Users will be able to access the AMP version of the post only through Google search. Google will serve the page from it’s cache. That would be how Google AMP works.
The rest of the mobile website visitors will see the responsive version of the website or the mobile theme version (if the mobile theme plugin is active).
Hi there,
I have installed your ultimate patch “patch_4.5_4.6” and I have purge all caches but after installation I don’t see the thumbnails in my homepage. Why?
I had to come back the version previous with my backup because I can’t stay “offline”.
Thanks, Fabio
Hello,
Try to increase the max_execution_time like as our requirements guide. Clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello dvolatility,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you have the wrong size for your images in the blocks (featured images) -> width=”1″; height=”1″ as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ER9RgivuE This such a problem might be caused by your untested plugins, like JetPack (Photon extension). We recommend to disable all of these untested plugins, make a full backup to your database, regenerate your images using the Force Regenerate of Thumbnails Regenerate (for the moment, you can regenerate one thumb to see if the image will appear) clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Portekoi,
I guess that your images get stuck to opacity 0. This error happens due to your untested plugins used by you. Please disable all of your untested plugins (Jetpack), clear all the caches and check the results.
Let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello icej,
I have checked your website, source page and I saw that all of your resources are commented out, why? -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Hkwigr05Lpiq Also, I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please remove all of them, leave just to active only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, make sure that the theme has correctly installed via FTP way according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
I just check what you say, and normally this is not happening:

See the results https://www.screencast.com/t/Ti338m5YfnDL
Please try to clear all cache.
Thank you.
Hi,
Please be notice that we tested only a few plugins https://www.screencast.com/t/oZYW3ylY0V ,
you can try to clear all cache, re-save the permalinks, but also is possible that the plugin is not compatible with the theme.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
Thank you very much for your appreciation. We try to add new features with each update, but we have to be careful what is added however, and also what will be the consequences.
1. Can’t say I know much about live blogging. I read some articles online to see what this presumes. The theme doesn’t have such an option at the moment, we haven’t made any tests with plugins that can offer the option unfortunately. As for plans to add this in the theme, I am not aware of them.
2. For implementing infinite scrolling in the post page there are plans. This is a much requested feature and a solution will be found to add this in the theme by default, as soon as possible.
3. For caching we tested the WP Super Cache (works properly with mobile theme plugin if used), but other caching plugins may work as well.
4. So something to compare items in a table like format or similar, that is not available in the theme or composer. I can’t make any plugin recommendations unfortunately, test the plugins you can find which can offer this functionality.
Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hello jllorente25,
I have tested on my website to make an audio playlist and it seems to work as expected with TD Composer-enabled and disabled. Disabled all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. Also, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page. Hello Pcon,
It seems to be a strange problem. I have made a test on my side, using the Mobile Theme and the embedded video links on the posts seem to work as expected on mobile devices. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge CND files and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer your setup page.

Hi,
What if you try with a different browser, does the same happen? Also, if you have a caching plugin try to clear the cache and deactivate it, then check again.
Searching for this error on Google provides some suggestions, seems the issue may have multiple causes. Could be browser related, caching related etc. You could investigate along these lines.
Thanks
Hi,
Please be notice that we tested only a few plugins with our theme ( https://www.screencast.com/t/oZYW3ylY0V ).
Please read the Requirements for Newspaper, is possible to need to incise some values like WP Memory Limit.
Also please clear all cache and fore refresh your website.
In order to move the reviews at the top without cloud library you need to edit the post template you have set on posts.
Example for simple template 1

results:

Hi,
There seams to have something that block the AMP.
Please try to deactivate all plugins that are not tested with our theme, update AMP, re-save permalinks, clear all the caches and check the results.
If there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you.
Hi,
Firstly, I need to tell you guys, your support is awesome!
Ok, so we are progressing and need few features:
1) Live Blog – do we have this feature inbuilt in newspaper, if not which plugin to use that is compatible with Newspaper.
2) Infinite scroll – in articles/smart lists ( see example – https://tinyurl.com/ya7vdh94) If you see this smart list link it works like infinite article load with each slide generating new link/page view in one smooth format. Is the feature now available or any plugin which we can use for this with newspaper theme.
3) Best cache/optimisation plugin to use with Newspaper theme on shared server.
4) Is a comparision/spec sheet feature available in newspaper? (Please see example here – https://www.gsmarena.com/lenovo_z5_pro-9349.php or https://tinyurl.com/ydgkdcxh) if not, then which plugin can we use that is best compatible with Newspaper.
Thanks
SP
I deleted the M1 section on my page that listed the most recent posts with a list of categories at the top to click and update the list (with the “load more” option at the bottom), and now I just use the regular post loop option and I think that fixed it.
Something was preventing M1 from updating posts on my page on mobile devices (iphone/fire tablet). I also added Nginx Helper plugin that purges cache, maybe that had something to do with it (?). But it should have worked with your WP Super Cache plugin settings you provided to begin with. The website is https://distresssedvolatility.com. I used to be able to show multiple categories next to the latest news title, which was cool because it would load the most recent posts for each category. Now I don’t do it.

Try to delete /cache/ via FTP.
/wp-content/cache
The slidehsow / list problem was on desktop.
We were using option 1, but that didnt work properly it is buggy.
So now using option 6 and 7, that seems to be working.
Once the mobile error appears again will take a screenshot.
Could be w3 cache problem too, but that is the only one that is loading the website quickly. As the theme is very heavy. Even on a 6 core CPU and 6GB ram server.
Hope the next update makes the theme light and nice to load.
Also, when is the infinite article load option coming?
Regards
Hello Lecache,
Please provide some useful screenshots with the problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,
1. Please re-save the permalinks and try again.
2. Try to clear all cache, force refresh (ctrl+shift+r), and also use a mobile device to see if there is the issue.
3. Unfortunately the tagDiv Amp was concept to work just with posts and pages, not taxonomy, categories, tags, maybe in the future it will include these.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your understanding.
