Hi,
We had stopped updating the theme since 2 years ago, as there was a required switch to Tag Div composer.
We still use WP Bakery Builder.
Our website loading is slow, likely because we did not update the theme. We are looking at updating the theme again. Can we still use WP Bakery Builder as we are very used to using it?
Thanks
Duck
Hello, I have two problems with the footer. I have importet a footer from the tagDiv Cloud Templates. The first edit was okay but now in the cloud templates it’s not possible to open the footer with the tagDiv Composer:
https://www.screencast.com/t/g0UrnkwvtB
For example the header has the function:

The second problem is that the footer is not complete displayed in the mobile version.

Hello,
how can I make that the block title has round corners? I also want to change the text- and element-size. In tagdiv composer I didn’t find the correct option. Or is this only possible by custom css?
Here you can see what I need (NEUESTE BEITRÄGE): https://ibb.co/7ytQ8Hw
Thank you and best regards

And the solution it is described here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ -> https://imgur.com/H6fGo7X.
Hope, this is more understandable now.

Hello!
Try to do these steps as quickly as possible, so your visitors do not notice the process:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
We have a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi Calin
Everything was according to the requirements you sent. Memory limit was 40M but I asked to increase it to max, 512M, and it seems to have had no affect. Still loading very slowly. Previously we also isolated each plugin to see which one it was having this effect and its definitely tagDiv composer.
Can you / do you want to login to my admin area to experience it? I can also put up a sandbox/dev area if you want.
Hello !
Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.
Let us know the results.
Thank you !

I would like to submit a bug report regarding the post loop inside of the tag div composer.
I have a page with a category’s posts and a dozen of ads. In order to better arrange everything, I attempted to split the content into three logical sections, and insert ads in between those. In the previous format I had a Category Grid 2 on top (entire row), then a full row banner, and then a 2/3 post loop on the left, and a 1/3 ads column on the right.
In the new format I had a 2/3 Category Grid 2 on the top, and a 1/3 column on the right, with one ad box on the top of the column, and a post loop with an offset of 5 posts, and a limit of 2 posts just below that. The remainder of the page remained as before, with the only difference being that the post loop under the full row banner, I set the offset to 7 this time, to compensate for the introduction of the previous post loop.
No matter what settings I configured the second post loop after that, the post limit would not change; it was being affected by the upper post loop, and was limiting the posts to 2 per page for the lower post loop as well. Obviously affected by the upper post loop, and I tried everything in my powers, including deleting the lower post loop, and saving, and reloading, and re-inserting a new post loop and configuring it anew, clearing the cache memory, clearing the cloudflare cache memory, firing up a private browser to test without browser memory, and what not. I even tried using a post loop 2 in place of the post loop, for both the upper and the lower positions alternatively, so as to make sure no rules of the type A affected the instance of the type B. Everything was useless. Every time the lower post loop would be affected by the upper post loop’s settings.
As soon as I deleted the upper post loop and introduced a couple of ads in its place, the problem with the lower post loop went away.
I thought somebody else could benefit from my experience, and perhaps bringing it to your attention you could come up with a fix in the meantime, hence my posting this here publicly. I don’t really need any further assistance with this in my case for the time being, as I have come up with a workaround that allows me to move on.
Thank you.
Hello!
If you use Mobile Theme plugin and your page is made by TagDiv Composer, then that it is the problem. A solution for this could be to deactivate the Mobile Theme on that page. To do this, you need to edit the page normally and there you will find a setting in the right side:https://www.screencast.com/t/nKr3cv2eAdbE
If you want to use a mobile page, then you need to assign it. For more information about this mobile version please take a look in this article: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

Hello Vlad,
We desactivated all other plugins than the TagDiv ones, even TagDiv Social Counter, along with clearing our caches but sadly without any luck. TagDiv Composer doesn’t load when we press the button “Edit with TagDiv Composer”.
Here are pictures of the system status:

as for the link to the website : http://footamateurtv.com/
Thanks for your help because indeed because of this we can’t finalize the website and launch it.

Hello!
When you build a page/post with TagDiv Composer, then that code will appear there, so any content which you want to add there, you should make the changes in TagDiv Composer.
For more information about the plugin, you can check also our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hello!
Please edit the page with TagDiv Composer if you use a cloud template, click on that title and increase the font size: https://www.screencast.com/t/Qi87tyNL0 ; and for mobile you need to select the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; and edit the title and you will have the same settings there.
Thank you!

Hi Calin. Thank you very much for your answer.
Sure, I am happy to give you access to my website as admin. I provided credentials via email to the address contact@tagdiv.com a few minutes ago.
What are you using for your homepage? Did you use simple text with image as in a default WordPress theme? or you are using blocks, grids and more elements from theme builder? Because when you disable the composer, will be only shortcodes on desktop and this will be actually a text that will be loaded quite fast without any queries.
I am using TD Composer plugin for my homepage. There are blocks, rows and other elements in the homepage. If I disable all the plugins, then shortcodes appear on the page and the page loading is very fast: about 500ms. If I keep all plugins disabled but I enable just the TD Composer Plugin, shortcode disappear, blocks appear and the homepage takes about 30 secs to load, if I’m logged in. For non-loggedin users I use a cache plugin (Hummingbird).
I installed Query Monitor plugin and when I load the homepage, in the plugin panel I see about 40 “slow queries” by the TD Composer plugin, as you will see when you’ll login as admin.
If you want to test the compatibility issues, I installed “Health Check and Troubleshooting” plugin, so if you enable the Diagnostic mode you can disable and enable the plugins one-by-one without compromising the site functionality.
I took a look even at the server’s processes with a ssh connection (bash command: top). I noticed that it indicates 200/400% CPU usage for the process “mysql”. Maybe this could help you to understand what’s going on.
Thank you very much.
