We don’t know or have to know the combination of plugins that may interfere with your theme. The best solution is to deactivate all except tagDiv ones, clear your cache and reactivate the untested plugins one by one and see which one produces the conflict.

Hi. For some reason the website is NOT showing new posts on mobile phones. The new posts DO show on PC web browsers. Is there something in the theme that could be preventing new posts to show? Is there a cache setting? I tried looking on multiple smartphones and same problem.

If you visit my website https://limettenwald.com/ on a mobilephone and then go to “Menue – Webdesign” the Categories aren’t shown. If you do the same thing again, everything is fine, but just if you do the same thing twice. But it should work at the first time.
I removed and added the category again to the menu and I also cleared the Cache. What’s the problem?

the weird thing is that I don’t use a cloud header like you wrote. I chose “no template” at Theme Panel – Header – Cloud Library Template.
Also now the website is using more than one header.The header that the frontpage http://www.annaobermeier.at is displaying, is my custom header. When going at another site like https://www.annaobermeier.at/minisessions/ – it is the “no template” header. At Safari and Firefox the same problem.
When I refresh the page with Command Shift R (without cache in Firefox) – everything works at the “No template” page. At the frontpage when refreshing like this, it’s also crashed again and looks like this: https://www.annaobermeier.at/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/Bildschirmfoto-2020-05-04-um-12.43.13.png . So it is pretty clear to me that there is a big trouble with the custom header / custom cloud header. Unfortunately it doesn’t work as you explained.

We are trying to understand how to exclude the top menu bar from the caching process. With cache activated, the weather, date and session status (login/logout) remain static. Moreover, the user info of the most recent visitor is cached, then displays to future visitors until cache is cleared. It is similar to this forum post, but it doesn’t seem to have been resolved and they don’t mention the session trouble.
We noticed the setting in the Theme Panel to exclude time/date from cache but that still leaves weather and login/logout status. Since I don’t see any other forum posts that report this problem, I expect we’re just doing something wrong. I would appreciate it if you could tell me if there is a workaround or you have any suggestions to fix this.

I have a block on the site and put as order of posts ‘last modified’, however, when I tried, modified a post, it did not come on top of the list. Is there any reason for that? I deleted cache to be sure.

Hello, for every error with td composer is same answer about plugin conflict. But since theme update, i had no plugin changes (even i disabled a very usefull cache plugin to match with td composer (i had error with text block that was just solved few days ago). So what do i do? I ‘m afraid to have these problems with tagdiv composer in any update, so i’m thinking about moving to other them. Till now, poor experience

When the mobile version is displaying on desktop, then the problem is from a cache plugin, because you are using the mobile theme plugin, the mobile layout will have a different design and most of the cache plugins do not recognize this and provide the mobile version for desktop. We recommend to use WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you want to have the same layout for mobile version, do not use the mobile theme plugin or use it but only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/rpyGetE.png

Thanks for your reply. We have the latest version of the theme. Followed your instruction of removing all Instagram related configuration and then purging the cache. We reconnect everything and put our details but its still the same.
What solved the problem is when we removed the Instagram ID in the Instagram section in “Footer Settings” under the Theme Panel. We saved the settings and surprisingly it worked. Maybe in future theme versions, you can remove that part that says,
“Note: When you enable this make sure you also enter an Instagram ID in the INSTAGRAM ID field!”. Based on our experience, we don’t need to enter the Instagram ID anymore. Thanks!

The issue is not only with the weather widget, the issue is here too with date widget.. I now have a header without weather widget but date doesn’t update… Still have this cache issue.

I remember that you had some problems with cloud templates, now I do not remember exactly if it was from some element from cloud header or not, but now as I sow you are using a cloud header and this is working correctly, also for safari just make sure that the browser and website cache is clear and it should display the same header.
