i received the following email regarding tagdiv cloud error :
Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email. In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, tagDiv Cloud Library.
Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue further.
If your site appears broken and you can’t access your dashboard normally, WordPress now has a special “recovery mode”. This lets you safely login to your dashboard and investigate further.
When seeking help with this issue, you may be asked for some of the following information:
WordPress version 5.4.1
Current theme: Newspaper (version 10.3.4)
Current plugin: tagDiv Cloud Library (version 1.5 | built on 06.05.2020 14:38)
PHP version 7.3.18
i contacted my host and they said all they could do is deactivate the theme. they said to contact the theme creator..
when i go to my site on mobile it is showing a previously made FREE wordpress.com site instead of the newspaper-created one (which is what i see on my PC). PLEASE HELP – thank you
I’m having problem number two as well. The mobile version randomly appears on desktop and sometimes vice versa. I try clearing cache without any real results. Not sure if it’s Cloudflare related. I have followed the WP Super Cache recommendations from this site.
I want to ad Google AMP enabled ADs instead of standard ads to my theme.
When you create the ad, google adsense says:
Step 1: Copy and paste the script in between the <head></head> tags of your site
Place this code once in between the head tags of your AMP site’s HTML. This script loads the relevant amp-ad libraries.

However, there’s no head tag in the plugins theme, Google says – the plugin has a txt file that says “The mobile templates files are in the ./mobile theme directory, the TagDiv Mobile Theme plugin detecting and working with them.” but there’s no accessibly theme I can see.
So how do i add the initial script to enable AMP ads in the header?
Just observed. When I deactivate the mobile theme plugin the logo comes to place.
But I want to use the plugin. Please help.

My client needs integration with a third party that pulls posts from the RSS feed then puts that data into a iOS / Android mobile app. Most post data is coming thru…but I’ve struggled to get featured images to pass thru to the RSS. I’m looking to get Featured Video url over to the RSS wrapped in <embed> tags. Any ideas?
i purchase this them yesterday after installing few hours later it’s started showing issues let me tell you one by one
1. Post creating time it’s show JSON Error
2. on Desktop mobile version theme are opening
3. and now it’s shows everything deleted but its not deleted
what i do now can you guys return my payment because i don’t like you support system if you can’t help so please stop this thing and return my money i will choose some other service
I’ve been making a lot of changes in a short amount of time and I’m noticing quite a delay when updating (probably on GoDaddy’s end), so I’m not sure that the mobile theme was the issue. Thanks anyway!

I tried to find files thet holds moobile css footer and latest article title, but i couldn’t find any :)…I can see thet it has custom css area but i can’t find a proper css class for mobile version of Neswspaper.
Did anyone find solution how to stile it? 🙂

The size of my mobile logo is 309 x 35, yet it is not aligning properly, touching the Mobile Menu and Mobile Live Search icon from both side.

2. Upload through Tagdiv Composer.

Hi,
That is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

I’m working on a new domain: Soñador.com (xn--soador-xwa.com). I use the same style and architecture as in all my other websites.
But here, the pages don’t show up if I use a cell phone / smatrphone.

I use tag div mobile plugin, And that’s why I disable this option in the pages (contact, cookies, etc…).
This works on all my pages, so that they display the same on mobile devices. But on this occasion, it doesn’t work.
I think the problem may be the domain, which has a Ñ (character of the Spanish alphabet).
How can I fix it?

The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:

2. You can change the mobile logo size to be bigger only if you are using a cloud header from tagDiv Cloud library, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and adjust -> https://i.imgur.com/6blCyI2.png

Unfortunately the cloud footer can be edited only live for the moment, sorry!
Also you can check and adjust the footer elements by changing the view port in tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/Kz6WIS8.png also you can check the flex block layout per device -> https://i.imgur.com/yE5ihsn.png

I was wondering whether there are any plugins anyone could recommend for speed optimization, specifically plugins with G-Zip compression and Asset optimization. I currently use WP super cache and previously tried Hummingbird, however, ran into some problems and chose to deactivate it (missing icons on mobile). Would there be any alternatives that work better with Newspaper X? Any help would be highly appreciated.
