It seems that you have deeply customized the theme and there is no quick solution for this. There are custom settings set on some of the elements of the theme, and custom classes – https://www.screencast.com/t/ZYTUfI1Ctnv You must go over and check these customizations, where you have made them (theme panel or in the theme files) Or if you did not make those changes maybe a plugin could be the cause, so please try to disable all the plugins except Visual composer and the mobile theme, clear cache, purge cdn files and see if the problem is still there. Please use the mobile editor to create your pages on mobile – https://www.screencast.com/t/kkPfL3e15AKk Insert your content there so it will display on mobile pages. If you have the mobile theme activated, the mobile editor should appear in the same page edit screen at the bottom. Do you are using the Mobile Theme plugin? If you are using this plugin for mobile viewport, this is normal behavior because the Mobile Theme does not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode.
I suppose that you do not understand very good how mobile theme works, right? So, please notice that this theme concept intend to display a Big Grid feature at the top of homepage which shows the posts which are included in Featured category, then will show a text which you added in Mobile Editor in Visual Composer from backend and at the very bottom of the page you will bring the Latest Articles module. Please keep in mind that the Mobile Theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcode and that’s why you did not get the demo style for mobile theme. So, for more information about our mobile theme, please check the documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ If you are unhappy with this layout, and if you want to have the similar structure with our demo mobile, you will simply turn off the mobile plugin and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mobile mode.

If you mean the mega menu feature, that was created for and works only on desktop. The mobile theme has a simple menu with drop down capabilities, and was designed for speed and the best performance on mobile – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ Maybe other users have different implementations or customization and are willing to share them.

@vortihk Your problem with the menu originates from the implementation method used on the icons. Please do not use the css implementation. Use the html implementation. That means do not add a css class here: https://www.screencast.com/t/qaV280ypH Use the font awesome html implementation adding the code next to the menu item title.

@rmothie your problem is not the menu. You do not have a problem at all. It;s the default implementation of the mobile theme. You simply did not add mobile content for the pages. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

For the mobile theme these sections can be disabled using a css code like so:

}

You can add the code in the theme panel-> mobile theme->custom code field.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, the most recent version of required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, clear all your caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, please provide some screenshots with the issue and also, the URL so I can inspect it closer.
Please notice that the mobile theme makes some troubles due to WP Super Cache plugin. Also, the WP Super Cache plugin is compatible with the mobile devices, but if you are using the Mobile Theme, please notice that you should make some changes for a better working. This could be a problem from wp super cache and not the browser. If you use the plugin, please use this method to fix the issue:
Use this link and add the customization as marked here: https://github.com/Automattic/wp-super-cache/pull/185/files
Edit wp-cache-phase1.php and add the green code from the right column as it shows there.

This happens if you use the mobile theme though. The mobile theme will; not render all shortcodes as it does not use visual composer. Unfortunately for this you will have to use the standard responsive version of the theme so it can render shortcodes on mobile devices.
