Hi there,

I upgraded my site to NP 10 after being on NP 8 for the last couple of years. Transitioned to the Pulses Pro demo.

Things are looking nice but I’ve noticed that on Safari (MacOS 10.15.4), the columns overlap when scrolling. Here’s some pages where it happens:

Home Page

The column “Latest Living” moves on top of the left-side column when you scroll to it.

Article Page

The column with the pennies image moves on top of the left-side column. This happens on all article pages.

I really didn’t do much customization to the template yet, just removed some things from the demo home page. Strangely it does not happen in Chrome or Firefox. I can share screenshots if that helps.

Hi,

I installed your theme and installed the Gadgets (normal one, not PRO) demo through WP Dashboard > Newspaper > Install demos. Now I want to activate the Infinite Loading for Single Posts (https://tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-for-single-posts/) but I didn’t have any items in WP Dashboard > Cloud Templates, so I imported Single Post Template 4 which is the template that resembles the most in the Gadgets Demo and activated the Infinite Loading.

The problem comes because the sidebar that shows widgets (Social Media, Most and Lastest Posts, etc) disappears in the imported template.

Can you help me showing how to activate the sidebar in the imported template? or to activate the Infinite Loading for Single Posts in the Gadgets demo?

I have installed the theme Newspaper and baby pro demo two weeks ago. Sine that moment, I’ve got a lot of problems: a lot of pages can not be found (error 404) or don’t show articles, the site is really slow, every day I’ve got problems and it doesn’t matter if I do backup. I need help

I just installed the Newspaper Theme, initially i saw the activate theme, but didn’t activate it. I installed demos and did some customisation. The Activate Theme is not visible now.

If I try to activate from System Status or Update tab, I get an error ‘Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.’

Tried restoring back up and reinstalling the theme, removed security plugin, caching plugin, cleared cache, still facing the issue.

Could someone please advise.

I’m working on a website and have only tried to customize the demo data for my client—changing the colors, fonts, etc. For some reason, I get the following error with the logo. It doesn’t matter what I do. If I remove the row, it goes away, if I try to reinput the logo, I get it again. It doesn’t even matter what the logo is. Hi just set up a dev site and imported the demo content. The site is painfully slow and constantly times out when trying to edit the pages supplied. I’m also wanting to add shortcodes and none of the tag elements seem to support them. Site is on a decent VPS, latest php etc, no issues with any other sites on the VPS.
Any thoughts on both counts please, very frustrating.

Q1:
When I made a mobile layout,
There is a lot of space on the right and no space on the left on the post page. I want to make spaces evenly on the left and right.
Please tell me how to modify it.

Q2:
The layout of the top page is broken when the tablet is displayed horizontally.
Also, when the tablet is displayed vertically, the layout of the top page is also broken.

This phenomenon is done by default in the theme.
It is displayed nicely in the simulator, but the display is broken when actually displayed on the iPad.
I’m obviously checking the cache out.

I have some content that is modal, but I am having trouble because it is not displayed in the foreground.

Please display this link on your smartphone. It is displayed without any problem in the simulator, but when the page is actually displayed on the iPhone, the menu appears on the modal. Of course, the cache is deleted and verified.

Quick question:

Is it safe to uninstall the demo I had originally downloaded and used to build my website with?
I’m done building my website recently using the installation of a demo and its content.
Now I’m done and I was thinking maybe to save some space and ease speed by uninstalling the demo.

Is it safe? could it have some impact on my existing built site?
