Hello,
This sounds like a caching issue. You can check if is a plugin conflict by checking only with the theme plugins enabled. But since you say when you are logged was working correctly, then it can also be a cache or object cache https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/.
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you have and the server.
Thank you!
Hello @satyajit3097 !
You do not need to use the Ad inserter plugin because it could be a conflict there. Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!
Hello Alessandro!
Please edit the page with the tagDiv Composer, and check if there is an element which can be deleted. If not, then please make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you!

I just activated the WP Super Cache function for mobile devices as you just advised me, and now the mobile theme is broken because it loads a version of the theme that is not the one installed, as you can see. So, I deactivate it or tell me how to solve it, thank you.
So, I removed the CSS generated by tagDiv as you advised and the website is fine now. As for the cache plugin, I used the one you recommended, which is WP Super Cache. Also, I haven’t created a mobile version. The desktop version is now live and also acts as the mobile version. Now I ask you if it’s better to use a single version for both desktop and mobile or do you recommend keeping both the mobile and desktop versions of the theme separate? Let me know, thank you.
Hello,
I saw from your screenshots that the mobile version is displayed on the desktop, this is happening when the cache plugin that you use doesn’t have the option for the mobile cache.
Also, I saw that you use the tagDiv Analyzer(beta), please remove the CSS generated and check if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello, I’m still having problems with the website. I followed your advice and deleted all the SiteGround plugins, but now the problem is that when you see the website in the backend, it looks great, so administration and production work perfectly, but on the frontend, the theme doesn’t work as you can see. Despite clearing the cache and everything else, if you could help me understand what the problem is this time, I would be grateful.

Please purge the cache a few times and check if you don’t have an object cache on the backend -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/

For a long while now I have been unable to access the WP Editor on my site. I have tried many things such as deleting ht-access, clearing cache, changing permissions on sftp but nothing has worked. Would anyone be able to help me look into it?
Hi, yes i did clear all cache, the sidebar should come after all the content has finished no?
Please check the screenshot attached.

Hello!
The sidebar is in the correct position when you check the website from a mobile phone.
Did you clear all the cache (also from your browser)?
Thank you!
I have cleared the entire cache
Hi,
If your settings are not saved, please check this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-does-not-save-only-content-of-homepage/ and try the suggestions. Also, please check the cache, and clear/purge all cache.
Thank you!
Hello,
Then please retry the above steps to reinstall the composer; this is the solution.

Hello,
sadly it still doesn’t work. I have deactivated the plugin, cleared the cache and even tried in an incognito mode (chrome) and it still only reloads the same articles.
Kind regards
