I just got response from Simply.com, who does my hosting. They don’t have any cache in the programming.
They said it could be due to the settings in wp super cahce (delete cache – done that) or my browser. I have also tried emptying that many times.
If i install the mobile theme and amp again. Was my settings as mentioned above not correct or?

Now Desktop version is showing on mobile while mobile theme plugin is installed and activate.
I have Autoptimize installed and is now disabled but the problem still persists. I have followed the WP Super cache settings as well. But when I logged in, it shows normal page on desktop
Today I got one of the worst advice I could have to get from your team to disabling all of my plugins which cause many many issues in my site which forced me to use my website backup to restore it.
Now after restore many things are no longer work as they should and every time I’m logging in into my template I’m getting an error!!!
Instead of trying to understand the issue and help he saying uninstall everything and reinstall this is not a serious answer.
So far I’m super happy with the theme and the level of service. there is one person in your team that never wish to help but rather just saying these things…
i install a new worpress on test subdomain and intall only plugins who come with theme by your company.

Is it safe to uninstall the demo I had originally downloaded and used to build my website with?
I’m done building my website recently using the installation of a demo and its content.
Now I’m done and I was thinking maybe to save some space and ease speed by uninstalling the demo.
Is it safe? could it have some impact on my existing built site?

I have tried everything now – I just can’t get this to work.
I did activate the theme when I got it, but it doesn’t work at all.
I have tried deactivating all plugins without any results, I have been in the root files and looking for wrong permissions, but nothing.
Everything on my site works, I have access to all site and can do what ever I want, but not update the theme.
When I click activate, then I get the “sorry….” page.

Can you please give me a fix for this problem. I have tried all your guides, it doesn’t work.

Dear everyone and Newspaper Team
I was really having trouble with this issue. The theme reset all the settings in the Theme Panel automatically. (Hence reset all the fonts and settings I’ve spent so much time setting it up).
It happened before a few days ago. That time I thought it was my mistake since I was modifying the site at that time, so I let it go (but I’m quite sure that I haven’t done anything wrong).
But today I left the theme untouched since morning (where everything was working well). Then in the late afternoon I opened it up to work on it again, and all the settings were reset.
One observation is that when I logged back in this afternoon, it asked me to activate the theme with purchase code again (in which I already done them the first time I installed)
Are there any clue why this happened? I really spent alot of time working on these settings, and I’m now quite frustrated since I have to redo it once again (the third time).

I install Jetpack plugin, I want to add the Subscribe form to the sidebar, I have added it to single post via widgets and category via smartbar, but I do not know how to add it to the homepage.
I was trying to use Journal but cant find it when i install it on wordpress, cananyone help me please.
Edit 2: found it! Ubuntu is a google font and I just recalled a setting I changed in the autoptimise plugin based on some recommendations and the setting was to remove google fonts, once I selected “leave as is” my fonts appeared on mobile phone and ipad, the only reason I saw it appearing on my desktop was probably because that font is installed on my pc. I”m getting good at this problem solving, maybe I should join your team, haha.

Unfortunately we ca not say who this will work, but if you find the right setting then should work without problems, usually the problems appear when these plugins mix the cache from mobile theme with the one from desktop, but most of plugins has some settings to fix this, you just need to find them.

For the moment I see that you do not have any posts, just page.
Also if you had before a demo installed or cloud template and this was set to full width then your website was set for full width (if was a demo, then the entire website and if was a cloud template the section that was apply).
