Cant change demo sticky header and mobile header
I want to change it to my current header

Hi,

I tried to change the logo via theme panel -> header -> logo upload, the image uploads but it doesn’t displays in the front end.

Hi,

on my site the logo in the header and footer are not displayed always. Sometimes I can see it, sometimes not.

Any idea? I use Cloudflare and WP Rocket Cache, but if I disable both the issue isn’t gone.

Hello everyone, I have problems with the configuration of my header, problem No. 1 is that I want to pass the social media icons next to the bubmenu without it altering its height or size.

Problem No. 2 is that after lowering the social media icons I can eliminate that entire block row and thus be able to decrease the height of my entire head.

Problem No. 3 is that I want to reduce the submenu block by half as seen in the initial confinement of the bussines header.

Sorry for my bad English and I thank you for your help, I’ve been trying to do this on my own for two days but I couldn’t.

We are trying to update Newsmag from 4.7 to 4.9.1 and the previous developer made extensive use of the Theme API within the child theme.

I see that this is no longer supported in 4.9

What are migration steps to support this new version? Do you have a guide?

Functions from API used are:

td_api_category_top_posts_style()
td_util::get_category_option()
td_util::get_option()
td_page_generator::get_pagination();
td_page_generator::get_category_breadcrumbs()
td_api_header_style::_helper_show_header()
td_api_footer_template::_helper_show_footer()
td_global_blocks::get_instance()
td_social_icons::get_icon()

They also created custom classes by extending the td_module and td_block classes so need direction on whether that is still supported in 4.9.x and if not, I’ll need documentation on how to migrate.

Hi there! As mentioned in title, I’ve been working with TD Composer to create a new theme for http://www.blog.qoo10.sg, testing and tweaking all on the live site for approximately the last two weeks. Last Friday, the whole website suddenly became very sluggish, at times timing out with server errors or bad request errors. We’ve increased the allocated resources on our AWS EC2 server, but our 4core CPU is still being almost maxed out by this operation.

Enabling or disabling the TagDiv Speed Booster plugin has almost no effect on this issue. However, the console log also shows TagDiv plugins generating a lot of errors, possibly adding to the overload.

Hi there, I have this error frecuently: when I create a new page in my web, then the header of the main page apperars with the upper part of the new page. Sometimes solve the problem creating a new row in the upper part of the new page but today suddenly 5 new rows appeared. It’s really annoying.

I installed the “Animals Magazine PRO” demo content and changed the Text logo in the header and footer as well.
The new text logo it’s not displayed when the page is scrolled, but the original “Animals Magazine” is displayed.
Am I missing a specific setting for scrolling?

Please let me know how to solve this issue.

We were talking before on this same thing and we decided to that we will continue when ads will start appearing on the website.

Now the ads are appearing but they are all showing as a square ad instead of horizontal ads

All of the ads are actually horizontal ads but it is visible as square ads. https://blog.iammanpreetsingh.com/
The same code is applied on my main website https://www.iammanpreetsingh.com/ and in that, the ads are appearing fine as you can see in the last part of the gif.
Even in the posts, I added the horizontal ads but they are appearing as square ads.
In the sidebar, it’s fine.

The header ad is going out of the frame for some reason.

I just purchased Newspaper9 today. It is anything but easy. The templates are not available. I get an error page when I click on the cloud templates. The header section does not show under new pages. When I go to set up a header, it does nothing. I want to add the name of my site and a tagline to the header. I also want to tailer the footer to put in my convertkit sign up form there as well. Cannot say I am very happy with the theme at this point.

I have imported the Tech News Pro theme in to a test site and I see the header, I’ve then taken the theme panel options, imported them into my live site and it doesn’t seem to show up the same. I see the demo has a template but i’m not sure how to get started with these.

I’m trying to edit the sticky menu, however, when I try and scroll up and down to find it on Header Cloud Template – Travel PRO, it does not pop up for me to edit.
