I know this isn’t a tagdiv problem but its annoying. I have the gutenberg editor plugin installed so I can justify text, however adding text from Microsoft Word puts each paragraph in a new block. So I have to select each block and manually justify the text. It makes editing take forever. Any way to get around this?

I have a website (https://igormiranda.com.br/) that has been active since 2014, but I only recently installed the Newspaper theme. I have always used the Excerpt box (https://i.imgur.com/m7DmZsy.jpg) to add subtitles to my texts. However, when I started using the Newspaper theme, I realized that it only displays subtitles through the Subtitle section (https://i.imgur.com/9gpTnDf.jpg), which is specific to the theme.
This is a problem for me, because I have more than 16,000 posts that use the Excerpts box, not this new Subtitle that came with the theme.
How do I enable the Excerpt box within posts, so that I don’t have to compromise almost 10 years of posts?

Hello, I have an issue with sharing links on Facebook: the cover photo of the post does not appear, the logo of the site appear instead. I have installed AIO CEO plugin and selected Cover photo in the settings for Social Media (Facebook and Twitter). I have no issues with Twitter, only with Facebook. This problem appeared yesterday and affects most of the articles on my site when I try to share them on Facebook. My site: obektivno.bg

Until today, I haven’t been able to register the theme for which I paid, let alone use the features I need. It seems absurd that someone has to access my website to do what I could do myself. I’ve tried everything – reinstalled the theme, uninstalled all the plugins – but I couldn’t make any progress. My website has a membership system installed, and there is sensitive and important material that cannot be indexed by Google. This would happen if I deactivate the plugin. And none of this has worked. In my control panel, it says that the license is assigned to my website and working, but I can’t complete the registration. It’s incredible; I’ve been using this theme for over 5 years, and it’s always the same. I use Sucuri as a firewall, and their technical support says I need the endpoints of envato.com or Tagdiv servers to add them to my whitelist. I’ve searched everywhere on the internet, but no one seems to know these IP addresses. What are they? Could someone please help me instead of just asking me to send my credentials? I’m eagerly awaiting your response so that I can add the IPs to my whitelist and try to register the theme.

I’m using FastNews magazine, and I have all the necessary plugins and content installed to run my website. However, after some time, the tagDiv composer is automatically deactivating. What could be causing this issue? I’m facing this problem with or without the tagDiv Standard Pack.

There are 3 images that after spending half a day assuming were malware turned out to be Newspaper theme images. TDN_Pic_1.png, TDN_Pic_2.png, and TDN_Pic_3.png. I installed the Premio media folder plug-in to manage my media files and these 3 images started replicating over and over and filling up my media libary. It only stopped when I disabled the folder plug-in. I tried to delete them and they come back, I assume there is somesort of protection assigned to these images for the Newspaper theme. It would seem that somehow that conflicts with the folder plugin and causes that protection to go into over drive replicating these images over and over. Do you have a solution for this issue, as I need the folder plug-in for managing the volume of media assets of this website.

I just purchased this amazing theme, but am finding myself a bit overwhelmed by all the options. I’ve installed a Prebuilt website without content and am looking at the homepage with the posts I had already published. Unfortunately, it’s only showing the first category for each post and I’d like it to show all the categories for each post.

I see that I can adjust some settings in the “Layout” tab, but none to “show all” of the categories. In the comment section for this theme in Themeforest, someone asked about this and the reply specified that “if you want to display 2 or more it is possible using the module builder and building your own module.”

I’m not even entirely sure that I know what a module is though, so this is a pretty daunting task for me.
