I am hoping someone can please help here as all uploaded images are now displaying in poor quality and I can not see why.
I have a clean install of Newpaper theme and no additional plugins.
I was working on the site a few weeks back and I had no problems uploading images but now everytime I upload an image it is displaying in a really bad pixaleated quality.
I have disabled the theme and plugins and it works fine with the 2025 theme so I feel the issue is with the theme or plugins.
Its such a clean install with no plugins to disable to investigate. Ive not changed anything server side but I guess that shows by the default theme working fine.
Hope someone can help.

To increase page speed, I recommend checking which thumbnails you are using on your blocks. You might want to avoid having all of them enabled and optimize and regenerate images. You can use the EWWW Image Optimizer for image optimization and the OMGF plugin for fonts. Also, you can use the WP Rocket plugin.
Also, I recommended using cloud templates for posts, categories, and so on Flex blocks instead of blocks 1 to 25 and disabling the tagdiv Standard pack plugin.

Using our theme, you can choose from 3 mobile versions

I installed the prebuild site Aramis and I have a plugin in wordpress that can embed a html code photo or video to the featured image and preview thumbnails in categories, catalogs, etc. In other words it displays the photo in featured image and thumbnails previews of tags, categories, etc. without uploading to the media of wordpress. The plugin works fine we made here. However, in specific running the ARAMIS pre build website not works. Apparently, tagDiv composer plugin is what takes control of ARAMIS template and not theme newspaper or man wordpress. Being the newspaper plugin apparently works but the prebuilt site ARAMIS not. How can you make to make work? Or any idea? As I said our plugin works perfect in regular wordpress and even newspaper theme but not ARAMIS.

after the last update of Newspaper theme, I’m experiencing a weird behavoiur with Center Magazine Pro.
If I’m logged in, I can see a correct mobile layout. If I’m not logged in, the mobile layout is totally broken.
Every time I update the theme, all the tagdiv plugins are automatically uninstalled. I need to manually install them again, but now everything seems ok. I mean I don’t think is a problem related to plugins.
– tagDiv Composer is active
– tagDiv Cloud Library is active
– tagDiv Social Counter is active
– tagDiv Newsletter is active
– tagDiv Opt-In Builder is active

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. You can see your mobile version there and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. I’m using my license on the domain https://movitok.online: I paste the license code to activate the theme along with my email and it validates showing “Version: 12.6.9 REGISTERED” in step #1:

tagDiv Plugins are now Successfully Installed; Done! You have Installed all the Required Plugins!
But when I click on the blue button “2. Choose to Install a Prebuilt Website” the error appears: “An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key” Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.
This means that the license is not active even though it reports that it is.
Actions I’ve taken:
It doesn’t allow me to install the necessary plugins automatically online. To solve the problem, I manually installed the necessary plugins from the zip files downloaded from ThemeForest.
I reset the key from the System Status > Theme config > Registration key menu, but the problem persists and the license still doesn’t work. When I enter the license; it shows this notification “Theme activation
Theme successfully activated. Thanks for buying our product.” But it doesn’t work 🙁
I had version 12.6.8 and updated to version 12.6.9, but the problem persists.
I reset the hosting, deleted the entire site and reinstalled WordPress from scratch, installed the theme, but the problem is not solved and the error persists.
The theme is not functional, I have not been able to install any “Prebuilt Site”.

Important – if you are self hosting your site on nginx you can enable FastCGI and Redis (use redis cache plugin and nginx helper). When it comes to FastCGI MAKE SURE TO ENABLE SEPARATE CACHE FOR MOBILE AND DESKTOP OTHERWISE IT WILL WORK BADLY!
Important – if you have a large installation and you notice that your queries become slow (e.g. search page takes a lot of time to load or non-cached pages load for more than 1-2 seconds) you can buy Scalability Pro and Super Speedy Search from here https://www.superspeedyplugins.com/shop/ for me this plugins changed the way the theme worked immensely. My non-cached pages loading time dropped form 10 seconds down to 1-2 seconds.
Important – WPRocket offers a plugin that converts all your images to webp format and this is also crucial for your page speed. Their plugin works well for my site.

If you want to continue with the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin, then you can edit the homepage using the theme panel settings > mobile theme – https://i.imgur.com/485PT9t.png also using the mobile theme plugin you need to add content for your page in mobile editor, this editor is at the bottom of pages – https://i.imgur.com/dsnoZKP.png the mobile content should be created using only the mobile editor, no builders.
