Hello !
You are using a Pro Demo which means that all your templates are fully editable using tagDiv Composer. You will have to edit the category template ROW in order to set a background image as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/5k3bnKW2sklv
I hope this was helpful !
Thank you !
Hello,
If you have a Pro Prebuilt Website, then you have a Single Post Template from Cloud Library, edit with tagDiv Composer and you can remove these 3 elements with right-click => https://www.screencast.com/t/RAAVeOI60Aq or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page => https://www.screencast.com/t/IE4KXmmuvsyg
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Yes I have tested only with TagDiv plugins but the problem continues to show error after activating the TagDiv composer plugin. Please resolve this issue ASAP.
The instructions you provided did not work at all.
If you edit the post template with tagDiv Composer, there is nowhere to enable/disable comments.
The single post comment form is added to the template but only appears when editing the template and does not show when you view a post unless you manually set it for a particular post.
The screenshot you provided is only for a single post which doesn’t represent all posts.
Please check and cofirm.

Hello!
In the past, this you could achieve that related article and more from author in the same time with a default template, but now you can not achieve this with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello!
Edit that page with TagDiv Composer, click on the bold text and you will find out a setting like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/YHQbS3LGg
From that list you can choose which size you want there.
Thank you!

Hello!
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.
Let us know the results.
Also we have a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Thank you!
I changed my layout for my site to Category Template – Magazine PRO
My problem is that only one of the categories are showing on my page.
The rest shows nothing in the frontend – In the backend in TagDiv composer I see “No posts” under “Posts Loop”.
There seem to be no filter option.
Hello!
If you follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/ ; then you will find out how to achieve that menu.
There is a flex block set it up. Read more about the flex blocks settings here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
Please note that you need to use a cloud/PRO template in order to edit with TagDiv Composer plugin.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hi,
About WPBakery Visual Composer and Revolution Slider plugins, make sure that you have them updated with the new versions from package 4.9.6 then it should work properly.
If you do not know about child theme, most probably you are not using. For more details about child theme you can check our guide from here https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/
Thank you!
My TagDiv Composer not load and apers this errors:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mappedShortcodes’ of undefined
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘globalHeaderTemplateId’ of undefined
Hello!
A solution could be to add a row and in that row to add an element called “Client”, duplicate it and then you can display them how you like for example, check this video: https://www.screencast.com/t/j8pkkn6k12q3
Please note that you need a cloud/PRO template in order to edit with TagDiv Composer plugin.
Hope that helps you!

Hello!
Unfortunately, in our theme there is no setting to achieve an event page and you can not edit it a page from a plugin with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello!
This element it is called ” Flickr ” can be found when editing a page or a cloud template with TagDiv Composer. With this element you can achieve different things:
1. Display a list of Flickr photos by mentioning their IDs separated by a comma
2. Specify the ID of a user (you can find a guide on how to obtain a user ID here: https://www.webfx.com/tools/idgettr/) and from that user you can display his photostream or all albums.
3. Specify a gallery ID and you can display photos from that gallery.
Please note that you need to select the source there in order to display whatever you want.
Thank you!

Hi,
The footer templates do not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
The footer template can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF
We talked about it on this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-edit-footer-template-default-pro-by-tagdiv-composer/

Hello!
I checked your website and it seems you have the author name there.
Please note if you use a cloud/PRO template you need to edit that page with TagDiv Composer plugin, click on the element and you can delete it and the changes made in theme panel should reflect on your default posts.
