Please deactivate, delete and reinstall tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/OrzLvR2j and clear all cache.
Also, please go to the theme panel -> block settings -> inline css and disable the option to minify the css, clear the cache and check after.

Yes, the code con be set in the theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/2m3maSD.png or -> https://i.imgur.com/r27bCSk.png but there is a different alternative, you can set the javascipt code in html element with tagDiv Composer only on the page or cloud template where it needs to be used -https://i.imgur.com/xkGYV4T.png

Thanks for that. The cloud i’m using meets all of these requirements, yet the new version of the theme causes substantially increased CPU usage.
Any ideas what could cause this? I had to roll back due to downtime as a result of the update.
In terms of the new version of Optin Builder, any ideas as to why the login/register page would no longer work?

I have noticed that the “Custom Post Type CPT – Momentum PRO” template is not available. All the pages, sections, header, and footer are present, but I cannot find the option to enable “Custom Post Type CPT” on my site. This feature does not appear in the options cloud.
Could you please guide me on how to add and utilize this functionality? It is not a conventional homepage or a standard page, so I am having difficulty importing and configuring it properly.
I appreciate your assistance and guidance on this matter. I look forward to resolving this issue so that I can make the most of the template.

We recently tried to update our site (bluedotliving.com) to version 12.6.1. As a result, we also updated and activated the TagDiv Shop plugin. This broke our WooCommerce listings at bluedotliving.com/marketplace. The page looks fine in the TagDiv composer, but shows posts rather than products on the front end.
I disabled all other non-TagDiv plugins to see if there might be a clash, but the issue persists. I’ve rolled back the theme version on the live site, but you can see the example in staging here: https://wordpressmu-896471-3995091.cloudwaysapps.com/marketplace/
It should look how it looks on the live site at bluedotliving.com/marketplace.

I have found this old post looking for solution for my website. I have live news portal page which has same issue as described above. In last 24h all setting reset itself to default twice. Yes, I have backup for settings and I import them back. Also I need to set to global my cloud templates which also resets.

That depends what you mean from newspaper theme backup, if you are referring to the theme panel settings then you can simple use the theme panel option and copy past the theme panel settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Now if you are referring to cloud templates go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import then install the WordPress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png

Hi – I recently updated the theme to the latest version (from 12.5.1). The site slowed and eventually broke entirely. Talking to the hosts (Cloudways) they suggested that the theme was somehow using much more resources than before.
I rolled the theme back as a result… and the issue went away.
I also tried updating Optin Builder to the latest version, but the login/register page for members stopped working after updating the plugin. It didn’t entirely load). I downloaded the previous version that worked (1.4.4) and overwrote the files. It started working again.
Could you please let me know what the minimum requirements for both the theme and Optin Builder are please. I’m trying to figure out why the latest versions do not work for me.

Problem solved, I had two versions of the cloud library plugin with the older one activated.
In the Cloud templates section I am trying to change the “global” assignment from one cloud template to another for a custom post type. Nothing happens when I either click unassign on the current global assigment or when I click on one of the check boxes to make another template the global assignment. It just keeps the current global assignment.

If you are referring to this – https://i.imgur.com/PvCpUPk.png then it can be done using the theme panel settings for standard templates – https://i.imgur.com/43YGPB8.png for a single poste template from cloud you need to edit that cloud template using tagDiv Composer and use the right click on elements you want to remove.

I find it too difficult, I’m not familiar with these issues, I mainly go to cloud template to see how to design from the towntalk homepage interface.
