As you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/tmd7UOmpu the Recipes demo uses the Header Style 11 and that large photo is practically the logo. Please notice that each demo has an own design which can be found here -> http://screencast.com/t/5O5mq7WI and when the demo is loaded the characteristic style will be loaded. So, if you like this demo, please try to use the Recipes and then you can customize it by your desire.

Is this a header? And if it’s a header, how can I get that header as well?
I cant see this construction in the options 1 till 12 in the theme panel.

Heya fellows, sorry to be disturbing you, i am sure you have plenty of work to do but…. I really need to find out about this. I adopted the demo News Magazine. I am happy with it but some little questions came after it.
1) Is there a way to turn off the logo thumbnail showing on the top up while scrolling up and down the page?
2) I am sorry, where can I chose a different color than the current black for the tag background?
3) This is the most annoying because I ve trying to fix it the whole morning, and I am not even sure it’s related with the News Magazine layout but I just noticed now… can you please help me determine why my website now resizes the images in browser? I am VERY confused. I tried turning off all plugins. Still the same: when I insert a new image in a post, although the original size of the image is 696px, I only have the option of inserting at a width of 640px. When I load the post in the browser it says the original size was 696px but it was rescaled. The most intriguing thing is that any other already created post shows the images correctly in the browser. Still, if I try to edit the images in an older post, the size available shows 640px. Hope I was clear… this is a confusing matter, at least to me.

I did it and I have simple links without megamenu. But I still can’t choose menu in:
Newspaper > HEADER > Main Menu > HEADER MENU (MAIN)
I have empty list, without even demo menus.

The menu is not changed in the car enthusiast demo. It’s simply header style 10 with a red background color and a huge logo (the car is a logo)

How does the menu work in the Car Enthusiast work?
I use the technews demo and tried to modify the front page with VC. I want the first section to be stretched over the full with. It is no problem to configure it, I just set the Row stretch to Stretch row and content (I also tried Stretch row and content (no paddings)) and the News ticker and the Big Grid 8 get nearly the full width of the screen.
But when I look at my site it looks like this:
The news ticker is not working any more (I haven’t touched any settings of it) and in the Big Grid 8 section I have empty space in every tile.
Is there a way to sole this issues?
Further the Big grid 8 section does not have full width, there is still a padding (24px), where can I delete this?

2. No, can ignore the activation messages as Visual Composer plugin comes bundled with the theme and you don’t need a license key for it.

Perhaps, you are referring to the images which are displayed to our demo preview, right? Please notice that all of these images are not available for our customers because we have copyright for all of these and it could be used only from our in this case and we cannot distribute because we are not aware doing this. The entry-category has a different implementation and it will grab the color of the category from here: http://screencast.com/t/NloQRFff This only works on posts.
Different color tags can be present on posts by selecting different colors for the categories like this posts shows: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-seeking-business-cuomo-heads-to-cuba-with-a-new-york-trade-delegation/
If you still want to target it with css and make all of them one color you can use this code:

}
You can select a specific pot template so the code only affects style 9 for example:
.single_template_9 .entry-category a{
background-color:red!important;
}
Or you can use the post ID and only target one specific post:
postid-165 .entry-category a{
background-color:red!important;
}

For the moment the theme dos not have an option to hide the thumbnail on live search. A possible solution would be to edit td_module_mx2.php file and remove the featured image form module’s structure. You can also change the module used for ajax search with one which does not display the feature image: http://screencast.com/t/XQJmTMvIfh It can be used module 9 for example: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/category/module-9-category/

Please notice that our theme does not have any influence for your posts when these will should display on Facebook. The theme only takes the link for your posts and puts it on Facebook….For more information about this process, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/
Another thing that could cause this type of issue should be your untested plugins or your additional customizations if you have something like that. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, if your problem will still persist, you can try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme.
Please notice that our theme is fully tested with Facebook and as you can see in our demo preview, the Sharing on Facebook work as propelry -> http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/15-grooming-techniques-every-man-needs-to-know/
