Well, we were able to accommodate the logo and now all the pages and articles are seen in the mobile version. But a new problem arose: the mobile version of Home that we created with Composer does not load. It shows us as a standard design with three featured articles and the list of latest publications
Hello @giuseppe39!
This mobile homepage is overwritten by the Mobile theme plugin, which is why the layout has changed. Edit the desktop version of your homepage with Gutenberg and disable the Mobile theme: https://prnt.sc/BZVdi5tHDCuP
Thank you!

So I’ve edited the mobile header menu for responsive. For some reason the site is displaying a different mobile header on the homepage. Once you click through to a different page it displays what it should. Any ideas?
Hi Again Bettina, sorry for the delay.
I simply want this homepage linked above on mobile devices instead of the AMP version.
I always applied the settings you mentioned and at the initially it worked, but not anymore. I cleared the cache many times, but nothing happens.
thanks
Mediax, I completely agree.
The theme is working great and for years I was leaving them advice to focus on mobile versions but they just keep focusing on desktop versions.
While I am a very satisfied customer, I do not approve of messing with my website without my explicit approval. This is mine and there is no right for them to decide if should I watch, every day, all day, their massive ads.

Hello Peter!
You can hide one element on desktop and unhide it on mobile, for example. Every element in the TagDiv Composer has a setting to make it invisible. This setting can be seen in the CSS tab of every element: [Display: HIDDEN]. You can also hide the entire row.
If you can’t find an element after you have hidden it on every viewport, check this thread for the solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cssdisplay-show-or-hidden/
Thank you!
Hi,
The problem is a bit more complicated, if you use a mobile page template, you must make sure that the cache plugin can generate cache for the mobile version separately (https://i.imgur.com/T11Hjj6.png) so that it can deliver the correct cache version on desktop and mobile. I see that the litespeed plugin is used, most likely the options in it also interfere with the positioning of the logo and the search element on the desktop.
Thank you!
Hello,
It seems you have the mobile theme + amp activated.
Please deactivate those plugins, tagdiv mobile theme and amp, clear all cache.
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
So, if you want to use the cloud templates, then you need to disable the mobile theme and AMP plugins, and then use the responsive version.
You can disable the mobile theme plugin on the pages from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby
Also, please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-pages-not-working-well-with-this-theme/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
Hello,
There are two options:
1. You can hide that block on mobile view; if you select the block, select viewport for mobile and go to the CSS tab and hide it.
2. You can change the order of columns on mobile and after the block, after the post content -> https://www.screencast.com/t/kbLa0WnN
Thank you!
Hi! I need your help.
Our website started to display some errors (CSS, I think):
1. In the ‘home’ many elements stopped being centered).
target=”_blank”https://prnt.sc/weRZnyf2JJN0
https://prnt.sc/riuYVMBZMUoU
This is how the home page looks correctly:
https://web.archive.org/web/20230306221124/https://impactotic.co/
2. In the entries, the width of the main image and the text block was enlarged (and everything was filling the screen).
https://prnt.sc/56GhhjiE_eLx
3. In the pages made with TagDiv Composer, elements are lost or blocks go to the left or to the full width.
https://prnt.sc/as19xgki8W6j
These failures occur without having made any changes to the WordPress installation in the last 2 months.
So far, I have tried the following to resolve it:
– Purge Cloudflare and WP-Rocket cache.
– Disable both caching tools.
– Deactivate and reactivate the TagDiv plugins.
– Make horizontal alignment of the rows, as indicated here in the forum (although it was always to the left and never failed). https://prnt.sc/fOa7vmeNIRM9
– Restore the database with a backup from yesterday, when the site was deploying perfectly.
It should be noted that on phones it still looks fine (we don’t use the tagDiv Mobile Theme).
What could have happened and how can I fix it?
Thanks in advance for your help!
Can anyone kindly please help? I just spent an hour trying to turn off Related Posts in the MOBILE VIEW of the NFT Pro theme. The THEME PANEL does not have a toggle to turn this off! Strange! As you can see, in Mobile View the Related Posts is way Above The Fold and totally supercedes the actual article text; this is awkward AF, yah? You have to scroll and scroll and scroll before you can actually read the article you’re there to read. Feels very clickbaity and makes the whole thing feel not legit.
QUESTION 1: How do we MOVE the related article section to the bottom of the page in Mobile View?
QUESTION 2: If this is way too complicated to accomplish and will break things, is it easier to just turn Related Posts in the mobile view?
Thank you in advance for any help.
We are trying to make the site to be the same on mobile , but it is very different, including the mobile menu, can you please help us to fix that?

Thanks
Hello, I have one problem. Under CSS options of the element I have hidden an element on all breakpoints and deselect it. Now I can’t reselect it because I can’t find it 🙂 how to unhide hidden element?
I’ve hidden it via CSS options (at the bottom) – Display: hidden. Is this the correct way? It is strange because when I have hidden an element on desktop view, It was also not visible on landscape and portrait view. Only phone viewport vas not affected until I have hidden it on mobile too. 🙂
I will need to hide and unhide one section every now and than and I need to learn how to correctly hide specific element and than unhide it when it is relevant again.
thank you,
Peter
Sorry, the example links I sent you are inverted. The first link shows the article without the Mobile Theme, and the second, the Mobile Theme is activated but with the logo displaced
We started using the mobile Theme a few days ago, because the Adsense ads in the body of the articles were not visible (yes on desktop but not on mobile)
And it is happening to us that in some articles the Mobile Theme works, but with the one displaced to the left, and in other articles the Mobile Theme does not even activate. I am sending you two examples of articles from the last few hours.
Article where the Theme Movil perop works with the logo displaced

Article where, we don’t know why, the Mobile Theme is not activated
Hello!
Your ad in the footer is displaying well on desktop and mobile too.
Did you clear all the cache from the browser?
Thank you!
Hi,
From what I can see, you are using the mobile theme plugin, when this is used you need to have a cache that has mobile cache version – https://i.imgur.com/cPNYFsB.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
In case your cache plugin does not have this option you should disable the mobile theme plugin and use the responsive theme version.
Thank you!
When viewing the articles, in the mobile version, the logo appears on the left, superimposed on the menu.
I can’t find how to change this.
hello dear community i have a problem with all my posts, i can’t see them on mobiles but all good on the computer screens. any thoughts? thanks
The footer ad is not always displayed on the mobile website (not the mobile site for which you need a separate plugin). See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/09b3-kptZZOl
It’s very random. Sometimes yes, sometimes no, there is no pattern at all.
Do you know what this could be?
I’d like to do the following on a single row with multiple acf fields
Business phone | business website
Not sure how to use the rows and inner rows to do so – in that – after phone their is a space or a few and then the | and then a few spaces
And the website and to have it appear that way on mobile – or have the website go under the phone.
returned to normal.
however, it seems to me that there is intermittency – at times it is in mobile format and at other times it is in website format.
any bugs? other reports?
We are also having issues on the edge – our site in that browser has turned into a mobile design.
