Hello everyone, a problem has just appeared on my site automatically on all my articles while I was saving a draft, I emptied the cache, updated everything, clean up the transcients but nothing does it does not leave. I wasn’t updating a plugin and I didn’t have this before so I don’t have too many leads.
I think I’m out of time for support but I’m really asking for help because I bought a newspaper license for a friend (lavoixdelarose.com) and I really can’t figure out the problem at all. Thanks a lot for the help and empathy

Hi Bettina,
yes, I did, and I wrote:
“I just tried it. If I do not upload a font file, the Font is not selectable within the TagDiv Composer.” (see comment above)
The Custom Font is not selectable within tagDiv Composer if I do not add a custom font file. As you can see in my first screenshot, I already had installed custom fonts, which appear in the font select.

Hello!
If you use a cloud/PRO template, then you should add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS.
For a default template you should add the ads in theme panel.
Thank you!
Hi Calin, thanks for the tips. WPBakery Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plug-ins seemed to be the culprit. However, the images are back on the home page but now other items are missing and seeing text? Any other suggestions? What do you mean by “if you are using a child theme, set the main theme”? Can you send me images or describe how to do this? Thanks, g
I edited one of the subpages, at one point I noticed that TagDiv Composer was not working.
Problem: Just loads.
At the same time, I noticed that it doesn’t show up on the Header Gourtnament PRO website
I updated the theme to 13.9.1, I updated WordPress, I also decativate all plugins, … don’t use cache.
The matter is urgent, I no longer know what to do. How can such a problem occur?
I found the issue- the issue is in the tagdiv composer plugin what should I need to do next
Thanks for the reply. I use Facebook comments plugin for comments and have disabled displaying comments option for Home page and other pages in plugin settings. It functions well with desktop version and comment option is not displayed.
Plugin settings: https://prnt.sc/10n6vxy
TagDiv Composer: https://prnt.sc/10n7a0a
But in mobile version, comment option is shown.
Hello,
Single Post Template from Cloud Library can be edited on front-end with tagDiv Composer, this is the only way and will it work. tagDiv Cloud Library is a special custom post type made for our theme and all cloud templates that are built with it are store in the database. Therefore will not work if copy the shortcode and disable the plugin.
If you want to make a template with code you can edit a standard template from the tagDiv standard pack and you can set it in the child theme.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple).
Also, with our theme, you can use for mobile the responsive version of the theme, the mobile theme plugin or the mobile page editor (this can be edit with tagDiv Composer).
You can check this video about the Newspaper theme version on mobile -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
About the custom header, please notice that we can provide support only for theme functions and for custom implementation. For this, you need to contact the custom services -> https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Also, for implantation and compatibility for untested and custom plugins, you need to contact work ->https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Also, make sure the code you set in the functions.php is set in child theme functions.php or this path => wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/functions.php
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for your help.
These are two completely separate things:
1. I like the post template 6 a lot, but I wanted Sliders on the top of the posts, and the standard template 6 only allows for images, not Sliders. Then, using the Clod Template composer, I built my own Cloud Template with a very similar design. One post, like https://test.wcta.com.br/mestres/chen-xiaowang/ for example, uses its own Cloud Template with the applicable Slider.
When I want another post with another Slider, I will just duplicate the template and change its name and the Slider slug in the correct field inside the template, and then use it for the new post.
This is working perfectlky fine. I don’t need any help with this.
2. I built my original Cloud Template with a similar design to post template 6 using the composer. All standard procedure. I was looking at it using Safari, and it looks perfect to me. When I checked the results usinf Firefox, it looked differently. Then I checked with Chrome, also different from Safari. You can see the difference in the very same post here: https://imgur.com/a/K2gMgkY
Since I didn’t use any custom css, and used only the composer, I believe this is a css glitch in the Newspaper Theme itself. It is completely unrelated to topic 1 above. A template was built with the composer that does not look the same in every browser.
I would expect your developers to easily solve what is shown in the last link above with some css fixes.
Thank you,
Eduardo
Can you please tell me, how I can have “Arial” selectable within the TagDiv Composer?
Hello,
Please tell me what steps you did to set the background image for categories.
From Theme Panel or set it with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
I am nearly done with the theme customization, I have to say it’s really easy with TagDiv Composer. However, there are a few things I can’t find out how to customize.
1- On the home page, how to I change the color of the “next” and “previous” buttons https://www.screencast.com/t/IRbeHADMG ?
2- How do I change the fonts and color in the upper left menu https://www.screencast.com/t/jsGyaBPds8 and https://www.screencast.com/t/sy0hAh1bAdi ?
3- How to I change the title color of the “more article” at the bottom of the post content https://www.screencast.com/t/RudJtRYN ?
4- How do I change the title hover color, of the first displayed article on a category page https://www.screencast.com/t/ArbjK7NDheq ?
5- How do I change the background color of the article title container, in all search results/categories https://www.screencast.com/t/epLsRggaHzi ?
Thanks in advanced.
Hello,
For the problem with the code on the page, please make sure you have the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin activate.
For Instagram widget, please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete it and re-install it from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/hpckcc2K
Also, make sure you set the API Key from Instagram like in this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/instagram-widget/
If the problem is not solved after, then we need to take a look.
Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– wp-admin URL and credentials
– A link to this topic in order to identify you
Our team will take a look!
Thank you!
Hello,
The Single Post Template refers to the layout used by the posts, but the content on the posts are made in Gutenberg editor by WordPress.
“Please do not use both the tagDiv Composer and other page builders such as the WordPress editor or WPBakery page builder simultaneously on the same page.
Please do not edit a page originally created with WPBakery or other page builders.”
The above paragraph referring to pages, not posts.
If this is not what you mean, please let me know!
Thank you!
Hi,
To edit those elements use tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/dwXu7jD.jpg click on block and change the name from here -> https://i.imgur.com/fWYKtvW.jpg and filter the posts from here https://i.imgur.com/fwEY6r8.jpg you can check more abut how to use the blocks in our guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-block-settings-tutorial/
Hope this will help you!
Hello,
In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please check if you use the last version of WordPress 5.7 with the last theme version Newspaper 10.3.9.1 (if you have a theme version older, than NewsPaper 10.3.9 and you have the latest WP version 5.7, tagDiv Composer not work) and check to see if the problem persists.
If you need to make an update, before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello,
Seems you have installed the Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Also, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
This a video that can help you ->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
Hi,
The theme was working fine a few days ago, but now a couple of the elements on the homepage are showing as code.
When I open the composer there is no option to edit these. I can’t highlight them, edit, or delete them.
I have added screenshots in a doc.
https://docs.google.com/document/d/10jAg0jbSqoZQUKgnodeHS0cehM21_qwTHN25PgQ-VIQ/edit?usp=sharing
The site is here.
https://dyediy.com/
Also, the Instagram widget in the footer is not showing any pictures yet, but I think it’s all set up correctly.
Thanks,
Kelly.

Hello sir!
i just want to editing my pages but my TD Composer editor is showing just loading and not going to editor to edit.
With the single post template, Magazine pro for example, and probably the other single post templates, why can’t I edit the images in the tagdiv composer? It seems these edits are to be done in the standard wordpress editor is that correct?
This contridicts the info under tagdiv composer tutorial
“Please do not use both the tagDiv Composer and other page builders such as the WordPress editor or WPBakery page builder simultaneously on the same page.
Please do not edit a page originally created with WPBakery or other page builders.”
Am I missing something here, and that for the single post template, without any other elements added, you in fact do the edits in the wordpress editor?
I have setup mobile theme for my website.
But the mobile version do not work for pages.
I setup a page and added a mobile page version of it.
They are linked together. When I edit the mobile page in TagDiv composer, it shows up a proper mobile page.
When I go to the following page with my mobile phone, it doesnt show up

Hi, i’ve deactivated the “SHOW SIGN IN / JOIN” option in my theme panel, removed all “Header login” elements from my cloud templates with TD Composer, but the modal code still shows up in my frontend and i can still use it to login, register and request a new password.
This modal is really unsafe as it has no captcha nor any other check.
In 2021 it is optimistic at the very least.
How can i prevent the modal’s code from showing up in my source code and in comments?
I can’t find any template to overwrite in my child theme to remove it .
If anyone’s interested, i’ve at least disabled the unsafe ajax calls, adding this code to my child theme’s functions.php :
add_action('wp_ajax_nopriv_td_mod_login','my_theme_disable_ajax', 0);
add_action('wp_ajax_td_mod_login', 'my_theme_disable_ajax', 0);
add_action('wp_ajax_nopriv_td_mod_register', 'my_theme_disable_ajax', 0);
add_action('wp_ajax_td_mod_register', 'my_theme_disable_ajax', 0);
add_action('wp_ajax_nopriv_td_mod_remember_pass', 'my_theme_disable_ajax', 0);
add_action('wp_ajax_td_mod_remember_pass', 'my_theme_disable_ajax', 0);
function my_theme_disable_ajax(){
die(json_encode(array('login', 0, __td('Ooops... Error 404', TD_THEME_NAME))));
}
Thanks
Hello!
This is possible if you edit the page with TagDiv Composer, add the element called “Title” and set these settings into the element: https://www.screencast.com/t/vNPChsD7Ms
You can drag & drop the element on the colored area.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
