If you have your web host will be able to help with access and configuration of your database.
If you haven’t installed WordPress then follow this guide: https://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress
Once installed and configured you can then install the Newspaper theme.

Hi Bogdan B., ive done the clean installation twice ,im using the main theme only , and only theme plugins were installed but of no avail. i downloaded latest theme about 4 days ago.However there is a folder named “patch_4.4_4.5” . do i need to do something with the patch?

1)Regarding on font for this section, you can do it from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/Yd9jsDQa and also, if you want to change the background color you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that you use only the latest version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, please make sure that you have the latest version of child theme wich come bundled with the theme. Please keep in mind that each demo from our list of demos is fully tested with the theme and we have not encountered any issue in this regard. Please try to make a new clean install from scratch and install only the theme with the required plugins and install the demo in the main theme and check the results. The order does matter as each plugin adds a piece of code on top of another. The priority of each code will matter in some cases but this depends on the plugins and each particular case. if you use only tested and approved plugins, then the priority does not matter. If other untested ones are used, then the priority could be important.
The mobile theme is one such cases. It needs to be installed before other plugins. but it provides an error in this regard when activating after another plugin al;ready used the same method of implementation.

First of all, please ensure that this not happens due to your untested plugins. Try to disable all of them and install only which ones comes with our theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem persists, you should provide your website so I can inspect it closer.

There is support indeed but it’s not 24/7 though. We are human after-all and have lives and families to take care of. Support hours are in the top right section of the screen. Please try to use this version of the mobile theme as there is a conflict with the current version and seo yoast but it has since been identified and will be fixed in the coming update. Apparently there is a conflict between SEO Yoast an Mobile theme plugin.
Should I try the same temporary solution as mentioned in the link above, which is to install a different version of mobile plugin?

Well , I have been facing this problem for sometime now but decided to solve it today but couldn’t. I have read thoroughly similar topics on this forum , still can’t solve it
My problem is that;
1.When I share a link of my blog post on facebook it picks a different image instead of the set FEATURED IMAGE.
2.I have installed yoast and have done the social setting , still can not solve the problem
3.Used facebook debug tools and this the response I got

Hi Amit. i already did that. i cleared all cache , uninstalled the demo and installed it again but the same scenario happened twice. i am not even using child theme just to rule out any issue specific to child theme.

I am using this SumoMe script for my parent install which runs on Avada. I have a subinstall of WP which now has NewsMag as the news section. I use the following SumoMe Script:
<script src=”//load.sumome.com/” data-sumo-site-id=”XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX” async=”async”></script> and I add it normally to other themes in the custom code section.
The thing with NewsMag is that it requests not to use the <script></script> tags in the JS Custom code section. How do I then apply the above script?

Update , i used main theme , uninstalled the demo and installed it again. still the same issue. the contect is here but background titles etc are white

“Template is missing. Standalone themes need to have a index.php template file. Child themes need to have a Template header in the style.css stylesheet.”
