1. The process to get a cloud template/page you’ll need to “Create Page” -> http://prntscr.com/ooxben -> http://prntscr.com/ooxbj9 -> http://prntscr.com/ooxbo1 -> http://prntscr.com/ooxbvr

2. Just make sure that you set the full image not a thumb http://prntscr.com/ooxck1 also the space that you want to cover are fit with the image size.

That could mean you are uploading the whole theme package, not the actual theme. When downloading the theme from themeforest, there are 2 options, to download the full package or just the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
