This issue happens when updating from an older version of the theme so please make this adjustment in the tagdiv composer plugin:

Then hit a save in the theme panel and then revert the code back to original .this will make the social icons appear properly again.

Yes, the theme create thumbs for all images when these are add in media library, also the featured image on standard post style are cropped -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/

Hi,
i’m Stefano and i’m facing a trouble with TagDiv composer.
When i try to erase objects from the page, the view get dark faded but i can’t proceed becouse notting apper on the screen.
I suppose that would appear something like, “Are you sure to erase this object from your page?”, but i can’t see all this stuff.
How can i solve it?

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I am trying to make a simple Contact page …
1. I create new page
2. Click on TagDiv Composer
3. Click Load Template
4. I chose a cool “Get in Touch – Wine” template.
5. I get no contact fields, it fails with [wpforms id=”4244″ title=”false” description=”false”]
How to correct and proceed please ?

All PRO Layouts if you check them have a great page speed. That is because they no longer use dependand elements, converting to a PRO layout means building your entire website using tagDiv Composer that will be made only of shortcodes which work much faster.
In order to convert to a faster layout we suggest you to disable the standard pack plugin and re-design your pages accordingly.

Hi Calin, I am also seeing these errors in the log files related to td-composer, I don’t know if this will help your developers or not.
With this many issues and bugs to fix, it sure would help those of us who have unhappy clients to give us some idea of when the update will ship. We can’t just keep telling out clients “we have no iea how long your website functionality will be broken” That’s just unprofessional on our part and it’s not nice to put us in this position. Even a vague idea of 1-2 weeks would at least give us a time frame. Obviously, with dev work, a new bug could pop up making the schedule lag, but there is always a schedule of some sort. So we know that even if you give us a date, that date could slip for any number of reasons.
But if I cannot give my client at least an idea of a fix, then they will require me to move away from your theme, and I will have to comply.
You can see what position this puts us in can’t you?

I found a way to resolve this, but I dont know if there is a better way without without having to use custom code. Not sure if this is attainable using the composer or not.
I added this to custom css:

maybe I am just dumb today, but I would like to know how to eliminate the boxed frame style for the Construction demo.
and by boxed, I mean the frame or padding around the border of the entire site. I want the slideshow area to be full width. but it isnt clear to me on how to adjust this in the TD composer.

This demo use cloud templates from tagdiv Cloud Library, in order to change the blocks/elements on theme you’ll need to edit these template with tagdiv Composer.

From what I know there were some changes in Instagram roles so you’ll need a token access from Instagram to can show that Instagram feeds, for this was implement a fix in Newspaper X.

If I understand correctly you want to change the fonts on posts, if is so the depend on the post style (template you are using), if is a standard post style, then the styles from theme panel will apply, but if you are using a single post template from tagdiv cloud library, then you need to edit the template using tagdiv Composer.

The sites all the people manage here are not static. I have 10k posts and it was even very hard to move to TD composer.. Updates are good but that radical changes should offer more smooth transition

The mobile version is look like that because you have the mobile theme plugin that provide you a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

I have the v9.8 template version and my problem is that the mobile home version appears on desktop, not only in mobile device.
If i deactivate mobile theme in home page composer, in that case appears the desktop version in home mobile ¿?.
I need mobile home only in mobile device and desktop home only in desktop, logically.
Whats wrong? Am i doing something wrong?

The cache do not delete the content from your website, so there must be something else, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Also all the templates and sections from tagDiv Cloud Library can be edit with tagDiv Composer.

I think that you referring to this -> https://i.imgur.com/vxsw0lJ.png and the results should be this -> https://i.imgur.com/MRK0s9e.png so now that the standard pack is disable you can not longer edit the subfooter, so you’ll need to set a page as footer page and create this subfooter layout or you can import a footer from tagDiv Cloud literary, edit it with tagDiv Composer and let only the subfooter section -> https://i.imgur.com/OG0cSKc.png
