Hi,
Try to disable the visual editor and save, then enable it again
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ny8womKvJ7
Also clear browser cache, that might do it. Deactivate all plugins, maybe some plugins are incompatible with the latest WordPress and causing problems.
If that doesn’t work try some other solutions, these are some I found
– https://www.crybit.com/visual-editor-missing-wordpress/
– https://wordpress.stackexchange.com/questions/279759/visual-tab-missing-from-editor

Thanks
Hi. I recently updated to version 9 and social buttons in my front page and footer are not shown. What should I do?
I cleaned cache and unisstalled the plugin and the problem can’t be solved
What can I do about it? Thank you!
Hi,
I have inspected your website, the sidebar is not sticky at the moment
– https://www.screencast.com/t/D3zuvsrq3Y
– https://www.screencast.com/t/RGzDm5ysz
Checked quite a few posts, the sidebars are not sticky at the moment of checking. If you still see them sticky, it could be the browser cache. Try with a different browser, or incognito mode, or force refresh the page (Ctrl+Shift+R).
As a side note, if you keep replying in your own post multiple times, the topic will be moved to the back of the line. So it will delay our response by refreshing the topic date. We answer in all topics from oldest to newest. Every topic gets a reply as soon as we get to it.
Thanks
Hello mariushihn,
Please update the theme to the latest version of it via FTP, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
We could take a look if there are problems. There would be nothing special about the update, same as always. Update the theme, update the plugins, clear all caches or CDN.
Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and mention the problems you are having in detail. Include a link to this topic in the email. We may need to deactivate all non-theme plugins for testing.
Thanks

Hi,
The smart sidebar can be disabled fully from the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/
Once disabled it would be impossible that the sidebars are still sticky. If you have caching, clear it. Also clear the browser cache or force refresh a page (Ctrl+Shift+R), or test with a new browser.
If possible, post a link to the website so I can take a look. No need to provide the activation key in the forum. I will remove it.
Thanks

Hi desbravandomadrid,
Please notice that 500 errors do not come from our theme. It seems to be a problem with your hosting provider. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, all the system status parameters are correctly increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello SPAREGmbH,
Please update the theme to the latest version of it which is NP 9.0.1. Do it via FTP, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Simion,
Upon the theme update, it removed all CSS since I don’t have the child theme installed yet.
With that said, I manually added the CSS code and nothing happened.
I just removed the CSS code, cleared server cache & website cache and tested in new Chrome incognito tab and looks like the update did not fix the issue.
Please have a look here: https://www.screencast.com/t/h37Y7a0C
Thanks!
Hello Trey,
Do you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way? If not, please do this according to our documentation, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new install to another sub-domain for testing and check it with a fresh theme install.
Thanks for your understanding!
It seems to work fine. You probably forgot to clear the cache.
https://www.screencast.com/t/SQv5nlxf
Thank you!
Hello,
It could have been the cache. If you updated the theme or plugins. You must clear the cache as well.
Thanks
Hello,
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
The theme doesn’t have a cache for it’s files. Are you sure the theme file is not modified in any way in the main theme? There are cases in the file you mention, depending on sidebar position
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7zbcxt1RuuF
If you only modified it in the child theme and now you removed the file from it, the “Tag” should appear as default.
Hi,
Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and WordPress, clear all the caches and check the results. I have check it seems that feature to be there, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bqd6gfQiWE

Hello Alex89,
I have checked your screen and I saw the ace-tm, ace_gutter class. Notice that the theme does not have any such a class and that code does not come from our source of the theme, sorry! Most likely, you are using a plugin for that which are not tested with the theme which might cause some unknown issues. Please remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Few months ago i edit tag.php template to remove a “Tag” prefix from H1. Now i deleted this edited template from child theme, resave original theme files and there is still no “Tag” prefix. When i change for example sidebar location the “Tag” prefix is back. I think ? there is something like theme cache and this “no prefix” version is stored but it can’t be a files.
There is a “Lekarz” and should be “Tag: Lekarz”.
I could take a look, our plugin contains all the mandatory AMP elements, I tested multiple times and there are no errors in AMP pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Jvr0MspH
Maybe clear your cache and check again. Check the file shown in the screenshot and check if the meta is there.

Hi,
Every day I schedule new posts for the next day, but when these posts are posted to my website and they are not seen, I have to refresh the page to see new posts.
This happens to my visitors, they sometimes think that there are no new posts, it also happens from the mobile version.
I’ve tried different browsers and the same thing happens, you always see the old post instead of the new post.
I deleted the cache plugins, but it does not change anything
Hello Keatric97,
