Good day sir/ma, I just installed the jobhunt pro plugin and my portal is live at https://hiideemedia.com/jobz/
Now I have the below issues (kindly note am using WP multisite feature);
1. The apply now button (i.e. https://hiideemedia.com/tdcpt_jobs/content-writer/) shows nothing and I can’t find any page template for it. I also can’t find any option to include apply now external link while submitting the job or for admin editing. I want the job details page to use both my website apply now and the external link apply now (User or admin will choose anyone that I want).
2. My tds account page (https://hiideemedia.com/my-account/) didn’t show job listings tabs, tabs showing applicants applied or anything relating to jobs. How can I activate this feature in my account page for users to have access to their submitted job listings from dashboard?
3. I have a pricing plan page for jobs at https://hiideemedia.com/jobs-pricing-plans/ but I can’t see any settings to setup pricing plans from WP dashboard. Pls, how can I go about that?
4. The jobs, categories, benefits, companies, and other taxonomies shows ../tdcpt_jobs/.. in permalinks. How can I edit this permalink to just /jobs/. e.g. from https://hiideemedia.com/tdcpt_jobs/content-writer/ to https://hiideemedia.com/jobs/content-writer/
5. I have normal WordPress job posts (up to 80 posts) from another wordpress website. I want to import all these posts into the list of jobs and manually update the apply now button and other custom details. Just to have the normal description and featured image imported to make the work easy. Pls this possible with jobhunt pro and how???
Thanks in advance.
Right now I have the mobile theme at the default url: https://content.triethocduongpho.net/home-mobile/
But what I want to have is when the home page https://content.triethocduongpho.net is accessed through a phone, the content of https://content.triethocduongpho.net/home-mobile/ is shown.
Right now the default template is shown (with the grids and the latest articles).
Do I need to install AMP for this? I’m using version 12.4
Thanks for any help.
Greeting
I’m not a professional, so I have a problem with the speed of the website – http://www.dijasporovac.com – even though I have very few plugins activated. The mobile version was especially slow for me, so I installed the mobile theme. Now the speed is solid, but it doesn’t seem like I wanted, but ok.
I am wondering if the header and footer can look the same on the mobile theme as on the desktop version?
I don’t like the header on the mobile version. Even though I delete the website logo in the settings, it still appears in the header.
P.S. Before installing the mobile theme, the mobile version looked very nice and simple (as well as the desktop). Is it possible to achieve high speed without a mobile theme?
Thank you very much
Denis Peric
I’ve installed Newspaper theme on WordPress and as soon as I press Live Preview it comes up with the error “There has been a critical error on this website”. Any idea where I can start with to diagnose before I set it as live?
Hi sco, the RC are made only for tests, so please revert to v12.4 and in case if you want to test the features of the theme install the RC on a test domain, but not on live website.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
You can install the rc version on a staging website to check it. You need to click check updates
Thank you!
When I access my website via cell phone/mobile, after clicking the search magnifying glass symbol in the menu bar, my whole screen goes white and I can no longer see any symbol or search bar. It is technically there and still functions properly (although it’s not visible, I can still click and type into it), but I have a feeling its color is blended into the backgrounds (white). I’ve altered my theme’s Mobile Menu / Mobile Search color settings and still cannot find a solution. Perhaps it’s some kind of bug?
My domain is https://brooksysociety.com
Side note: I deactivated and uninstalled the tagDiv Mobile Theme and Official AMP for WP Plugins. The tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin renders my mobile homepage little more than a column of blog posts. It looks cheap, tacky, and utterly uninteresting.
Thank you for your help in advance
When I access my website via cell phone/mobile, the homepage allows users to scroll from side to side, as well as up and down. I have tested it on multiple iPhone screen sizes and the side to side scrolling persists, is there any way to stop this from happening?

It seems like there is no middle ground for the homepage display, either users will be inconvenienced by side-to-side scrolling or encounter an uninteresting design.
Is there a way to get the best of both worlds: for my homepage to look the same on mobile as it does on desktop, without bugs like the side to side scrolling?
Thank you for the help in advance!
Hi,
I contacted you on your Support page (through another account) as I run this website for my client.
https://www.musicinstrumentnews.co.uk
I’m copying and pasting our conversation below for reference.
This is the conversation we had:
Hi, I helped build a website for my client a few years ago using this theme but it has not been updated since version 8.1.1. We are looking to update it to take advantage of the new Black Pro theme but we have noticed some potential issues that we need to understand before making any changes.
1. We can see that you have stopped supporting WP Bakery. Is it an easy transition to your new builder or will the site need extensive work to change it over?
2. We are also heavily using the AdvancedAds plugin and need to make sure this will also work on the theme. We use this within the Widgets section and with ShortCodes on the Pages. (Basically MPU & Banner ads)
3. Does the custom sidebars feature still work too? We have multiple sidebars on the site and need to keep those.
We are looking to purchase some extra Support from you to make the upgrade but we need to know if these issues are something you can help us with?
Would you be able to advise us on these issues please? Many thanks!
You replied:
Hi,
That is quite an old theme version. Updating is possible however.
1. We still provide WPBakery in the theme package. When we introduced our own composer we recommended switching to it if possible. It can still be used, but the features we added in the theme since then are for the composer specifically. In case you do not want to switch to the composer just yet, you can leave it active and there should be no problems after updating the theme. WPBakery should be updated as well, it is in the full theme package in this folder https://prnt.sc/jP4ve1qhkBUB
As a note, after updating the theme, for older websites it will be required to install and activate the standard pack plugin we added in update 10 https://prnt.sc/rpCKZAN8g2pO This plugin contains all the older blocks and templates used at the time.
2. The plugin should continue to work same as it does with the older version of the theme.
3. The widget sidebars aren’t affected by updating the theme. The only thing that may happen, if the theme is update through wordpress, is that the widgets from the sidebars may be moved in the inactive widgets section. They will retain their settings however, so all that is needed is to add them again in their sidebars.
We can help as well in case there are any issues with the update. You can contact us by email at contact@tagdiv.com and let us know. Provide in the email a link to the website, admin login, and a few details about the issues or any questions you have.
Regards, Simion C.
We need to do some core updates but in order to make sure this theme upgrade goes as smoothly as possible, would it be best to email you or message here some admin information for you so that you can let us know if there are any issues we need to be aware of before making any changes? Appreciate this is a leap in upgrade!
Many thanks!
Hi John,
Using the import/export option from the theme will allow you to import only the theme panel settings, the cloud templates go in tool > export – https://i.imgur.com/3Wxk885.png then to import you need to go in tool > import then install the wordpress importer and clink on run import – https://i.imgur.com/tyxoVvg.png
Also, you have to use a plugin for migrate https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
Thank you!
After updating the theme and all required plugins, my site has been broken in all posts pages
because there is a function that is not defined by “tagDiv Composer” plugin

Hi,
My recommendation is that before updating the theme to make a full backup for database and current website, after that update the theme manually – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (after theme update make sure that the needed plugins are installed, like tagDiv Composer, maybe tagDiv Standard Pack and tagDiv Cloud Library). In case that something is not ok, you can use the backup to restore the website – https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LAJXrSI-dDA
Thank you!
Hi,
What I recommend is to disable and delete the opt-in plugin and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper > plugins, if the problem still persists, then please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin access to investigate this problem.
Thank you!
Here is a screenshot after updating the theme and clearing the cache:
As you can see it has the same options, but we don’t see any ads on the front end.
At the same time if we install the old version of the composer plugin, the ad blocks are displayed on the front end.
Hi,
I got the Stock Ticker plugin. How do I install it on my homepage?
Thanks!
Hi,
The answer about the menu was for @analia because this is her topic.
The theme doesn’t have an image slide; you can try to use the revolution slider -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos-prebuilt-websites/
The Revolution Slider that we provide is a Bundled Plugins in our theme. No need to activate it, simply ignore the activation messages and you can use it for the sliders that our theme is providing -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/.
What is a bundled plugin?

Hi,
I just catch the problem on desktop and it is like you are not one the website. Do you have extra plugins or extra files in WordPress install? For me looks like your website has been injected with some code that is cratering this situation.
Also, it can be a cache problem, please do a test without the cache plugin and see if the problem persist.

Hi,
1. All the settings made in the theme and with the theme builder are saved in database, and when you’ll replace the nulled theme with an original one you’ll change only the files, only if you made some changes directly in the theme files or plugin files, then you’ll lost those.
2. If the code is set in the theme theme panel then this will be saved in the database and it will not be affected. Also, if is set in an extra plugin, and this is not removed, then will not be affected.
“In the fifth point of” this is a misunderstanding, what I mean is this. If in the nulled version you had the tagDiv Composer, and tagDiv Standard Pack plugin installed after you set the original theme you’ll need to install those plugins and those can be installed directly from the original theme from Newspaper > Plugins.
I’m glad that you manage to update the theme and everything is ok with the website layout and settings.
If you have the latest version 12.4, then you can ignore this warning, because the issue was fixed in version 2.7 -> https://wpscan.com/vulnerability/4eafe111-8874-4560-83ff-394abe7a803b
If you want to no longer be spammed with that message wheat you can do is to change the theme version – https://i.imgur.com/GiL1Oln.png
Thank you!
hi, ACF plugin is not installed. This is how my problem was solved. Thank you very much for your interest and concern.
enjoy your work.
I appreciate your prompt response to my query. However, I am still a bit unclear about a few points concerning the replacement of my nulled theme with an original one, and I was hoping you could assist me in better understanding the process.
In your instructions, you suggested that upon deletion of the nulled theme and subsequent installation of the original one, the settings and data will remain unchanged. Considering the significant changes I have made, particularly to the color schemes, font styles, and overall theme design, I am intrigued to understand how this process will not necessitate a fresh setup of the new theme. Will I be required to replicate these changes manually once the new theme is installed, or is there a mechanism in place to automatically transfer these modifications?
Secondly, I am somewhat puzzled by the prospect of my previous coding (i.e., Facebook Pixel, Google Console, and Analytics) persisting through the deletion of the old theme. Could you please elaborate on how this code transfer occurs during the theme replacement process?
In the fifth point of your guidelines, it was mentioned that I should “Connect to the dashboard website and go to Newspaper > plugins and install the plugins you have on the nulled theme”. If I have understood correctly, I am replacing the nulled theme with a newly purchased one. Therefore, why would I need to install plugins from the nulled theme?
Your explanations will greatly assist me in gaining a comprehensive understanding of the theme replacement process. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
Hi Calin, thanks for the response. I resolved it by reinstalling the tagDiv plugins. I have also created a new YouTube API key and used it. It resolved the issue.
Thanks!
Hello,
1. Unfortunately, no.
2. Please let me know if you have the mobile theme plugin installed, if yes, then this option doesn’t work on the mobile theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check you have the ACF plugin installed, and the job hunt -> https://i.imgur.com/HtOIFOY.png -> https://i.imgur.com/bElY59F.png
Thank you!
Hi,
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Thank you!
