My website are infected, so i need to reinstall everything :'(
Then i need to export all the info (posts) from the actual and infected website, to the new one. How i can do that? anyone have a sql query to export and a sql query to import all from the db? i think its only the DB and the folder “upload” that i need right?!
I don’t see any options specified for this in the Yoast plugin, it was already installed. I only have the option to “Add Media” from the “Edit Categories” page. Adding images there places them below the header -not inside the header.
Do you have a step-by-step solution for this? Or can you point it out in the documentation?

I don’t mean to sound incredibly dumb here – but I can’t seem to figure out how to modify the home page of my baby blog. I installed it a while ago but now with the new tagDiv options, I would love to add a few changes to my home page. Is there a way to use the tagDiv system with the homepage? Or is it only for additional pages we create? I have watched the tutorials and they don’t answer my question. Thanks!

The online demos show a Woocommerce feature but after installing the theme and choosing a demo for my local development setup the feature’s menu with woo commerce as submenu is missing.

There should not be any problem is saving theme panel settings. Please check the theme system status and see if the parameters are set according to this guide

You could ask the hosting provider to make theme for you if needed. Then check if everything works properly.
If there is still a problem, please deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear any installed cache. Then check in the theme panel while saving settings, if there are any errors in the browser console. Press F12 to bring up the inspector window and then open the console

Check if there are any errors in this console. The admin ajax process could be blocked by the server, because of the multiple requests that it makes. In this case you can contact the hosting provider and explain this situation or provide a screenshot with the error.
They should be able to fix it if this is happening.

This reply does not answer a single one of my questions.
I have already tried disabling all plugins and that did not solve the issue.
As I asked before:
* What effect will deleting and reinstalling the theme have on my site? I assume I will have to re-do all the theme settings and custom pages?
* Is there a new version I should download before reinstalling? If I just reinstall the same files I originally downloaded from Envato how do you think this will fix the issue?
* Can you please be specific regarding what defect is causing this issue.

First of all, please check your plugins list and if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of these and use only the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and which are tested with our theme. Also, if the problem is still there after this steps, you should make a full backup to your database and try reinstalling the theme via FTP way and check the results.

Please keep in mind that each of our demos has a specific style which is available only for that demo. So, if you want to have this background to your block title you should install and use this demo. Also, if you want to implement this feature to another demo which does not have this, you should add it via such a custom CSS code.

Usually image problems are caused by plugins, you could try to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and clear any installed cache. Then check the results.
In case of plugin conflicts the theme lazy load is among the first to break, try disabling this feature from the theme panel

Try manually uploading the plugin by FTP. Unzip the plugin and upload it in the WordPress plugins folder (it should be wp-content\plugins) Then go to the plugins section and activate the composer.

I dont have any other plugins installed and this is a new installation of the theme.
The mobile hamburger menu is unresponsive for 20-30 seconds every time a page loads. It looks like even though the page content loads reasonably quickly and all the links work as soon as they render, something is trying to load in the background that is preventing the mobile menu from working. Sometimes it just stalls and never works.
Is this the bug I’ve read about on the forums where the wrong package was uploaded to Envato and the theme needs to be redownloaded and reinstalled?
If so, what happens when I delete the theme and replace it with a new version? Will my custom pages be lost and all the tweaks I’ve made from the theme panel?

First of all, please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP way, then check the system status parameters to be right increased according to our documentation, clear all caches and check the results. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, you should remove all of these and try using only the required and tested plugins to rule out any conflicting plugins.

No, I did not and thanks for asking. I decided to stay on Newsletter v7.8 and Visual Composer v5.2.1 for the time being. Traffic and Google Adsense revenue are back to normal and better than ever.
Eventually, I will try one more time to upgrade to v8.x (probably after the next release), except this time I will rebuild my pages using the new tagDiv Composer and see what happens. Not rebuilding my pages using the new composer and upgrading to v8 may have created the problem. I’m hosting of Flywheel, so I can install the upgrade and rebuild the pages in a staging environment and push it out to production when I’m done.
If I encounter another downturn in traffic and Adsense revenue after upgrading a second time to v8.x, I’ll just roll back to v7.8 again and start looking for a new WordPress theme. Theme upgrades should be relatively seamless and should not result in performance degradation. I will post a follow-up after I upgrade.

Hi! I have both TagDiv Composer and Visual Composer plugin installed on my blog. Visual Composer works just fine in back end editing on my pages, but I would like to start using TagDiv composer instead as it seems more user friendly and customizable. Both options (buttons) are available on my pages but when I click on TagDiv Composer a white screen is on the right hand side where my site should be and I can’t drag any elements. Please advise.

Hello, I just installed and activated with a demo content import done. Site is all working fine but when I try to edit any pages the visual composer code is seen in the text editor but VC does not load at all. If I click on edit with TD composer, the page load icon keeps looping without any page loading.
I tried to change the memory limit with my cloud host on site ground to 512M. is there anything else I have to set right for this to work?
All theme required plugins are active. Please advice how to fix this. Thank you.
