Hi there!
I have created the AMP version for the website smarknews.com, but ?’ve got some problems. I tried to take a look to the issues of other people in this forum, but it was unsuccessful.
First of All, I’ve created the home mobile version as you wrote in your documentation:
https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
I’ve used one of the mobile templates (newspaper mobile).
But if I try to load the page from mobile, it doesn’t work, even id I try to clear the site cache with the suggested plugin wp super cache.
The page is available here
https://www.smarknews.it/home-mobile/
But the stranger thing is that if I try to load the homepage from my desktop device without reloading the browser’s cache, it loads as mobile default version (with all the stream of the news without categories division)…
I’m not understanding where I’m doing wrong…
Thank you for your attention!
Andrea
Hello,
Please try to delete and reconnect the Instagram account and clear the cache.
Thank you!
I was able to resolve the issue (at least for now) using the configuration for WP Rocket found here and installing the siteground optimization plugin (I use siteground for hosting) with only the Memcached option selected. So it was either an issue with my WP rocket settings and/or combability issues with my hosting provider that was resolved by adding their plugin.
Hopefully it continues to work but if I run into any issues I’ll check back in here.

Hello,
Please try entering this class -> td-modal-image here https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/15-disable-lazy-load-on-specific-images Then clear the cache and check again.
Thank you!
Hi
I am using the NEWSPAPER template and I have a problem with launching the mobile version.
I’ve been browsing the forum and it seems like I’m doing everything OK.
In the CLOUD TEMPLATE options I create a mobile version for the home page, category and single post.
Unfortunately, all of them display the default version over which I have no control.
I additionally installed WP Rocket | Set Tablets As Mobile and WP Super Cache but nothing helped either.
[WP Optimize Premium v3.3.0 caching active]
When displaying a posting/blog article it doesn’t show views number+1 because obvious it is showing a cached page.
But refreshing the page’s cache and the viewing it again doesn’t show number update as well.
I first thought that it wouldn’t show due to the same IP address I do the page views, but with VPN it also does not count that view.
Is there a way of updating page view numbers in background with page cache on?
Thanks.
Hello,
Please use the WP Rocket and make sure that you have enabled the option for mobile cache https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/708-mobile-cache and check after. Use only one plugin for the cache.
Also, we can take a look if you agree to check, so please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and please provide the wp-admin access.
Thank you!
Hello!
Improving page speed in WordPress is crucial for providing a better user experience and optimizing your website for search engine rankings. Here are some tips to help you enhance your WordPress site’s page speed:
Optimize Images: Compress images before uploading them to your WordPress site. You can use plugins like WP Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to automatically optimize images without losing quality.
Utilize Caching: Implement caching to reduce server load and speed up page loading times. WordPress caching plugins like WP Super Cache or W3 Total Cache can generate static HTML files of your pages to serve to users, instead of dynamically generating them each time.
Minify CSS and JavaScript: Minify your CSS and JavaScript files to remove unnecessary characters and reduce file sizes. This can be done manually or through plugins like Autoptimize or W3 Total Cache.
Enable GZIP Compression: Enable GZIP compression on your server to reduce the size of files sent from your server to users’ browsers. Most hosting providers offer GZIP compression, but you can also enable it through plugins like WP Rocket or W3 Total Cache.
Optimize Database: Regularly clean up and optimize your WordPress database to remove unnecessary data and improve performance. You can use plugins like WP-Optimize to automate this process.
Limit External Requests: Minimize the number of external requests your website makes by reducing the use of external scripts and widgets. Each external request adds overhead to your page loading time.
Enable Lazy Loading: Implement lazy loading for images, videos, and iframes so that they are only loaded when they are visible on the user’s screen. This can significantly reduce initial page loading times.
Optimize Server Response Time: Choose a reliable hosting provider with fast server response times. Consider using a content delivery network (CDN) to serve your content from servers closer to your users.
Regularly Update Plugins and Themes: Keep your WordPress core, plugins, and themes updated to the latest versions to ensure compatibility with the latest performance optimizations and security patches.
Ads can significantly impact the speed of your WordPress website since they often involve loading external resources and scripts. You can try to limit the number of ads, optimize ad sizes and formats and implement lazy load on your ads.
By following these tips, you can significantly improve the page speed of your WordPress website, leading to better user engagement, higher search engine rankings, and overall improved performance.
Thank you!
Hi,
This is very strange. Please purge the cache a few times because I think that there is an issue related to the cache. Please let me know what server you have.
Thank you!
Hello,
Have you recently updated your plugins, theme, WordPress, php? Have you checked for a plugin conflict? Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; also, if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache, and try again
Thank you!
I managed now to reinstall the theme and now I fixed several problems, now I have really big problem for that I can not find a solution, the site does not work in different browsers and I can see the site only on Mobile phones and when I workin Worpress, otherwise it does not work external and I tried different solutions from Cache clearing to VPN using and I contacted my host company but they saidit has to do with the site, just to notice here that when I force https the site cause trouble in different browsers and when I switch it off, it give the notice that site does not send data or errors.
Hello,
I noticed that you had the mobile theme plugin activated, so it probably looked something like this -> https://i.imgur.com/xEXlis9.png . It’s a simple version. If you want to use mobile pages and templates, then you shouldn’t have the mobile theme plugin activated as it is now. Also, if the mobile version of the page was responsive, it means that the cache plugin doesn’t have an option for mobile. I searched for it but couldn’t find it. It would help if you could provide screenshots related to this issue.
Regarding the problem you mentioned about the homepage and categories page, could you please elaborate on the issue “When I created the homepage, the categories page didn’t appear on the mobile phone. So, I created the categories page, and then the homepage no longer appeared correctly.” Could you clarify the problem?
As for the mobile menu, it’s recommended to use the Mobile horizontal menu instead of the Header main menu, which is intended for desktops and tablets.
Thank you!
Hello,
Can you please let me know what cache plugin you use?
Also, please provide some screenshots with your version when you are logged.
A solution for sending a screenshot/video is this:
Download, capture, and send: https://www.techsmith.com/jing-tool.html
After making the screenshot, you will have a link; paste it here.
Thank you!
Hi,
If the image is blurry, then please check when you upload it is full-size https://www.screencast.com/t/Oxue274e and clear the cache.
Thank you!

Hi,
Page speed optimization results are influenced by a large number of factors like your server performance, the number of external scripts loading on the website (ads, fonts, tracking codes, external resources, plugins), the size of the images, the number of elements on a specific page, caching solution, and many, many more.
As you can notice in this report, you have a lot of the scripts for ads -> https://pagespeed.web.dev/analysis/https-newspatron-com/5m3vmvj9v8?form_factor=mobile -> https://i.imgur.com/oTMzAC1.png
Now, also, you have a good score for mobile https://i.imgur.com/Rs31PSB.png

Hi,
You need to clear the cache. Also, this is related to WordPress.
One solution is to ensure that caching mechanisms, such as browser cache and server-side cache, are configured to clear automatically when changes are made in the WP Admin backend.
Thank you!
Hi Annamaria, I use Chrome predominantly but even after clearing cache this issue was there sporadically.. One of two of my followers also mentioned this, but others have not.. it seems to be ok now..
Hi,
Most of the time when similar situations were reported was related to an object cache that was apply on the backend. Please check if you are using any cache for logged in users and if you are using object cache and disable/delete them and try again to see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hi,
The only solution is to exclude those files (tagdiv_theme.min.js and js_files_for_front.min.js) from been minify by the cache plugin and CDN.
Thank you!
Hello Julian!
Make sure the option show image is set to “Show”: https://app.screencast.com/iCzlM1Pq3z4th
Or try to add another logo element to your header and change the settings.
Clear all the cache and check the results.
Thank you!
