Thanks i was able to install plugins but it didn’t work, when i was importing demo it issued an error with alert written technicall error please contact us on our email. it was not able to import demo later website was showing technical difficulties error, when i removed tagdiv Composer plugin the error was resolved,
so exactly how can i import data, if you need i can give you website access

You can talk to a freelancer to see if he can make the adjustments to adapt thrive or TagDiv Composer to work together. I don’t think it is impossible but you will have to see how much it will cost.

Hello, I have posted before but my questions seem to get ignored and other peoples are getting answered. This is my 3rd post and I hope I get a response because I just bought this yesterday.
When adding a logo in the TAGDIV Composer I am getting this error which comes up not just for this but other things too: Invalid data Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)

On the header it is also telling me to “Buy Now” when I already have. I am not the best when it comes to this kind of stuff so I just need some guidance to get started.
I can’t remove elements. This has been for over a year. I have now bought NEWSPAPER X and can’t install it (only letting me update to Newspaper 9).
Who can I speak to about this?

I have already done all this and checked .. nothing is conflicting.. I have deactivated all the plugins and kept only tagdiv but the issues seems to be with tag div composer as whenever I am deactivating the tag div composer the previews all over the website with normal editor of wordpress default works properly.
Please look into this as I am also a developer I know how to debug things I have come here after doing all the debugging, I am sure there is something problem in tag div composer.
I have also email you guys at contact email Id my website credentials.

The previews work on the WordPress backend but on the frontend, it does not show up. You can create any new post using tag div composer with any embedded youtube video or content which has previews it will not show up on the frontend.
I purchased the photo gallery plugin from 10web but can’t get it to work with tagdiv composer
I go to insert a text block, and I enter in the shortcode but as soon as a navigate from the ‘text’ entry to visual or close the box it disappears.
There is also a button on the text box saying ‘insert photo gallery’ for it but it is unresponsive.
Really want to be able to intergrate this ,especially as paid for.

You can do this if you are sett on these posts an individual templates, a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library that do not has set on it ads, also you can edit it using tagDiv Composer.

Deactivating tagdiv composer breaks the homepage, so I really can’t use that method.
1. Is there really no other way or workaround I can try? My content is basically locked at this point.
2. Would it be possible for a third party developer to resolve this issue? Is it a complex fix?

If this element was not set using tagDiv Composer, then you need to use a custom css to change/edit the element -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

If you are using PRO demos, the settings from theme panel will no affect website, because PRO Demos are build suing cloud template from tagDiv Cloud Library and are build/edit with tagDiv Composer. So if you want to edit the pages or templates you need to do it with tagDiv Composer, for pages -> https://i.imgur.com/FIDsl3X.png or cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/QUul6Mj.png

I have been using your Newspaper theme on two of my sites and just purchased a new licence for my new site.. However, after activating the theme and clicked on install plugins the tagdiv composer is showing failed.. It happened when I tried to use a old theme.. So purchased a new theme now.. Please treat this urgent and rectify the issue immediately..

If you are using a PRO demo or a single post template, then you can edit it using tagDiv Composer and use the right click to remove the related articles.

I have successfully installed Newspaper theme on my website (mysite.com) and the site already live.
I plan to create another website for a different language version (mysite.com/ch/). I have installed the theme but unable to install tagDiv.
Error as below shown.
This site can’t be reachedThe webpage at https://mysite.com/ch/wp-admin/themes.php?page=td_plugins&plugin=td-composer&plugin_name=tagDiv+Composer&plugin_source=tagDiv+Composer&tgmpa-install=install-plugin&return_url=td_theme_plugins&tgmpa-nonce=322ccf26d3 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Do i need to buy the theme again for new site?

If you are using the element from tagDiv Composer, the file path is -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_search.php

If you are using a pro demo, the footer is a cloud template, then you’ll need to edit it from a page, for example, you can edit the homepage, click on edit with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/uweNRrc.jpg after that go down to the footer end edit it how you want (now you can customize the the whole web-page from fronted).
Also you can use the right click to remove the element you do not need-> https://i.imgur.com/m5fCx8j.png

Yes, you can remove it, but first you need to check if you are using a standard post template or cloud.
For standard post template you can remove this author box using the options from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/IOHtOkB.png
For single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the cloud template and use the right click on the element you want to remove -> https://i.imgur.com/8yHchGa.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MU8V1dZ.png

Usually the h1 is set on logo, if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud Library, you can have a different H1 per page/posts, another way is to using the Page Builder + Page Title on page template, this should set your page title as h1 and remove the h1 from logo.
If you want that your title to have the h1 set instead of logo, then please check if you are using a cloud header, if yes, then you can edit it with tagDiv Composer and disable the h1 -> http://prntscr.com/q1ohji from desktop and make sure that you do the same for mobile logo -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xVUjIMUelXA2 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ABTw6DUnbMjH and the problem will be solved!
For the featured image from mobile, please check in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/BiZNVMP.png if you are using the mobile theme plugin you need to remove from here -> https://i.imgur.com/HJLDVTl.png also make sure that you clear all cache after these changes.
