Hello All,
The domain name is – https://sustainabilitynext.in
The posts are looking nice on the homepage with nice spacing between the post, but the same posts on mobile preview does not have any spacing between them. Both the screen shots are attached. Please guide me how to get the spacing between them on mobile preview.

Hello @sanjeevkk!
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
I can give you only some starting points to improve your website page speed are here:
– https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/
– https://developers.google.com/speed/docs/insights/v5/about
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tnkVapqhIHc
Please check the tutorials from those platforms gt metrix and Google Pagespeed Insights and I’m sure you can increase the page speed.
Please note that page speed is not covered by the support team: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/
Thank you for understanding!
Hi elitechronicle,
What you can do is to optimize the entire website, for this we recommend to use a cache plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ -> optimizer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/autoptimize-install-configuration/ also using a CDN will help a lot -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Use a plugin for WebP conversion – we recommend EWWW Image Optimizer with this settings: -> https://i.imgur.com/8xzhsPX.png
And if you want you can also try the mobile theme plugin, this will change the mobile layout and the page content will be needed to be set in the mobile editor, but the speed will be better.
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
You need to set the order on each column -> https://i.imgur.com/AMi1sEa.png for mobile https://we.tl/t-LAvFx9KY3f
Thank you!
Hello @mdfutbol!
If you want to use the mobile pages created by you, then please make sure the Mobile theme plugin is deactivated, clear all cache and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi jasaj,
This php warning is usually display when you have set for the php some restrictions in the open_basedir -> https://ourcodeworld.com/articles/read/1428/how-to-disable-the-php-open-basedir-restriction-for-a-specific-domain-in-plesk
There were some adjustments added in Newspaper v11.4.1 for the mobile theme plugin (this problem is related to the mobile theme plugin), but this depends on the paths you have set in the open_basedir.
Thank you!
Hi,
Mobile AMP theme active.
https://www.valuewalk.com/chris-crawford-value-investing/?amp=1
https://www.valuewalk.com/chris-crawford-value-investing/?amp=
https://www.valuewalk.com/chris-crawford-value-investing/?amp
They are supposed to redirect automatically especially if you’re not on mobile.
AMP address should be accessible on a mobile device. So if you went to a URL that had /amp in it, it should redirect to the the URL without the amp in it.
Thank you
Hi,

Hello,
I am contacting you because since the update of the theme the mobile display of my website no longer works optimally. Indeed, the header is not displayed on the homepage (=https://imgur.com/a/0yYOhev) but is displayed correctly on other pages (such as posts=https://imgur. com/a/iNwy4mu).
All parameters are the same. I do not understand.
Thank you for your help.

Hello,
I have a single post page (adjusted based on one of td templates) with 1 row and 3 columns. The middle column represents the main content, and I want it in focus when the page is viewed via mobile devices.
How do I adjust the layout for the mobile responsive page so that column 2 is displayed before column 1 (but only for mobile)?
I’ve tried layout and overwriting auto order of columns, but I must be doing something wrong because I’m not getting results.
Best,
I
Hi,
thanks!
This is my site:
https://www.lavocedeigiornalisti.com/
in the mobile version, however, it appears as FONT LOGO again “NEWSWEEK pro”, instead there should be “La Voce dei Giornalisti -Quotidiano online -“, just like in the desktop version.
How do I make this FONT LOGO change in the mobile version?
thanks so much
Hello @EnsisRecords!

Hello. The mobile version is not showing anything similar with the one created for mobile in your theme, using Tagdiv Composer. It doesn’t show our menus and categories, it shows something way different. Tried multiple times to assign the mobile theme (i even created 3 different ones), still not showing up on mobile devices, even tho if you check the mobile version on a desktop, it appears what we created. Very strange and we need some help with that.
Hello,
I just verified your website and for me works well mobile menu -> https://we.tl/t-vAYMVXavsR (Android).
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this topic where I explained each mobile version -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/mobile-version-not-working-properly-2/ and choose what mobile version you want.
Thank you!
After the 11.4.1 update, I still do not see this fix on my website.
I am still having the following two issues:
1. Missing Create an Account checkbox on WooCommerce Checkout page
2. Login prompt on iOS devices continue prompting on every page, even while being logged in
Screenshots of the above two items will be shown below

Issue 1 happens on desktop browsers.I fixed this issue previously by changing some CSS on the checkout page (outside of the WooCommerce code, it was the theme CSS, which is what this update is supposed to fix).
Issue 2 only happens on mobile iOS browsers. I fixed this previously by editing some code in one of the mobile menu / mobile header files.
I have made a thread on these items before. I have also previously fixed these items as well. It is not related to any other plugin that I need to disable, etc. I made changes to the NEWSPAPER THEME FILES which resolved both of these issues.
However, with each theme update, my changes get replaced with the new theme files.
I have asked politely before and ask again PLEASE SHARE WITH THE DEV TEAM AND STOP DEFLECTING IT AS ANOTHER PLUGIN ISSUE.
Thank you,
Thomas

Hi
Thank you very much for reply.
Please take a look at lolster.dk
This issue is that the featured images do not show at the frontpage.
Only if you minimize windows and maximize it – the images shows.
Also on mobile; there you need to scroll down and then the images appears.
I have installed the regenerate plugin as advised.
Hi,
i created a mobile template but i can’t set it up. From mobile I always see the old header and not the one I created. How do I configure the mobile template by inserting the one I made?
thanks so much
Hi,
AMP is faster and works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. If you’ll use the Mobile theme plugin, then you can not edit the pages with tagDiv Composer.
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. It the same thing for the AMP plugin too.
Also, you can check our documentation here:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/ please set the AMP like in our guide.
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Thank you!
1.I see after 21st of january my websites some amp pages google ads not proper working….
2. Amp or mobile pages ads active more then 15 minutes after publishing new post.
Can you please check whats issue
Website
If you want to keep the mobile theme for mobile version, then is no need to disable it. The problem with amp will be resolve if you disable the amp plugin.
Do I need to disable the mobile theme plugin also? Or, Just AMP will work?
Hello,
1. To change the menu, you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer, because that menu is a page and set it the element called Modal Popup -> https://i.imgur.com/RJobJZu.png -> https://i.imgur.com/0ItARv5.png
2. Select the viewport on the phone and add the mobile horizontal menu -> https://i.imgur.com/iaey0g9.png
Thank you!
Hello,
Usually, this happens with cache plugins. If the cache plugin does not have mobile support then the mobile theme version can be delivered instead.
The solution would be to use the recommended WP Super Cache plugin instead and activate these settings (especially the mobile device support): https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
I hope this helps.
Thank you!
