Have you also updated WordPress also? If not please do so then following this guide connect via FTP and remove the VC plugin’s folder then install it as instructed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
Also try this without plugins active, empty cache and purge files if you are using CDN host.

Hi,

What theme version do your use as the latest version of the theme(4.6.1) doesn’t have an inbuilt version of VC plugin.
Please also note that we provide an unmodified version of the VC plugin, tested to work well with the theme. The theme dose remove though the VC front editor.
Please disable all plugins then install and activate just you version of Visual Composer Standalone plugin then check again as this should work and also make sure that you also update to the latest theme version.

Please make sure that you use this installation guide and use the FTP method to upload theme files: https://forum.tagdiv.com/installation/
Then activate it and check your site without any plugins installed to see if it works. To add plugins please use this guide and do the same for each plugin, upload and install it from the /plugins folder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/

Hi,

You need to remove it then install it again from the /plugins folder which was provided with the theme files and make sure that you have and use the 2.7 version of the plugin. Also make sure that you empty cache/purge files and test this without any plugins active.
If you still have this issue after doing this please give wp-admin and FTP access so we can take a closer look at this and send login details at contact@tagdiv.com and also send a link to this tread or specify your issues details.

Please try this without any plugins installed (leave only Visual Composer active). Also please update the theme if you are not using the latest theme version(1.4) and the Visual Composer(4.3.5) that comes with the theme and you can find it into the ../plugins folder. Hi,

I’m not sure what causes this that is why it would help to inspect the site so I can figure out what is wrong.
The slider breaks like that when the style sheet of the page is altered like width of it.
I suggest you also remove the Visual Composer plugins then install it from the plugins folder that was provided with the theme files when you’ve downloaded it from themeforest and make sure that you install and use the 4.3.5 version of the plugin.
