Unfortunately, the WP Rocket plugin is not tested with our theme and can interfere with our theme when it doesn’t recognize mobile theme plugins and mobile pages.

If you have the Mobile theme plugin installed and active, then you can display ads, you should add the ads in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Mobile Theme -> Mobile ads in order to display on that mobile layout.

I do not want the mobile version of the LIFE NEWS PRO theme to be displayed on mobile devices.
When I enter a post it shows a different version of the template. In order for it to show how I want it, I must click on ´exit the mobile version´
this is the version that people are shown
This is the version that I want to show without having to click on ‘exit mobile version’
If I uninstall the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin it is worse. Can someone help me? Thanks

I updated my theme, but now ALL the customization, logos, fonts, mobile, everything, was deleted and back to default settings. Is there a way to get back all my data and settings?
Hi there Bettina, thank you for the feedback. I have downloaded and installed the proposed AMP fix in https://wordpress.org/support/topic/fatal-error-with-amp-update/ however I can’t activate the TagDiv Mobile Theme without getting the following error:

So I let it deactivated. I have also updated to Newspaper Version: 11.2 and still doesn’t work.

After I updated my newspaper theme yesterday, I wasn’t able to access my Admin login page…i had to reset my 1 day old backup to get back.

I set the news ticker number of words to 24 words for mobile devices, but it only shows 6 or 7 words. it works fine On the desktop and tab…But in mobile view, the news ticker shows only 6 or 7 words. I want it to show the full article name on mobile devices also.

I have a blog named Newsminions in which I installed newspaper theme. For mobile theme I have set mobile + AMP as the displaying option. After I checked my AMP version of my blog Google ads were not displaying also in Mobile theme only ad is getting displayed. I even put the AMP version of adsense code in the header then also it is not working. Here I attach my normal and AMp versions of my website link here. Anyone help me to resolve this issue.

I am just starting to create my website using the Newspaper and prebuilt Black Version Pro theme. One thing I really want is for my posts to display a category in the slug. This is a must-have for me. At the moment, trying different pre-built themes, it shows the site name, date published, then the post title. Example below.

Basically, I want the category in the slug not the date, as I plan on updating the dates of the posts on a weekly basis once new content gets added.

I know its part of the theme, but its causing the issue 100%. Had to disable for banner ad to show. When its enabled, the non adsense ads do NOT appear. There is no edit settings for this plugin, the site still works on mobile, from what I can tell.
Best pratice/way to have active AND display ads?
On some posts the mobile theme is not loaded, I don’t use AMP only mobile theme, but some posts don’t load as a mobile version.

I sent the administrator ID and password via email. Please solve my problem, I deactivated the cloud flare. The cache plug-in is inactive, but the mobile theme is still off. Alternatively, the desktop theme is turned off. Either symptom persists. Please fix it. Please.

2. You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that you can not edit it with TagDiv Composer.
Let me explain you which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/

If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.

I am having a big issue with my page; your help is much appreciated.
We are a news agency based in Aruba and we recently purchased your them because the feel and look mach’s all of our needs. Unfortunately on Sunday afternoon the page started having issues out of nowhere.

ISSUE first came to be on Sunday 25 July 2021 in the afternoon:
My home page is not updating correctly, whenever I change something or ad a new post it does not show across all devices and if I try to post the article link on my facebook it does not work, the facebook page is unable to pull the main image of the post or the title.
The only way that the page is updated and my Posts are shown across all devices and the link works on facebook, is That I Have to clear wordpress cache, and I have to do so each time I change something or ad a new Post.
The Solutions that I have tried to fix this issue:
1) Cleared the cache from all my devices Desktops, Laptops and mobiles. ( this does not fix the problem)
2) Cleared the cache in the wordpress admin many times over.
(The problem is fixed but as soon as I change something or ad a new post the page does not update.)
3) Updated the theme to your new version 11.2 ( this does not fix the problem)
4) Updated the plugins. ( this does not fix the problem)
5) Uninstalled and deleted the non essential plugins, I only left your tagdiv plugins installed. ( this does not fix the problem)
6) I even tried to restore my page to an earlier time loosing many Posts in the process in the hopes that this fixed the issue but to no avail.
7) I contact my Hosting provider GoDaddy I have talked with 5 different tech support people since Monday 26 2021 and from their side they have cleared the cache and have done everything to fix the problem from their side but the problem persist, they concluded that the theme or plugins within the theme might be the issue or that the theme is not compatible with the New version WordPress 5.8
We really hope that you guys can help us fix this issue or make an update to the theme.
We really appreciate all the help and you guys can give us, we are counting on you.

I am using your theme for around 6 months, and this issue I am facing is more than one and a half months.
Hello experts, I am using pre built website templates “London News Pro”. Google fonts make my site’s LCP score high and create issues with core web vitals. Also when I use Custom fonts (External, uploading own fonts on Newspaper Theme), my server response time gets high and LCP score increases. I have disabled “Google Fonts” on mobile and on my iPhone, now with the default current font, it looks pretty bad now. Is there any other font that I can use? Doesn’t matter if it is Roboto or anything. I do not want to use Google Fonts and do not want to upload fonts from outside. Is there any other default fonts or something like that? Thank you.

Please note that AMP loads only when you’re browsing on google and your link pops up. This only on mobile devices. AMP will never be displayed automatically when a user visits your website from a direct link.

A number of times during the day our Newspaper homepage will not display properly as formatted. It reverts to some kind of knock-down display. After some time it will correct itself, only to have it happen again a few hours later.
Our logo doesn’t display properly, our feature block “above the fold” disappears replaced by a header that reads “Featured.” Essentially our entire homepage layout gets bastardized, not conforming to our design.
Something similar also happens on mobile. Sometimes the mobile homepage displays similar to our desktop homepage and sometimes it has the header “Featured” followed by the thumbnails of the most recent posts.
Both these situations are still present after recently updating to the latest version of the Newspaper theme. I thought the update would fix the problem, but it did not.
I would love to include some images to illustrate what I am trying to explain, but I don’t see how to do that in the contact utility. Please let me know how I can attach or include some images and I will do so.
We are new to the Newspaper theme, having just recently installed it in May 2021. Unfortunately, if I can’t get these issues worked out we’re going to have to go in a different direction.
