Yes, it is recommended to disable the plugin and delete files before installing the new version.

this seems to be an error when you access the page menu from a post, no matter the category. This seems like a plugin conflict so please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear your cache and check the menu again. If it’s a conflicting plugin it should now work properly.

I have checked your website and I saw that your post content does not have padding-left in mobile mode. This kind of issue could cause by the conflicting plugins. Unfortunately we have no reports of speedbooster interfering with any theme option. Please make sure you use the latest version of the theme and disable all plugins except visual composer. This is how you check a plugin for compatibility. You activate it and check the infinite load again. If it works, then deactivate it and activate the next one and so on and so forth. Please test this again and check it only with visual composer and speedbooster and if this is the case in which the infinite load is not working, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can take a look. The best thing to do when buying a new theme is start to read a bit about it’s settings and features. Please use the theme documentation as we put a lot of work to it in order to provide as much information as possible. unfortunately this is a problem with visual composer. We will have to wait until they update the plugin and it’s elements. As for the tabs, visual composer does not support tabs inside an accordion and the option will not even show up if you try to create it.

In order to achieve the sidebar on your homepage, you have to set it from Visual Composer. (layout 2/3+1/3). Hello,
This is because the visual composer plugin was updated since the video was made and that panel got modified as well. This is the new look they gave the plugin and unfortunately the visual style of the templates was not possible anymore so they are now text menu items.

1)Unfortunately, the title tags can not be changed from the Theme panel or from some editors but only from the code.
2)Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer and SEO Yoast, clears all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme. SEO YOAST is tested with our theme and should work as expected. If you are using some untested plugins, these could cause some interference between SEO Yoast and our theme and gives some error.

When the thumbs dissapear from the blocks, this usually means you have a plugin incompatibility. Please remove all your plugins except visual composer and the aggregator and test it again . Also clear the cache and reset cdn if you use it. Unfortunately the rss agreggator plugin is not tested with our theme so it could be the one creating the problems in the first place. If the problem is still there after you remove all other plugin, then you need to find another rss plugin.

I tested your website and saw that the grid displays fine (I’m not sure if it’s in Chinese or not. Sorry). If you encounter the error again, please disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache. Then check your homepage again. It could be a plugin conflict. Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to add the video from YouTube or Vimeo for your background. You have some settings for video background in Visual Composer and you can add it only for ROW like this -> http://screencast.com/t/xW8dphtON7 Please try to find some plugins with this functionality and see how it works for you.
I have added your suggestion to our list of features and we hope that in the future update to implement this in the theme. It is tricky because we have a long list of suggestions and our developers are able to decide wich are important and wich are not to be implemented according to clients ‘ requests.

You can also try this without plugins. Please disable all of them except visual composer and check again.
(I suspect the buzz player ad. In posts where you do not have this ad, the sidebar displays fine.)
