Hello tmaghrebt,
Did you have cleared all of your caches? Purge all CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, you can provide some useful screenshots of the problem so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
There are other problems as well, even in desktop. For example the header search does nothing, block pagination doesn’t work.
I would suggest that you first disable the Cloudflare rocket loader, this can cause problems with the theme, we recommend that it is kept disabled
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
After you deactivate it, clear all caches and purge the files. Check if this solves the problem.
Thanks
Hello nasimnazanin88,
Did you have followed all the steps from our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/exchange-widget/ Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, purge CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
@webthemes You could try as a first step to re-save the permalinks in WordPress settings, check if that works.
In the previous case above the issue was caused because an attempt to remove the category base with a dot
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FrgrLcOjES
Removing the dot from there, saving and clearing the cache resolved the pagination error in category pages.
The Yoast plugin has a setting for removing the /category/ which should be used if needed.
Thanks
Hello Tibbar,
It seems to be strange! So, if you will check our demo from here -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_tech/td-post-i-have-so-many-shoes-that-i-cant-fit-them-all-on-display-in-my-walk-in-closet/ you did not get any error with Review on Google Structured Data. Try to disable all of the untested plugins, purge all CDN files clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello.
I have tried everything, disabling extensions, using cache plugin, optimizing database, inserting some line into wp-config file like contenate scripts etc.
While uploading i don’t get errors, it works fine. As for screenshots below i have tried inserting 10 images into post which i have uploaded 21 in a shot total 3 MB something.
Getting this damn 503 error and have no clue. Site stops working on frontend also for 30 seconds something.
What you suggest me to do?

Hello TinhMarketingOnline,
Try to re-save and change the Permalink Structure and also, disable all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. To achieve better results regarding Ads with our theme it’s very important to use Google Adsense code because this type of Ad has been designed to be used with our theme.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Syams,
It seems to be a cache problem. Make sure that you have cleared all of your caches, server caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Try disabling CSS minification in w3 total cache. Better yet, use Wp Super Cache as recommended by the team. I would recommend you use wp fastest cache instead of total cache though if you don’t like super cache.
after implementing w3 total cache and CDN my menu arrows are gone, the arrows and search icon are gone like this picture: https://farm2.staticflickr.com/1846/44626360482_462eda66ac_o.jpg
I tryed different things whth no success. Help.
Hello Manulinho,
Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Maybe your images are stuck in opacity 0. This usually happens on a js error caused by plugins or customization or other external optimization tools. Please disable all plugins except visual composer or TD Composer, remove all of unknown Ad Code, clear cache and reset CDN files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functioning of the theme.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Thanks. I got it working by getting DreamHost to increase the php memory.
Im trying to use the TD builder but it is epic slow to the point where its not even worth using… I have the wp super cache set to default. What else can I do? I have the cheap dreamhost plan, do I need to upgrade to dreamhost?
Ahhhh, so no way I can do this in the child theme? I’ve been clearing cloudflare, server, opcache, and local caches repeatedly when trying to make it work on a child theme, but I’m glad now it seems to only work with a parent theme change.
OK, I will do it in the parent theme, but I hope there is a toggle or something to allow/disallow thin in the theme. I need to repair it each time there is a Newspaper theme upgrade đ
It takes up precious real estate in the window. I hope theme can work on the “outside” and not on the “inside” or WordPress — you understand my meaning?
Hello tanose,
Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! You should use the WP Super Cache plugin which is tested with our theme. Please check our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello studio7,
Please update the theme to the latest version of it, remove all of your untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. After you have made these changes, you should consult the guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/sharing/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello crazydiver,
Did you have installed the latest version of the theme? If not, do it via FTP way, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide some useful screenshots with this error and your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello rocketman,
#3)Notice that the width of the theme is set up by default to 696px and your ads are 728 px and that’s why it’s cut off. You should check the Theme panel Ads setting and change the size from there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/XPOT98gX
#4)It seems to be strange for this behavior. Please disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, try to add another AD Code and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi
I have uploaded two .woff custom font files via Media Library, and they do appear in dropdowns in Theme Panel fonts – but when I choose them, a body text font and a post title font, neither appear on the site. I’ve cleared caches each time, and emptied browser caches, tried Safari and Chrome – path is https://westbridgfordwire.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/09/fontname.woff
Thanks
Pat
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello ecstaticperson,
It seems to be strange behavior, sorry! Try to make some changes to your theme panel regarding on Category (for example, change the category template to another), save it, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further investigate it closer to your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
If you have trouble activating or deactivating plugins, it could be a strong cache in place. Please clear all caching after disabling plugins. The theme does not prevent the proper roles and capabilities of the admin user so plugin control is not affected by the theme. There could be a plugin conflict affecting the proper functionality of WordPress though. Please test by disabling all plugins at once by renaming the plugins folder under WordPress: https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
Thank you!
Hello, my site is https://nulltx.com It has been acting slow for quite some time now and after adding the yoastseo plugin it was the straw that broke the camel’s back.
After doing some digging and installing Query Monitor, I was able to find out that td-composer generates over 500 queries per page!!! Most of the calls are update_meta_cache(), WP_Term_Query->get_terms(), and WP_Post::get_instance().
If anybody can help me figure out how to fix this I would really appreciate it.
I updated to 9.01 of Newspaper theme and ever since then the weather widget doesn’t seem to convert from Celsius to Fahrenheit, I have updated the theme panel, cleared both browser and website cache but for whatever the website still only displays Celsius. How do I resolve this issue?
hi, i found one error in attachment page.

is not good, because in webmaster tools 8000 error amp link :/
for fix:
open: wp-content/plugins/td-amp/includes/amp-frontend-actions.php
find:
add_action( 'wp_head', 'amp_frontend_add_canonical' );
add before:
if( is_singular( array('post','page') ) )
finish, after clean all cache.
Hello avramedia,
I have inspected your website on mobile devices and the menu seems to work as expected, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/RaqSbVjgQv Clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
