1. I just checked your website and for me there is no free space on mobile version. Maybe you have an ad blocker or something like that that is blocking the ads and that place remains blank.
2. The settings from the amp plugin can be done using this guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
3. The mobile page layout is the one from the mobile theme (that I believe it is also used for amp). For amp you can not use the responsive version, only the layout from amp plugin or mobile theme plugin.
If you want to use the mobile theme layout only for amp version, but not for mobile version, then please select this option in mobile plugin -> https://i.imgur.com/AC3Tfnz.png

Also, there are no errors in the console. Can you please check if this problem is not caused by a plugin conflict? Please try only with tagDiv plugin. Also, please update the theme to v11.5.1

I have a problem with the mobile version of Newspaper. A month ago I installed the theme and used the Gossip template as the basis for my website https://figurasdeaccionz.com/, but after making all the changes and adaptations, users see the “Figuras de Acción Z” head in a post and in another post the head of Gossip.
And not only that, the configuration of the post’s typography is also changed. And today the header was changed on the mobile home page of the site and there has been no way to fix it…

The issue on the home page seems to have resolved itself. However the issue remains on the ‘Courses’ page. The TagDiv editor on mobile view shows the correct logo, but on my phone it has the default theme NEWSPAPER logo, the whole page is different

After encountering a few problems with the WP Rocket plugin, we deactivated it and deleted the same. However, the homepage of our website (https://kashmirpulse.com) is still showing a cached version from September 17. Also, the desktop version of the theme is being served on mobile devices (which is the same cached version) despite the active tagDiv mobile theme. Reinstalling the WordPress and Newspaper theme didn’t resolve the problem either. Kindly look into it and help us!

The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please note that if a page is made by Composer, then the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version. Check the case here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-shown/
If you use the Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
There are no settings to customize the pages.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in the Theme Panel -> Mobile Theme

I believe that for the mobile the problem is that the thumbnails that are used are 256×198, but the space allocate for the image/thumb is only 120×89 -> https://i.imgur.com/t3yYnbT.png maybe the problem can be resolve by changing the thumbs in the plugin code, the problem is that those changes in the theme code will be removed after each theme update or plugin reinstall.

When i submit a form it loads a weird version on my website and sometimes when i reload it comes back to normal, this version shows the footer and header from Mobile Settings on Theme Panel, But it does not load the page template on Cloud Template. It does not work together, this mobile theme and amp is crap

My mobile pages are displaying different header formats. I am using Header Template Default Pro for my site. I have created a mobile template for my home page. I have resent all my logo attributes and logo text on the theme panel to reflect a shortened “Harrison Bands. Still, my mobile home page is displaying as in Photo 1, and my posts pages are displaying as in Photo 2. (photos as shared link below) Ideally, I would prefer all mobile pages to show the logo image centered, with the tagline below, and the menu and search bars visible. Or, I would prefer ALL mobile pages to display as the post page here. What am I doing wrong?

I would like to add another issue to this. Pages set to not use the mobile theme in the individual page settings are completely broken. It appears no styles are loaded. This appears to be from using a child theme, when you switch to using the main theme the issue goes away.

We recently upgraded to Newspaper 11.5.1 to support the WordPress 6.02 update. The consistent problem is that the mobile navigation menu does not open on some pages only. The mobile menu does open on all post pages but not the homepage or archive pages for example. This has been a consistent issue on multiple site updates.
Details:
• Mobile theme enabled
• AMP enabled (only for posts)
• Newspaper 11.5.1
• PHP 8.0
• WordPress 6.0.2
• The mobile menu works on posts using the mobile theme. (AMP is enabled for posts only)
• The mobile menu does not work on pages using the mobile theme. (Home, Archives, etc…)

Yes, the pages that are made using the tgadiv Composer will display shortcodes in backed. Please do not edit theme because the bake will no longer be editable with the theme builder. Those pages should be edited only with tagDiv Composer.
Also, I see when the page is opened in the builder, but seems to be the mobile page template.

If I understand correctly you have different logos on mobile and desktop. Also, you do not use the mobile theme plugin.
IN this case what you need to do is to edit with tagDiv Composer the homepage and select the mobile view port then select the logo and set the one you need (the mobile and header headers are separated) -> https://i.imgur.com/dyxKPTR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/zHbJCdV.png

We got a few days a similar report about the hidden option from the tablet on mobile page template. Indeed that is a problem with that option on that viewport of mobile page template, but on the rest of view should work.

I found other, lets say problem in mobile cloud theme for all, pages or simple post, dunno if you are aware of it. In mobile view all elements can be hidden to not appear on tablet but in tablet hiding elements to not be displayed in mobile is not working. I try also with fresh install plus Reel News Pro and the problem persist.
