I am also experiencing this error when trying to download a Cloud Template. It worked under the nulled version yesterday, opening the templates, Ive just installed the new version purchased today. Now it wont open the library. Please advise. It isn’t a server setting, our server is set up correctly and this worked on ver 9.7 yesterday?

we have installed your Newspaper theme, I’ve some questions:
In home page we have used a flex bloc to display the post on 3 columns ( http://wip.gazzettaitalia.pl/it/ ), but the border line that divide the columns has different height, there is a way to display this line with the same height?
For the flex block I don’t have find a “general option” to set the font style/size that we have used (imported from your cloud library), where do I find it in the admin theme options? (actually I set it from the block itself, but a general option would be better for our final client)
I’ve used your login//signin features, and its ok, we have to custom the email but I suppose we need a plugin for that right?
And, after login, clicking on the name of the user it show a strange message “Non è stato trovato nessun prodotto che corrisponde alla tua selezione.” why? (il livello utente è cliente, e inoltre non vogliamo visualizzare la pagina di autoriparazione – se l’utente non è cliente, admin for example I could we have here the account page? We use woocommerce, so have we to replace the signin/login with the woocommerce signin/login?
And I’ve tried to creat a new page (contattaci) after insert the page title, I’ve clicked on TAG DIV COMPOSER.
and I have this error: Error at rows: 1(models) : 11(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Why the composer give me this error and show me the home page inside? The page is blank, but the composer fill it with home page block!!!

I think that you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, if is so then you need to edit it wing tagDiv Composer, select the row from header and set the stretch row on default -> https://i.imgur.com/BSrDBke.jpg

I have created a single post template from tagDiv cloud library using the Single post 70 – Pandemic Pro. The idea is to keep all small news posts, each with its own featured image on one post/page in continuous format (one below another) as it appears in the live preview of Single post 70 – Pandemic Pro. However I am unable to get the continuos news format after I choosing this post template in new post. I thought every time I start a new post and select the this templete from post setting the news woul just go below one another in a sequence. I would like to know how to attain the continuous news format as per Single post 70 – Pandemic Pro.

This form was created using a plugin, and was adjusted with custom work.
If you want to have only blocks for posts, the you can use flex blocks elements to achieve this, also you can import theme from cloud library and only adjust theme using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/97silCV.jpg
Also most of our theme api are posted here for the developers that want to modify the code -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-theme-api/, also this is not covered by support theme.

Hello. Since I update to the new version, the single post page and author box pages no longer work correctly. I downloaded a template from the library cloud. it appears correctly in the builder but in production, the sidebar does not appear and the text is full screen. On single pages, the sidebar appears below the main text and that the layout is not respected. I have disabled unimportants plugins to testing but that doesn’t change anything. Can you help me please ?

I am using the Life News demo with Header Template 5 from the cloud library. On mobile I’d like to use the responsive version of the desktop theme (Life News demo) as homepage and on posts pages/templates the mobile theme would be used with amp support. On mobile homepage the theme render the header logo responsively it sizes the logo image flexible to the mobile screen-size, but the mobile theme what I use on mobile post pages showing a fixed size logo image no matter what is the mobile screen-size. How can I set the mobile theme to size the logo image flexible to the mobile screen-size and with the same size the logo is on the mobile homepage?

In cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/fDJbSIk.png will be save only the cloud templates, the blocks and section will be save in the page where are imported also you can save them as new element using the right click ( https://i.imgur.com/HEWqLCl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/6uv0Rgd.png), also the pages imported from cloud library bill be save in WordPress pages.
The elements from the cloud are made using the elements from Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/ISCiDD2.png if you want you can create edit the elements directly, these from cloud are pre-made to can build your website faster with the layout you like.
As templates, yes, after you deactivate the tagDiv Standard Pack you can use default template and these from cloud library.
Yes, these elements will still be available, Most of the elements that will be remove once that standard pack will be disable will be blocks and big grids, that are the same as flex blocks and big grid flex that you can use.

Thank you, your video was helpful (I was doing the same but I forgot to add the inner row). Now, after importing this section, should I see it in my own cloud library or not? Or should I import it from the Cloud library each time I use it?
Also, in order to deactivate the standard pack (after removing all the dependencies), should I use only elements imported from the cloud library when I build pages or posts templates? What I mean is : can I use also elements which are in the extended/external shortcodes? For example, to insert a video playlist or a weather widget : can I just add them from the same area as “rows/columns/inner rows…”

The category can be set from theme panel per language on individual category like this -> https://i.imgur.com/fRMV7Br.png -> https://i.imgur.com/kpfKEGn.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MdvW1Qc.png, but this will not work for the entire theme panel, also if you want to set a global category template you need to use the string translate -> https://prnt.sc/rzttja -> https://prnt.sc/rztww9

The baby blog demo is a standard demo, it can not be edited entire from front end with tagDiv Composer, for example the homepage use the page template Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination this can be edited from backend -> https://i.imgur.com/yksN4gW.png from here is set the sidebar and this is made with widgets here -> https://i.imgur.com/1DipDwk.png
The PRO Demos can be edited integral using the frontend because are using only cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library.
