates this type of issue. Please try my advice and check after this your page 43 and check if your problem persists there.

Yes, I’ve enabled the post view counter now but I still see a misalignement between the 7 days most popular posts http://screencast.com/t/ROekx1m5sFr (the first of which is http://screencast.com/t/hNQ2Ewzf) and what is shown on my home page (please see http://screencast.com/t/HrpMna5Q0kA). What could be the problem?
Now I’ve cleaned the cache In Settings->Wordpress Popular Posts and obviously I’ve lost my 24h, 7 and 30 days statistics but, before the cache cleaning I can assure you that the first 7 days most viewed post had more that 8500 visits and it still wasn’t displayed in the home page in the section “PIU’ VISTI” (i.e. 7 days most viewed posts); moreover the “eye icon” on that post shown that we had only 24 visits: why?
Endly, WPP stats is a wordpress facility why I’m forced to show to surfers the post counts (which could be a secret information) in order to use the 7 days post filter on blocks?

I am not sure why this happens as we didn’t received a similar report so far.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using and test again. Also check in browser’s console if there are any errors related with the theme when you save the settings on category.

I have checked your website and I saw that your social counter are working properly now. If your problem reappears, please follow the guide below and try to set up as properly ->>
In order to achieve best results, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. After you have done this, please consult the guide below and then check your social counter and see how it works.
1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.7. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.7 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.

Hm. Prefer to do this as a function, by de-enqueuing the hook, and I think I “might” have that sorted. And of course we don’t want anything minified by a plugin as we do that properly for static files for both js and css ahead of time …

We will be using WP Super Cache for this particular in house project.
I think I might have it sorted by doing a de-enqueue function, de-register, in functions.php — so just need to test that.
Have 99% on GTMetrix and down to 1.1 sec with photo and https but no caching plugin! — but only 92 desktop and 78 mobile on Google’s PageSpeed Insights test directly, due to the pesky render blocking crap. If I can get that damn last css file to footer, I’ll be in the home stretch.
Trying really hard to get WordPress to be as fast as our static main part of site where we have 100/100 out of all 3 tests with Google PSI. I’ll get there!! 🙂
If you are using “W3 total cache” or whiling to start you can do it with it.
Go to Performane – Minify (don’t worry no need to minify them), insert the url of the css and choose embed to footer from the dropdown.
That’s it.
You can do it for any css or js in the page.

1) I have disabled all plugins (except visual composer)
2) I have modified the .htaccess file to include

3) I have regenerated the font through https://icomoon.io/app
4) I have cleared the cache
….none of those have worked!

you know what I was doing to test (sure signs I need a long vacation from this stuff …. )
I was viewing the initial page, noting the view, going to amp version, then hitting back button, and going “how come it didn’t incrmenet” when obviously the back button goes back to browser cache version not new page visit.
LOL!
Using it via the actual post edit screen to see updated views, it does seem to be working.
So, guess I’m not as smart as I think I am! 🙂

I’ve finally found the root cause of the missing content. External / custom caching.
Forced every cache to null and it works.

You are not doing anything wrong. It’s simply the cache. If you use a caching plugin or a cdn server, then the pages are getting cached and served from the cache. It’s recommended to clear cache after changing settings in the theme panel so you can see the effects immediately.

On your homepage the image is not the problem but the block itself.

Somehow the block width is getting altered. Your block no longer has the default width.
Please revert the theme to it’s default state and check your block again. If you have no modifications you know of, it could be a plugin issue so please also try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.

Please create your own topic if you have font issues. Please provide details to what this issue is so we can inspect it and check if there is truly a theme related issue (most likely not as the fonts were tested over and over again and we have no reports of font bugs) Please disable all your plugins and clear caches then check the fonts again. The rss plugin you use is not tested so we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our theme.

It should work with older theme versions also, however I can’t say for sure since I have only tested this on a latest version copy. I’ve also checked your site though I found that the counter is actually incrementing well now so I guess it’s working for you too.
Not sure if that was the case for you but you should also consider that using cache might affect this so you should make sure you test this without having caching on.
