Hi,
That should not happen, the mobile format is displayed only on mobile as it is meant to. The issue could be caused by a plugin that is interfering with the theme. If you could provide a link to your website we will inspect it too see the issue.
Thanks
Hello aleksandarcasual,
Now, do you have mobile theme activated on your website? First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest theme version installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Install again the mobile theme and check the results. If the problem is still there, please let us know.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
Sorry but there is no simple css that can make this modification. Only phones receive the mobile phone view or the mobile theme plugin. Tablets receive the desktop version. Our theme does not provide any options to change this behavior. It can only be made with customization. Unfortunately there is no simple way of ding it. You will have to hire a freelancer to help out with this customization.
Thank you!
Hi Catalin,
I’ve found the solution. In some way, WordPress doesn’t want an already activated theme. I installed a fresh Newspaper on live site, activated it and then copied the exported theme panel settings and it worked. The problem was that all your plugin, such as JS Composer, TagDiv Mobile or TagDiv Social, weren’t seen by Newspaper. I had to uninstall and reinstall them again.
I deployed a lot of sites in the past from localhost to live server, but this is the first time such a situation happened. Probably when you activate theme on localhost, theme registers something associating the theme to that server. So, when you deploy it to live server it simply breaks.
Anyway I found the solution.

Hi,
There is no option to change the breaking point for the mobile menu to display. This is deeply implemented in the theme, and it would not be easy to do it. If there would be an easy solution, I happily would give it to you.
If you have many menu items that is how they will be displayed in these conditions. There simply is no space to show them all on a single line is smaller monitors.
Maybe a feature that will allow modifications as to when the mobile menu will be displayed, will be added in future updates.
I cannot seem to be able too access your website at the moment

We can try to find a way to display the menu items differently. But this may not work if you decide to add more in the future.
Thanks
Hi,
Here you can find more information about AMP
– https://yoast.com/setting-up-wordpress-for-amp-accelerated-mobile-pages/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/easy-guide-to-implement-amp-with-newspaper-theme/
You can search the forum for more about this, and different points of view from the users, regarding AMP.
About PWA there has not been much discussion on the forum, but you can find more information online. Like here for example

Thanks
Thank you Bogdan,
I recently change to Garamond, in others mobile devices Garamond font display first, some devices display Times News Roman.
So, I try only Garamond font (not use a family font of the theme), but it not display in my smartphone.
Hi,
If you comment or remove that code there will be no login or register options on the mobile modal window
– https://www.screencast.com/t/SlIwilW5
Please make a backup before modifying any of the theme files.
Thanks
I didn’t make any customization of the mobile theme, i’ve only used the personalization option available in the theme options.
Anyway, I’ve execute the test on my test website and it seems to work fine. This is very strange because I’ve imported the same settings and customization (speed booster included) of the main site.
The question is “Why?”.
I fixed this problem and thank you for your reply, but now I have a problem my mobile theme plugin is not working properly and activated it and it still shows the ordinary theme look not the Mobile Theme plugin look and the theme did not show my last post I don’t know why… It’s like the theme does not save any of my settings that I change or post that I make…
Hi,
Please read this guide to learn about the mobile theme’s functionality: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!
Hello,
For the pages issue using the mobile theme, please note that if you use the mobile theme plugin ,you get a second editor in your page edit screen. If you do not add anything into that editor, nothing will show up. You basically have to create 2 pages. One for desktop + tablets and one for mobile phones. This is mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ I suggest reading about the mobile theme functionality.
@Umara-Tasneem Please disable all plugins except the page builder and clear all caching before installing the mobile theme plugin
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for your appreciation.
1) I’m not sure how you want the big grid full to display on mobile. It is the same element if you do not use the mobile theme plugin. if so, then the page will get converted as mentioned here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
As for the tabs you mention on that site, they are present on desktop as well. They are not a mobile only element. Tit is a simple tab element under the grid that will show up on mobile as well as desktop.
2) Only the big grids get hover effects. Standard blocks do not have hover effects.
Thank you!
Hi,
When I change the theme font from default to Palatino font, the font display on Desktop is correct but It not change on mobile, seem as Times New Roman font. How can I make the same font on both desktop and mobile?
font on desktop: https://www.screencast.com/t/DM6tNhJmiSf
font on mobile: https://www.screencast.com/t/ARKnUsUO

Hello,
The top grid in the mobile theme shows your featured posts. In order to mark a post as featured please check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-posts-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
The page is loaded with the footer style set, both on desktop and on mobile. There cannot be a different style loaded on mobile, if you don’t use the mobile theme which has a different footer.. You could simply activate the mobile theme and then you will have a different style of your website, displayed on mobile.
You could maybe hide some elements from the existing footer template, and show them on mobile or maybe manage something similar.
Thanks
Hello Kley,
I have inspected your website and I saw that on mobile mode, you bring some transitions when you navigate on your website. So, please notice that issues may also come from your other customizations, not just the speed booster plugin. This has been tested with the theme and should work as expected, without any problems. Try to do a new fresh install for another sub-domain and use only the speed booster and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
@andrew40, sorry but the Mobile Theme is not available for Newsmag product at the moment, sorry! Our developers are working hard in this case and we hope we can launch in the future the Mobile Theme for Newsmag.
@exploreclt, notice that the showing of another page when the mobile theme is used is the essential effect of using this plugin. For more information about Mobile Theme, please check our useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello exploreclt,
I guess you do not exactly understand how the mobile plug-in works. Notice that if your pages were made with Visual Composer or TD Composer, the mobile theme will not recognize the shortcodes from these builders and that’s why you will not bring any results in this regard, sorry! For more information about our Mobile Theme concept, please check the useful guide here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
At the moment there is no option to choose when the mobile menu is displayed. It will appear when the predefined condition is met. I am sure you will find a combination of header style and theme panel options to achieve the result you want.
Like I mentioned, if you could provide a link top your website, and more information about the problem and how you would like the menu to look, I will try to give you a solution.
Thanks
Hi,
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, this comes with predefined templates for the homepage, post and category page, etc. These will be displayed regardless of what the content is on desktop. If you would like to display exactly the same content, you can simply disable the optional mobile theme plugin, the theme is fully responsive and will adapt to every screen size. Then the elements that you used to build your homepage for example, will be displayed as they are.
Here you can find more information about the mobile theme

Hello!!
I know the mobile theme plugin does not use lightbox feature.
But still the image is clickable. Is there a way to prevent the image from being clickable in the mobile theme plugin?
Thanks!
