Hi,
I saw that on your website the document.write() comes from ads -> https://i.imgur.com/VEqbB7t.png
The page loading speed can depend on many factors, and each website is unique from this point of view. Let me explain some of these factors and maybe they give you some starting points for optimizing your website. A good choice for the page speed, could be the mobile layout which contains fewer elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
There are many optimization guides provided by our users here in the forum, some made by us; you could check some of them

Also, pagespeed is not covered by support -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
If you use Wp Rocket, you can try to exclude the following files
/jquery-?[0-9.](.*)(.min|.slim|.slim.min)?.js
/jquery-migrate(.min)?.js
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
tdBlocksArray

Hello @ajayrijh !

Hello Manuela!
I recommend you to have and use only one builder with our theme (the tagdiv Composer).
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hello support I tried very hard to speed up my website, but despite trying various plugins and not receiving any help, I recently activated CloudFlare’s full-page cache, which significantly improved my site’s speed. I don’t care much about the Google Page Speed Insights score, as I’ve seen sites with high scores having poor Core Web Vitals performance while sites with low scores load fast. Now, my main issue is that the featured image on my site takes a long time to load. Could you please suggest a way to make it load instantly? Thank you all in advance for your help.
Yes it is to mention that I am using WP super cache plugin and all the settings I have done which is recommended by newspaper official and some third party users.
Hello Samiullah !
In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Or you can use the element called “Ad Box” from TagDiv Composer, and there you need to add the ads: https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Hello!

Hello Tony!
There is no other link on your menu items. Please clear all your cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please open the console when you try to edit it.
I think you will have a 403 or 404 error, so please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/wp-editor-for-text-with-title-and-column-text-not-updating-content/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, clear/purge all cache.
Thank you!
I’m not able to edit any mobile templates in TD Composer. I’ve removed, cleared the cache, and re-installed the theme, and all plugins. But still, the issue persists.
Moreover, the header from my mobile pages disappeared. In my desktop templates, I edited the templates and created a new header template but for mobile templates, I can’t do anything it always sticks on loading(rounding) image.
Hello @anubis60 !
Delete all the cache and try again. They should display well if there is not a plugin conflict.
Thank you!
Hello!
Make sure that your plugins will update as well.
First of all, please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and then update the theme(recommended via FTP).
Thank you!
Hello,
Please test using the theme plugins and other plugins that are tested with it=> https://www.screencast.com/t/pvYP8ffHa clear all cache and see if the problem persists.
Also, please provide some screenshots to understand the issue better.
Thank you!
Hi,
As you suggested, I deleted the cache and also tried to remove and re-add the mobile logo and retina logo. But it still not showing. https://prnt.sc/Ms9oBJ1ycW-a
Can you please try to do this from your end?
Waiting for your response.
Thanks.
When you log in to the WordPress management screen, the display of the website when you log out is very different.
(i.e. it doesn’t show up in the original correct layout when you log out, it’s broken)
・Clearing the cache does not change the situation.
・By the way, I do not use any CDN services such as Cloudflare.
What do you think is influencing this?
For your reference:
Not all articles do. Part of it.
I set multiple templates on the cloud template management screen. (Maybe this is the cause? Is it interfering?)
I would appreciate your advice.
I discovered what it is we have W3 Total Cache plugin installed I disactivate it works now
thanks tony
Dear Support Team,
I just updated the Newsmag theme to its latest version. After clearing the cache and reloading the site, the theme seemed to have vanished.
Instead of the usual site design, the tagDiv code loaded as the homepage. Furthermore, all of the pages displayed unformatted text, rather than adhering to the established theme.
In response to this, I had to revert to a previous backup to restore the site to its condition before the theme update.
Within the WordPress Dashboard, all tabs were missing under the Newsmag menu, with the exceptions of the ‘Welcome’ and ‘Support’ tabs.
This unexpected issue was quite alarming. I am reaching out to request that you kindly review the recent update for any potential anomalies. Additionally, I would appreciate any information about similar issues experienced by other users.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Hello!
You should update the theme and plugins too.
Please execute these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
3. install TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
4. activate TagDiv Composer & Cloud Library
Delete all the cache and let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello Tagdiv,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I am facing in the new version of Newspaper 12.5.
Whenever I click on the “Load More” button at the post loop, an Ajax error is displayed in the console. I have attempted to resolve this by disabling the cache plugin, so it seems that the issue is not related to the cache.
Could you kindly assist me with resolving this problem? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you and best regards,

even if i deactivate and remove the cache from the tagdiv plugins. will i get the theme back as it is wit my content in it?
Hello!
Wait till the page is fully load and these “vibrations” will disappear. Delete the cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hi,
You activate the mobile theme plugin, deactivate it, and clear the cache.
Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Suppose you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer. In that case, when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edited with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activated and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activated.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally without a cache plugin, it should update once per day, with a cache plugin it can take some more time.
Thank you!
