Hi,
I see, the problem was only for the mobile and the mobile theme is not something that you want to use.
What I can recommend is to use a mobile page template, create a mobile page template for the single post template and adjust the images size and the content that you want to display on mobile -> https://prnt.sc/hTlYMR_i5wrw
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/different-logo-in-categorypage/ ; Here is explained how to duplicate a header correctly and do some changes for the category template.
Thank you!
I found that the Hover Color for the bottom menu bar is related to the General Accent color, but I still cannot change the menu color in the menu below the footer section.
I’m sorry guys, but I’ve wasted more time trying to get the colors right than I have making content for my website. For every hour I spend making a page, I’m spending 3 hours trying to figure out where parameters and colors are located. I understand how hovering over some Composer color options tell you what Manager Global colors are affected but those same options also affect elements like Exclusive Colors in other pages. That is very confusing. Do you have a clear table and page dedicated to how to color manage different template designs simultaneously?

I need to run a somewhat lengthy string of copyright, affiliations, and other information across the bottom of the website under the footer. The only option I have found in Mag5 template has the text crammed into a third of the width of the page. That makes it a narrow long box of text with a large empty space to the right. How do I get the legalese to run the full width below the footer block?
Hi,
Our theme provide a builder, the tagDiv Composer, this can be used to create pages and cloud templates that can be used on posts, categories…
For the moment our theme do not have the possibility to add/edit posts on frontend, only pages and cloud templates but this is on our list.
For example you can check our guide and videos from here -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg&list=UUOT1RiNysIPCTPSnVZskwtQ
Thank you!
Hi,
For this you need to edit in tagDiv Composer a mobile page template – > https://i.imgur.com/C9pkUh6.png then from manager convert the header and footer -> https://i.imgur.com/iGvv083.png -> https://i.imgur.com/ygtknwT.png
I hope this will help you!
I read the help files but I can’t find a definitive answer on where to change the active, hover, and visited hyperlink colors. Where exactly are those located if I’m using different templates for the homepage, and posts? Thank you for all your help guys.
Is there a way to “Copy and Paste” Element settings between pages and templates?
Dear,
can you help me for footer?
I decide to create mobile page for each section (homepage, post, category, search, tag, date,…)
For all these, it’s simply, just create a copy of desktop version and modify it.
My problem is about HEADER and FOOTER.
As you know, it’s not possible to create a copy of these section like another page as post or category.
I go to CLOUD Template and duplicate header and footer, modify them like want I want.
The problem is how to call these section.
When I go to Website Manager and try to use the modified files, the desktop version is also changed.
How to resolv the problem?
Hi,
We are running a website, Guardado Rápido, devoted to videogame news, articles, reviews and so. We are using Newspaper theme in our website and we are quite happy with it. Recently we added a special row at the beginning of the page where we show the hot topics of the day. We used a row with a raw html code inside. It works pretty well but for the case of the mobile version of the webpage. In this case, as we are using Mobile Theme of Newspaper, it does not allow us to put this kind of code before the header.
The shortcut that i have found is to put the code in the ads section of the mobile theme but, in this case, it puts the code below the header. Is there any way to put this code so the raw html code appears before the header?
You can check our website at http://www.guardadorapido.com. The part that we want to be before the header is the one that starts by “Hoy se habla de:”.
The other option could be to skip the mobile theme of newspaper and use the mobile view generated by tag div composer. In this case, is there any way to use a different template for the general and the mobile view of the page. In our case the problem is that some of the structures that look fine on the desktop version does not work that well in the mobile one (the big grid)
Sorry for the long text, i hope i explained myself well.
On the site ticotimes.net, the same posts are showing regardless of what menu item you choose.. For example under latin america and sports the same posts are displaying.
I understand that this has something to go with the templates (global vs category) but I cannot seem to figure out how to change menu it to display the posts for that particular category.
Can you please explain how this is done?
Thanks
Hi there!
I’m trying to list full numbers of articles in category page via set the post numbers in Tag Div Composer for that template. But have no luck to do this.
Rendering in browser shows that found only 3 posts, but there are more than 10 published.
block_tdi_73.td_column_number = “3”;
block_tdi_73.block_type = “td_flex_block_1”;
block_tdi_73.post_count = “3”;
block_tdi_73.found_posts = “3”;
block_tdi_73.header_color = “”;
block_tdi_73.ajax_pagination_infinite_stop = “”;
block_tdi_73.max_num_pages = “1”;
tdBlocksArray.push(block_tdi_73);
Here’s link
Hello,
Unfortunately, for the posts, you can assign a Single Post Template for a user.
If the user is an author, you can import a Single post template you personalize it, and you tell it that it must be chosen for its posts.
Thank you!
Hello!
A good choice for the page speed, it could be the mobile layout which contain less elements because it can improve a bit your page speed.
Our developers are working a lot to improve the page speed in every update, so make sure you use the latest update(11.4.2).
Some factors which you need to take into account are:
External factors: server speed, if you are using CDN or not, the external resources loaded by your website like ads, fonts, tracking scripts like Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, Twitter analytics, Hotjar and so on.
Internal factors: the number of elements on the page, image size, image formats, if you are using mobile optimized layouts, console errors, if you are using the Standard Pack plugin on not, if you are using PRO demo or a standard one.

We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB; there you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-speedy-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation you can find here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
You can choose to use whichever one is more affordable and useful for you.
If anyone doesn’t fit as you created, then make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. Also, if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
Note: If you want to use version 1 or 2, then you need to deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
I have created my homepage in cloud templates, separate for mobile and desktop. How can do SEO for it? I want only one page appear in Google instead of two pages for homepage
Hello, I have a problem importing a template from Cloud template.
I can access the Templates but can’t import them. When I click on import a page appears on the background but I can’t access it.
Please help, I already lost time trying fixing it.
Many thanks for your support.
Hello,
since the last update, the some content of the mobile template is repeated several times when scrolling on the mobile phone. How can I fix this?
The error does not occur in the desktop version. And only one the homepage, not at posts.
Hello!
1. Please check this video about how can create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg
2. For special posts, you can duplicate a template with the same design, or you can build it from scratch by importing a blank single post template and assign it only on your special posts. If you make it global, then it will display on all your posts.
3. If you choose default, then the template can not be edited with the TagDiv Composer. You can edit only the cloud templates imported from Cloud Templates.

Ah…I think I figured out question 3. I can import a template and it gets “added to my library” of post templates. Ok…I definitely think there needs to be a page in the tutorials that explains the concept of how page management works. If this is the case, then where do I “import” a blank template for an actual “New Page?”
I tried to make a new page, but when I do, all I see is a header and footer collapsed together with no space in between to add tagDiv Composer elements. The help files have a video on how to make a beautiful WP page in 3 minutes, but it doesn’t explain how that page was made initially.
1. How do I make a simple custom page from scratch using the tagDiv Composer?
2. Is there a video tutorial that gives an overview of how pages, template pages, and custom pages work in the Newspaper theme?
What I do like, is that editing one page updates all the rest. That is fantastic…but, I’d also like to just make a simple, custom page, just for special posts. In fact…
3. How do I customize a post without affecting all the other pages using the tagDiv composer?
If I choose Default (Single Template) from Post Template at the bottom of the WP Editor, I don’t get the tagDiv editor option after I publish the page. All I get is the option to import or select a template. Again, is the only way to change a post by using only Templates? I just don’t want to be importing a hundred different templates over the next year for each unique post, just to find out that I could have edited each post individually.
On this page, the pictures after the line “How to use Single Template Builder?” don’t correspond to what is written. This page is very confusing. Where it says to click on Create Template, the picture that corresponds to those directions seems to be down the page. The rest of the pictures don’t correspond to the instructions written. Were the directions updated but not the pictures? Unless my English is bad, I’m having a hard time following the directions with the pictures.
I am very familiar with editing in Tagdiv composer, but I do not see where to edit the color of the bottom border of the mega menu or the sub menu items (see image link)
Also, could you tell me where to find instructions on adding a page with the menu on it for the upper right menu icon (see image link.
