It does not work either the Visual Composer. Help!

Try renaming your plugin folder via FTP to xplugins, then login via admin. You should be back to your website.

Delete the plugin which appears to conflict with something ELSE you’re using and not the theme.

Then try renaming the plugin folder back.

Try logging in again. Then DISABLE all plugins except Visual Composer; re-upload via FTP fresh copy of the tag div speed booster which comes with NP6 (LATEST VERSION); then activate speed booster plugin.

If site works, then turn on other plugins one by one to see which one is the problem.

If you’re using caching plugin, caching service, you have to turn those *OFF* whenever you do major updates to your site or turn on new plugins which “rewrite” page content.

YOU ALSO DON”T NEED TO TYPE ALL CAPS AS THAT CAN GET A BIT ANNOYING TO READ FOR FOLKS HERE.

We have updated all the plugin tagDiv of the theme and the child theme to V6.3 but the problem has not changed.
* Revolution Slider : 4.6.93
* tagDiv Social counter : 3.0
* tagDiv Speed Booster : 4.1
* WPBakery Visual Composer : 4.5.3

All the Big Grid 1, 2 and 3 on the Visual Bakery are disordered on pages. >> http://www.photophoto.fr/materiels/ http://www.iphonologie.fr/ios-9/
Also, the Styles 9, 10 and 11 does not display the youtube/vimeo videos to featured video on articles. It is only a background image and not video.

How to solve its problems?

Ah, found the problem. Needed to enable all the field types in Visual Composer under specific settings for ‘Administrator’.

May worth an explanation in future documentation updates.

OK!!

Finally I found it!! I can’t believe I found this almost by mistake! Just when I was looking for another WP plugin I found this: http://support.advancedcustomfields.com/forums/topic/visual-composer-plugin-conflict/

Very bad of ACF to have a solution only for the ones who buy the pro version!! Very bad really! The issue was created by the ACF plugin! I removed it, I don’t think I will need it anyway. Problem solved!!

I think I am part way there.

With the help of the example in the API documentation, I have code for the new thumbnail, block and module, and have put what I thought was the correct code in the td_api_plugin.php (links to all code below)

1) The new block initially appeared in the visual composer but when used, and I tried to view the page, it gave a 404 error.

2) I directly edited td_page_builder_widgets.php to include the new block. The new block initially showed in the widgets but when used in a sidebar there were NO images on the page (the featured image also disappeared).

I didn’t know if I should reactivate the plugin after changes so tried to do so and now consistently get the following, and the widget of the new block is no longer available in the list:

I would really like to see where this code is wrong please to help my general understanding, but I have found an alternative solution for this particular need.

td_block_21 also uses square images but in the theme is not in the widgets list. Having now found the way to get blocks in the list I put the block 21 in there and works great. I assume I cannot edit this file via the API or child theme? A direct edit is not ideal even though it is a simple one.

OK, I finally found out the origin of the problem.

The problem is being caused by Visual composer. How can I solve this?

Hi

I found an javascript error on your site http://screencast.com/t/jUYsaPs5nX which may be caused by a plugin and it’s possible to affect the site functionality, so you can try to deactivate all plugins except
Visual Composer and also make sure you empty all caches then test again.

It’s possible that this issue with saving settings appears because the server security module blocks the access to admin-ajax.php file or the file it’s not found. Try to verify if this happens when you save settings in other cases in theme panel and also verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
Contact your server administrator and explain the situation, as it’s requested many times during the a save the file it’s treated as threat so it’s banned. You can report false positives to your server administrator to remove it from the banned list.

You should also check the max_input_vars directive from you php.ini file and make sure that it’s set above 2000, you can check this in system status section within theme’s panel: http://screencast.com/t/V8MumQISR
