Hello.
The loaded demo page is strange.
==Newspaper demo page
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_business/european-banks-sitting-on-e1tn-mountain-of-bad-debt/
==Loaded demo page
https://being-money.com/apply-for-a-vehicle-mortgage-loan-in-2022/
FYI, I didn’t do anything that would make the page misaligned.
After the update, the demo page is strange.
We look forward to your reply.
The error seems to be fixed now. If there is someone else with this warning on their website: I have deleted the single post template and re-installed it through Cloud Library.
However, as it was before with the same exact single post template (the difference being that before the template was added with the Gadgets PRO demo; now I’ve imported from de Cloud Library), the inline ad is still not shown in the single post (I’ve set it to be shown in the second paragraph, aligned left, but it won’t). I tried with different ad codes, but it only puts a space on some random paragraph and that’s all (also, if I add the „advertisment” text, it shows this text, but not the ad). I mention that I’ve manually added the ad code în the „Edit with TD Composer”, but it is also added in the Theme Panel > Ads > Inline ad (since now it does not seems to be possible to select an ad available in the Theme Panel from the Edit with TD Composer). Is there any solution to this?
Hello, i want to know how can i place on my header the login / register modal from newspaper theme, without having to import the entire demo.
Thanks on advance

here’s the page link https://acetef.com/pricing/
I don’t know where the problem come from,
I imported a pre-build website, and then I DELETED IT, as instructed, and now I get this issue
Same here. The problem is with “Single related posts” shortcode in TagDiv Composer.
When I try to edit the post template directly from the post itself, I get an error message from TagDiv Composer. instead, if I try to edit the post from the Cloud Templates panel, TagDiv Composer opens correctly and displays a demo of the related posts.
I have noticed that in the shortcodes list the “Single related posts” is missing. I assume the problem is there.
Tablet viewport width is already set at 100%. It’s the height part that’s problemtic. I want the menu to scroll if the content doesn’t fit inside the viewport in terms of width. I am not opposed to scrolling—I want it. But it just doesn’t scroll.
Suppose, I have a page that displays some stuff in 8 small sections and I set this page to show up in menu(putting the id of page in menu item). What happens is that on desktop it will open fine showing 4 sections per row. On tablet/landscape mobile you want it to scroll down till the last section because you’re showing one section per row, but it just won’t scroll. I can’t figure out why.
If your screen is 1000px tall and the menu items are 1400px tall, the extra items in that 400px would not appear because you can’t scroll. Width is not the issue, height is.
Another example is the tagDiv popup builder which is great. If you display page content in popup, doesn’t matter how long the page is, it will let you scroll down to the very bottom till the last piece of content but in menu it is not possible or atleast I’ve been unable to achieve it.
You can emulate the issue on your side—
1. Go to this demo-https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_music_life_pro/
2. Open the browser inspection tool.
3. Select iPad Air as the device or set 820 as width if the device option is unavailable.
4. Click on arrow icon beside FOR LIFE menu item (not the menu item itself, it would redirect).
You would find that a lot of menu content is below the screen/viewport height but you can’t access it because it doesn’t let you scroll down.
Hello @stocknow95!
When you install a demo without content, it is normal to appear differently.
Thank you!

Hello, team tagDiv.
The menu item FOR LIFE in music and life demo doesn’t work as expected. Below a certain viewport width, the instrument section and the two articles requires vertical scrolling to be found. It’s unscrollable/(sticky?). The viewport width I tested it on is landscape mobile (real device not td composer).
Is it same for everybody else as well?
Hello @ionutm!
If you need to assign a cloud template to your category, then please check the documentation to know how you can do this(first link).
We recommend to use cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer which contains a lot of functions and features, please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Simply, Nothing Appears.
I know everything in the video you sent.
My question is different~~~
I told you that the template does not appear when I click on the “Archive Page” (Posts Page) Assigned from WordPress Settings – Reading. ok?
All what I See is the default Demo template.
So, What do you say now?

Hi,
In this case the best option will be a database backup.
Also, When you import a demo and you make changes on it after you change to different one the pages/posts/cloud templates, everything that was added the demo will be removed. This situation can be solved by duplicating the elements that you want to edit and use the duplicates or better select form the cloud the elements/cloud templates that you want to use (for example a page, s ingle post template, a header …)

I hope this will help you!
Hello @GP_Media!
If you use default templates, then you should activate the Standard Pack plugin. Please consider to use TagDiv Composer builder in order to use our cloud templates.

In order to see the archive template, you should import and assign one.
Please make sure it is not a cache issue.

Hello,
If you want to use the Post Templates which are in the Theme Panel, then please make sure you have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin updated and activated.
Also, you can use a Single Post Template from tagDiv Cloud Library and you can customize the layout with tagDiv Composer.
Those styles/templates/blocks are from tagDiv Standard Pack, and this plugin is not required from version 10.4, because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Also, on our channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ, you can find more videos that can help you and documentation https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-documentation
Thank you!
I came back to this to improve my page but I am unable to change the width of a single image beyond 240px. I am using the General tab “image width” for the Single image block.
It resizes smaller, but not larger, than 240px, which is the same size as “auto” makes it.
If you increase the size incrementally above 240px, it stops resizing while the border increases. Saving and viewing does not show any difference to within the editor.
No value entered into the General tab “image width” for the Single image block alters the width beyond 240px, although it does indicate a wider frame with a hatched margin, which alters with width change. This can be seen in the screen shot below, where I put in 700px for demonstration purposes.
TagDiv_single_image_resizing_issue_03-03-22.jpg
In the screenshot, below the single image is a Single background image block indicating the size I require. I’d prefer to use single image.
Can you help?

Is there a way to have a sticky header on desktop but not on mobile?
There is not a caching plugin on his website. However, it is hosted on WPengine and the caching is not the best on this server.
I disabled the sticky header and it works correctly on mobile, but would prefer is the header can be sticky or a “floating header” on desktop.
Please watch this very short video for demonstration.
Hi,
When the website loads on a mobile device, the header disappears.
How can this be fixed?
Please watch the very short video demonstrating the issue.
Hello,
You can change the icon for the mobile menu -> https://i.imgur.com/fUAHdsn.png with tagDiv Composer, select the viewport on the phone.
Also, for the menu, you can set the icons that’s how it is in this demo -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_magazine_pro/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
Thank you!
Hi,
For the time being there is no problem for us to provide wp backry plugin, but if you want to use it with the new demos, it will not work properly, that’s why we recommend trying the theme builder. It is only a recommendation, if you do not want to use it, this is your choose.
Thank you for your understaning!
Hi Anamaria, that module is a module of the author – a short bio or description plus their name and social icons. That is not what I described or asked advice for. I need to use or create a module to display the author’s profile picture and their latest article (article category name, article title, article excerpt).
If I create a module from scratch, what is the best way to save it as an entity to make it reusable for future use? I am looking into some other way to do so than have it exist in a demo (hidden) template, and then copy that over to the page template I will be working on each time.
Thanks.
Hi,
Unfortunately, the Snax plugin was not been tested with our theme, therefore we do not know how this should work and if is in conflict with some elements from our theme or not.
All demos are made using the theme builder (tagDiv Composer) and cloud templates, so there should not be differences between them.
Thank you!
Hi,
Is possible that the version that you are using to no longer be compatible with the latest WordPress version.
The revolution slider is updated on each theme update. What you need to do is to make sure that you are using the last theme version, Newspaper v11.4.1 and when you get the package from the themeforest you’ll find -> https://i.imgur.com/uQsSR0Y.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos-prebuilt-websites/
Thank you!
