Good evening, everyone,
I have correctly installed the prebuilt theme but choosing CENTER MAGAZINE PRO the homepage layout is not complete, only the menu is shown and the rest of the site is all white.
https://www.notizieglobali.it/AiPress/
I also have the same problem with other prebuilt themes, such as.
NewsWeekPRO
COV-19
How can I solve it?
And then I wanted to know how to change the main color of the prebuilt theme and logo, because if I go inside the WordPress backoffice and enter ThemePanel and edit with Theme Color, the site in the frontend doesn’t change.
Thanks
Hi Bettina, thanks for your answer, I tried to reinstall the plugins but it didn’t worked.
I’ve tried to downgrade from PHP 8.2 to PHP 7.4 and the error disappear, so its a compatibility bug with php 8.2.
The last question, is there anyway of editing with tagdivcomposer the category page?
That article doesnt help me cuz I cant see the TD Composer on my Plugins. And when i try to install it says ” Already exists” Thats why I cant update my TD plugins.

Hello @reufjaha !
I’m sorry to hear about this. Please note that every page speed needs some improvement, and it is not enough to install a plugin alone because there are many factors which can affect your page speed quality.
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin or not, if you are using the PRO demo or a standard one.

Hi guys
I installed this theme before a few days ago and all worked fine. Yesterday we had a lot of issues first with backend then with frontend. Website is not breaking but working very slow. When I disable theme and enable some other all works. Can you please help with it ?
Hello @maixner!
Yes. In the steps above I said to uninstall and then install the plugins. So, please install and activate the TagDiv Composer plugin and this issue will be solved. Check if other useful plugins are active in the Newspaper -> Plugins.
Thank you!
Hello @christopherkevil8838!
You need to drag and drop the element onto your page and not just click on it.
You can adjust the logo differently in the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB, so then it will fit there.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
For the option 1 and 2, you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hello @rjsurjo!
Unfortunately, there are no settings to customize that.
When you enable the mobile theme plugin with AMP, then it will overwrite the templates with their layout. This layout has some settings only in order to customize the design. These settings can be found in the Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile theme. More information can be found at https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

Hi!
I tried to install prebuilt websites “default” with contents, but somehow it doesn’t work for me. After installing what I see is way different from your demo look! And contents are nowhere too.
Could you help me please?
Thanks,
Balázs
Hi,
That is the live CSS option -> https://prnt.sc/jTNj90DpZ-L4 Please check there.
I believe that is where the malware code is entered. This means that someone has access to your website, I suggest installing a security plugin as soon as possible, if you haven’t already.
Thank you!
Hi Bettina, how do I do that?
I installed everything default from the theme, so the style is not according the demo data?
Thank you, Frank

Hello @manuV2!
Install the Members – Membership & User Role Editor Plugin. Check the roles from this plugin, edit the author ones, and enable all the capabilities from posts.
Thank you!
Hello @AuroraCattery!
Install the tagdiv shop and Woocommerce plugin.
You can change the demo with one dedicated for shops: https://prnt.sc/8cYnsH3JBho4 or just import the shop templates from the Cloud Library: https://prnt.sc/9zOXPfe4hZfi
You can import any cloud templates from any demos you like from the Cloud Templates and assign it on your website, or you can build them from scratch by importing a blank template(in order to make it editable with the Composer).
I recommend you to try to use the staging plugin, so you won’t ruin your website, check also this article from here and give it a try: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
Thank you!
Can’t delete plugin. It says that i have it installed on my main site. And i can’t delete my site.
Hello @cashflow270!
Here you can remove/set a picture for mobile menu background: https://www.screencast.com/t/x3Xrln2b88x
And the background color here: https://www.screencast.com/t/PbU3hQpDqHh
If you use the mobile theme plugin, then check the settings in the theme panel -> mobile theme -> mobile menu/search background and theme panel -> mobile theme -> theme colors -> mobile menu.

Hello Ian!
Did you build the mobile page or it is empty while you edit it with the TagDiv Composer?

2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
I applied all your recommendations, but it did not help.
Including disabled all third-party plugins, and also reinstalled Composer on your advice.
As a result, I am attaching a video of the problem: something is clearly wrong in the console, perhaps it will be useful for evaluation.

Hello,
I am finding your banner ads hidden all over my website with the theme I installed, this is extremely annoying and frustrating to say the least. We are a live company with live content and having your ads default embedded everywhere requiring me to manual remove on them on a page by page basis in the tagdiv cloud editor is a total joke!
How do I globally find and remove all the ads embedded into a theme I PAID FOR!?
Screenshot of the latest offender: https://www.screencast.com/t/XlrBz4jyllMl
I’ve found larger banners on the header of post templates, category template, author template, it never ends.
How do I globally remove your litter from my website?
Hi insessionfilm
You should unpack the first .zip container and then add/install what was inside of that. Or activate/install it through Newspaper Theme Panel. That will fix your problem. 🙂
With tagDiv Social Counter use the same logic, steps that you can see in this tutorial > https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/
