Hi,
I just have in mind a better idea then css, what you can do is to replace the block 16 with flex block 1 this can be easily customize with tagDiv Composer, for example https://i.imgur.com/umRue2h.png -> https://i.imgur.com/BAhLk9b.png -> https://i.imgur.com/7j9JpKR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vnwBYA4.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MMVt54C.jpg then on mobile view port you can change the height -> https://i.imgur.com/CnPmolI.png
I hope this will help you!

Hello!
Please open tagDiv Composer on that page, and make sure that your page has any kind of block in it. Send us a screenshot in tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
If in your top bar the name is “Standard Template” => https://www.screencast.com/t/DCmYwOYyOwDm then you can’t edit with tagDiv Composer, because is a Standard Template from tagDiv Standard Pack.
But if you have Single Post Template, then need to be displayed like this https://www.screencast.com/t/osIXYm9xam
For the comments on homepage please enable this option from Theme Panel -> Template Settings -> Page Template => https://www.screencast.com/t/izMZkco5
Please send some screenshots if you don’t mean this.
Thank you!
Hello!
You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !

Hello!
It seems you use a cloud template, so you can change the font color by editing the homepage with Tagdiv Composer. For example: https://www.screencast.com/t/QZqp5vN3h3N ; https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
Thank you!

Hi Guys,
I’ve just updated to the new version of WordPress and then I tried to update My Newspaper theme, but when it comes to updating composer it tries to install and then says failed. I’ve tried disabling all my plugins and then installing the Newspaper theme. I’ve also tried to update it manually but it still doesn’t work.
Any ideas what it could be that’s stopping it installing.
Thanks
Jason
on my website http://www.reallyfedigital.com on the drop down menus for the pages it shows the mega menu and the post. However when you click the links it takes you to the page but their empty. When i use div composer to edit. It changes all of the category pages to the same exact thing. How do I correct this.
Hi,

Hi Anamaria,
thanks for your assistance.
When I refresh a lot of time, I can get the cloud templates.
But sometime the problem happen.
I have another problem with tag composer
As you can see in this picture
https://iev.wju.mybluehost.me/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/tag-composer-Error.png
I cannot Edit with TagDiv Composer
Can you advise please?
If you use a mobile theme and set a modified date on the Desktop, the modified date won’t show on mobile, and Google won’t pick it up.
Google uses the mobile version to index pages. If you want the modified date picked up by Google, disable the mobile plugin and use the mobile page, which has the setting from tag div composer.
If you only use the mobile theme for AMP and set the modified date on the Desktop, it will show on Google since Google will use the responsive version on mobile to update the SERPs.
I requested the modified date feature be added to the mobile theme some months back; maybe they will add it in the coming updates.
Hi,
Thanks for your reply. I do not know why these design problems. I do not use any other page builder other than TagDiv composer.
1. Ok. The share icons do appear. But why does it take a long time to be loaded?
2. How do I remove the divider on the row? I have removed it for mobile home page and it works well. How will I get this screen – https://www.screencast.com/t/2yMNXV4DDe to remove the divider for posts?
3. The same issue. It is fine with the mobile home page. How will I be able to do this for the posts’ template.
Thank you!
Hello!
Let me explain you which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hello!
From what I know they will provide you a html code, and you can add that in your website in our theme by using the element called “RAW HTML”.
Edit the page with TagDiv Composer, search about this element and you can add the code there. For more information about TagDiv Composer, please check our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, 404 etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple).
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories page/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please edit with tagDiv Composer, and see if that zone you have a row, please delete it and see if, after that, the lines will still show.
Thank you!
Hello!
Please edit the search page with TagDiv Composer and check if there is set up an offset in the Post Loop element. Let the offset field empty with no space, no value and see the results.
Thank you!
Hello,
I just created a mobile page through the TagDiv composer and copied my home page content in it.
The problem is that the header and the footer don’t seem to be copied into the mobile page and I can’t customise them either.
Does anyone have a solution?

Hello,
I saw that you have some design problems https://www.screencast.com/t/A5bxiL0bNh do you use another page builder?
1. Also, the share icons appear only after the post content is loaded https://www.screencast.com/t/oFBe3oG5UJK
2. You need to remove the divider on the row https://www.screencast.com/t/2yMNXV4DDe
3. You can change the position of the menu icon with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/eG6lVSp5yQ
Thank you!
Hello,
I edited the mobile theme through the TagDiv Composer, but it won’t be shown on my mobile. I tried many things myself but it won’t show-up. Could someone help me?
Hello,
I didn’t install a prebuilt website, I just made my own using tagdiv composer and tagdiv cloud library
Hello,
I’m not sure I fully understand what the issue is. Can you provide more details about it?
Also, tagDiv Composer plugin is included in the theme package, so it should show up here https://www.screencast.com/t/HHp8xfpn1B
Thank you!
