Im trying to solve this using visual composer in posts and use videos playlist feature. I have a question regarding video playlists and especially video playlist feature in visual composer. Is there any limit in number videos shown in the playlist. Because i’ve added more than 30+ and in the playlist are shown just 22. Can you assist me?

Maybe it was a temporary glitch, or you managed to solve it in the meantime. These errors can come from conflicting plugins. Usually we recommend disabling all plugins except visual composer to rule out conflicts.

I’ve checked your site and found some js error in browser’s console: http://screencast.com/t/eNEq6ymjJo This errors can be caused because of lazy load animation which’s script may conflict with one of your installed plugin. Try to deactivate the lazy load from theme panel > template settings: http://screencast.com/t/8axwxCfc then test again. Also you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then check if the problem is still there.

@vitruvian1618 you can check our documentation regarding the update processes here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ Make sure that you do a clean update, meaning the we recommend to delete the old theme files, clear all caches, deactivate all others plugins that you have it installed, purge cdn files then follow our documentation in order to install the theme again. Also you need to update the plugins included in Newsmag-tf/plugins folder. The only required plugin is Visual Composer, others plugins are optional and you have to update them only if you use them.

I tested the code again and could not recreate the issue on my end. I added it in the theme panel custom css box and it applied as expected. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer to rule out a plugin conflict which may interfere with the css. If it still will not work, then you can edit the style.css directly in the file and set the color to transparent. http://screencast.com/t/tChaCvdyVV

Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it to see if there are conflicting plugins. We have not encountered this issue before so we cannot say for certain where it comes from. Let us know if the problem is still there afterwards.

Please disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches again, and install ONLY the plugins that come bundled with our theme. It is very important this advice because other untested plugins used could cause a conflict and if you have disabled and have enabled only our plugins, you have excluded the reason to create a conflict between plugins.
Only if your problem is still there after this advice, please let us know.

I’ve tested on my side and everything seems to work properly. Please try to disable all the active plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and try it again. After this advice, if your problem is still there, please provide your URL website so we can further inspect the issue.

I’ve tested the latest version of the theme and also the child theme witout any customizations and works fine. Try to deactivate the child theme, deactivate all others plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches and test again. Also check if the changes made in child theme files are compatible with the main theme functionality.

The workaround that I gave you above will be applied for all the posts that you have it. If you want to change a certain post, you can use Visual Composer for posts but after this, you should use a bit of Css to do some customization because VC for the post is not tested for our theme. I am not sure what you mean as the image you provided doesn’t show the layout of our theme. If you’re referring at blocks titles, they can be changed from Visual Composer pagebuilder: http://screencast.com/t/GRs42qsiRUI If this is not what you mean please provide your site url and ore details so i can get back to you with a more accurate answer.

Hello,
We updated the theme due to problems with google structure date. The analysis was retrieving a few errors due to an algorithm change so we had to fix them. We also included a new version of visual composer and revolution slider. You can see the change log here: http://tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-6-update/
As for the css, you can replace the files and leave out style.css. Only the theme version was changed in this file. You can update without style.css.

Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. It seems your responsiveness is also affected a bit. This could be a plugin conflict so let us know if you still have this issue without plugins. Also if you have any modifications done, please check those as well to see if there are no open tags.
