The flickering issue will not affect the website visitors, it is visible when the tagDiv composer is used to edit a page. It happened only on Chrome, however it is fixed now in the new theme version.

Please try with other browsers.

Hi,

How are you adding the form in the page? Try to enter it’s shortcode in a text element like the column text for example

Then save the page and view it. There should be no problem (the latest theme version -9.2- contains a fix for some previous problems with shortcodes in the composer).

I haven’t tried that plugin however, only contact form or WP forms. I tried to save a column text element containing a contact form shortcode in it, seems to work alright

If you want to replicate a page or import all the style of the page, you edit the page in a classic way and then you need to copy all the shortcodes which are automatically generated by TD COmposer and paste them to another page. @pcservis That would sum it up, good explanation.

There are no plans to exclude or stop providing the WPBakery page builder with the theme. We will not pressure users to switch composers, use one or the other and there will be no problem. WPBakery will be updated same as before, when the theme is updated.

1. It would be necessary in most cases. The exception would be pages that contain only theme provided page builder elements like blocks and grids (which work in both composers). If there are specific WPBakery items and you would deactivate this plugin, only shortcodes will appear.

2. If the WPBakery plugin would not be active anymore, and the tagDiv composer is active, it can handle theme elements (blocks, grids etc) but not specific WPBakery elements (tabs, accordion, masonry grids etc).

3. Both can be active, but it may cause problems with some elements or WPBakery row layouts and settings. For example single images or image elements may not display properly, to name one. There were other issues before, we solved as many of them as we could.

4. Most of the new features since the tagDiv composer introduction are created specifically for it and will work only with it. The cloud library plugin will work only with our page builder.

Basically you can keep using WPBakery permanently or for as long as you want. There are no plans to stop including it in the theme package, or stop updating it.

So there are problems with the lazyload despite clearing all caches including browser cache? I see it is disabled at the moment on your website.

Does the issue with the composer happen only for the homepage? What if you try it on a new page?

Seems to say that a file from the composer plugin. Maybe you updated the theme recently, that would presume the tagDiv composer plugin files were modified (updated).

So that would not be a problem, the plugin was simply updated.

That is quite an an old theme version from which you are updating. Here you can find a changelog for each theme update, to see what has been modified, new features etc

That error you mention is in most cases related to insufficient memory

The theme requirements guide has been updated as well, please check it carefully and if necessary ask your hosting provider to increase the values of the parameters mentioned in it

For the WP memory we recommend a value of 256M.

After the update, deactivate/delete all the old theme plugins and install the new ones from the theme package plugins folder.

As a side note, the tagDiv composer will be automatically installed and activated after you update the theme. This composer could interfere with specific WPBakery elements or layouts. If that is the case, please disable it.

Also update WPBakery to the latest version if you use it (theme package contains version 5.6)
