My apologies on the late reply. The problem with tagdiv Composer persists. There is nothing in the Cloud Library, and if I try to edit the current template Header Template, it ends up in Error 500 throughout the website after a few tries.
My host is saying it could be malware within your template? They said they saw some ‘unrecognized’ scripts running, and when they disabled them, the site came back up. They are running a scan now.
Something is off and I am hoping for your help.

I am currently using Newspaper version 11.5.1 and I’m experiencing an issue with the sticky mobile menu.
On inner pages the sticky header disappears and the browser console shows this error:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘top’)
at tagdiv_theme.min.js
Could you please provide me with the correct tagdiv_theme.min.js file from the fixed build (v11.5.2 or newer) so that I can replace it in:
/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/
I only need the patched file, not a full theme update, as everything else on the site is working fine.

I set up an adv in the header ad postion, and the adv is successfully displayed on all platforms, but not on mobile. Did I miss any settings?

Most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or a plugin conflict, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/

Hi,
This happens because the first HTML that gets cached (from a mobile visit) is later served to desktop users too. Newspaper can render different header markup for mobile vs. desktop (especially if you enabled the tagDiv Mobile Theme/ Mobile page). With FastCGI cache, if you don’t vary the cache by device (or the theme’s device cookie), you’ll mix the variants, so the “desktop header goes missing”. What to do?
– use the responsive version.
– split the FastCGI cache by device

Yes, we insert Adsense blocks using the element, but Teads is implemented via a JavaScript tag through the Header script code in the theme settings, which allows the advertising block to be implemented between paragraphs of each post. It’s very likely that the theme’s CSS is somehow interfering with the Teads block’s CSS, causing layout disruption in the parallax effect of campaigns.
If you have any ideas on how to work around this, it would be very helpful.

None of the elements have these borders in layout, the header doesn’t and the hero doesn’t none does, does this mean i have to build everything in desktop mode then everything in mobile then everything in tablet?

If you have created the content on a “page” and it appears on other pages, then most likely the content was not set on the page but in the header template (if it appears at the top) or in the footer template (if it appears at the bottom). What needs to be done is to move the content to a page and the problem is solved (can be done with drag and drop).

The Newsmag theme provides the responsive version and mobile theme plugin for mobile versions. The Responsive version will display the desktop version adjusted for mobile, and the mobile theme plugin, if it is used, will have a simple layout that can not be edited. This is to achieve a better speed, and it is usually used for blogs.
If you want to use the mobile theme plugin, but you do not want it on the homepage, then you need to use the Gutenberg editor to edit the homepage and select the mobile icon – https://i.imgur.com/QK7YcB0.png – https://i.imgur.com/rfGLrQn.png

It is possible to add to my website header a counter that will count my added news for today?

In this video you will see on this example website that they have a widget with todays added news counter and yesterdays added news counter.
I checked the issue and I see the header menu had a z index of 0 set in the composer https://prnt.sc/4kSKWjCiwSn6 Not sure why it had it, unless it was set there manually. That was the cause of the problem.
I removed the z index and cleared the cache, the issue is solved https://prnt.sc/veqj8dzroch6 Please check as well.

I just installed Newspaper and this is my first experience with the theme.
I want to update Header and I noticed it is using a Cloud template.
When using Cloud templates, I go to Header templates, try to Edit with TD Composer the template “Header Template – Gourmet PRO” and I get page that says:
“Sorry, this page doesn’t exist.
Please check the URL or go back a page.
404 Error. Page Not Found.”
Then I close that and go back to Cloud templates, and click the “+” symbol to see if it will let me add a new template, and it show blank page with “Invalid reply from server endpoint.”
I basically can’t do anything with header. I want to use the Header of the sample website, but add my logo to it. That is all I wanted to do.
What is going on with this theme?

I have been developing a new version of my website after purchasing the Newspaper Pro theme. While working on localhost (XAMPP) everything was fine — the login/register section worked correctly, as you can see on the left side of the image.
However, after migrating the site from localhost to HostGator hosting, and after adding the Cloudflare and Complianz plugins (I don’t think these plugins affect this part), the Register option disappeared. On the right side of the image you can see how it looks now. (https://imgur.com/a/2NQGNN1)
I checked the forum and saw that the option “Anyone can register” should be enabled. I did activate it, but it still didn’t work.
Interestingly, on localhost the Register button appeared even when this option was disabled, which makes me think the theme handled it differently.
Could you please help me understand what I might be missing, or if there is a specific setting inside the theme panel/header builder to enable the “Register” link again?

Normally that’s how it’s done. Auto ads can appear anywhere on the website, but google provides an option to exclude certain areas https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/12626543?hl=en This should work, and its the only way to do it. Can you not select the area below the header despite the ads not appearing in the preview? It should be possible.

Now, I move to iPhone or iPad.. and the website is not looking good.
The articles are published fine, but the menu is not showing correctly.
As you described I used tagDiv Composer to select the mobile icon (right side).
Also in the settings from menu and in theme (mobile) I select the demo header (which I edited) to my needs. On the computer it looks great, but on mobile the menu is not showing. Also when I clear cache from mobile (Safari or Firefox) it doesn’t show. Please help me out.
That’s a very unusual issue. I see no conflict or something that could create such a problem.
Eventually I created a cloud header template with the composer, I made it to look like the one you were using. This one uses the fonts correctly. Please check it as well. This type of header can be customized with the composer, you can edit it from the homepage for example. You could continue using this header, and if you want to customize it and you need help, please let me know.

That means you probably added it in the header, so it displayed on the whole website.
To explain a bit, there are 3 zones in the composer, the header, the content, the footer. You can add anything you want in the header. The cloud header templates can be built with the composer.
