Hello!

If you are using AdSense auto ads, you have to insert the code in only 1 place. For example, insert it in Theme Panel – Ads – Header Ads. And that is the only place where this code should be.

If you insert it in more than 1 place, the code will be broken or will not work. Based on your most intense areas where users put their finger (on mobile) and cursor on desktop, Google will autoplace ads so that you will get maximum out of them.

Please make sure that after you are making any changes, clear your cache and test your changes on an incognito page.

You can if you want to switch to standard templates but that would be a shame when there is so much more potential on cloud library templates.

I have an old template in the Cloud Library (used for single posts) and need to find which posts are using that template. Is there a way to see a list of posts that are using a specific single post template?

Conversely, if I remove that template, will the posts that were using it go back to the default template chosen for single posts?

Please note that a lot has changed since version 7, Nowadays the Newspaper theme is fully built using tagDiv Composer. Editing cloud library templates / demos with Visual composer it is not possible.

Hi Edged,
There is no problem, just make sure that you have set the auto ads only once, because is not allow more the 1 auto ads. As for the Gourmet Pro prebuild website this is made with cloud templates, therefore the ads need to be set with tagDiv Composer on single post content in ads tab -> https://i.imgur.com/4hfOlNm.jpg but as I said before, please use only one auto ads, do not call it more then one time, because this will be set randomly there AdSense consider that is the right place, for the rest of ads, use normal ads.

Please provide a link to your website. From what I can tell you are using a PRO Demo or a cloud library template. Either one of this is fully editable using tagDiv Composer. We understand that you are not satisfied with the latest updates, but the other products you mentioned go beyond the functionality of a news WordPress theme. One of the aforementioned themes works with a universal page builder used by many other themes as well. In tagDiv Composer, we’ve created the functionality, the pre-built editable templates from the tagDiv Cloud Library, including the PRO demos which are totally customizable from top to bottom – everything is specially built to meet the requirements of a blog, news, magazine, or any other publishing-related websites.
The mentioned products are aimed at different industries and are sold outside the Envato Market, while their functionality and customers’ demands are totally distinct from ours. For example, some themes can be downloaded for free and to get the needed functionality you have to pay for additional plugins.
We have a list of suggestions and features’ requests and each of our updates is based on it. The more requested a feature is, the sooner we can implement it. However, we cannot implement every small feature or add compatibility with all the plugins available. I’m sorry that you feel disappointed.

I have edited a header template from the cloud library. It looks great on tablet and desktop but the mobile view still shows the default. I do not see a way to edit specifically on mobile. Please help.

Hello,

Did you use WP Bakery? If yes, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).
Also, if you want please send the URL from the staging website, to inspect it.

Hello,

Indeed, is a Standard Template, but this is a standard template from WordPress and this is used as default (this is provided in the theme files to be use when the tagDiv Standard Pack or tagDiv Cloud Library are disable).
There is no option to remove it.

Hi,

I can confirm that after changing the post template to the default one (non cloud library template), the auto-linker worked according to the limit (only 3 instances of the keyword is converted into a link).

Hello!

Have you tried this on a post that does not use a cloud library template ? Try inserting a test post, and change the layout to a standard one. Let us know if the issue is still there.

Do you use a standard header from Theme Panel? If yes, then you can’t customize it with tagDiv Composer, you can customize it only if the header template is from Cloud Library.

Hi Anamaria,

So I have cleaned up all of the old “standard_template_(1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)” lines from the wp_postmeta table and now I can find no trace of that anywhere. However, when I look at the bottom of every post, there are several choices,
“From Panel” which the one I typically want
“Default” which actually points at something called “single template” even though I no longer have the standard pack loaded.
“Custom” Which point to the cloud library templates I have created.

How do I get rid of that “standard profile” option at the bottom of every post. Someone is going to choose it at some point and post an article that doesn’t work correctly!

Seems you have the Mobile theme plugin activate => https://www.screencast.com/t/hZolvhRViH, when you install and activate the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8, also, if you create a mobile page please make sure you assign the mobile page for page, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd

Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.

I’m using Header Template 14 from the Tagdiv cloud library. The desktop is pulling up the AD in that location but on Mobile that area is hidden and the AD is not displaying.

Is there a option I am not seeing correctly. I need the AD to display on Desktop and Mobile without needing to add a new code.

When I click all the posts in the admin interface in wordpress, the css codes appear at the top of the page. When I remove the td cloud library plugin or disable the theme, the problem is solved. Users who are not logged in to the website do not have such a problem.There is no such problem on other pages.I scanned the css codes, but couldn’t find anything. I will be glad if you help. Sorry for my bad english 🙂
