Hi,
1. I think is a misunderstood too, if you want those widgets to be in footer section only from Homepage you can simply use the method above replay(use two footer templates, one only on the three footer widgets as global, and the current one assigned only for the homepage).
Or if you to have the same footer template for the rest website and the content is in the footer you can drag and drop (drag the widgets that you want on the home page, from footer zone in the content zone) the elements on your homepage with tagDiv Composer.
2. If you want to remove the divider select the row on the empty space => https://www.screencast.com/t/QICJZGeYCV -> https://www.screencast.com/t/icKNF0Us7C
If you want to increase the height you can do like here => https://www.screencast.com/t/U87lAXiKKfF
4. According to Google Structured Data Testing Tool those are only warnings => https://i.imgur.com/hdL5p4b.png -> https://i.imgur.com/kLjBFr0.png and the results on Google search seems to be ok => https://i.imgur.com/f9Ju2o7.png
I will notify our developers to provide the value for those fields to fix the problem with offers and review warnings.
Thank you!
we are not using discuss or structured schema amp plugin.
we are using yoast .
We also realized some of our content don’t get indexed on google as soon as possible,
is this link correct https://www.kemifilani.ng/2021/01/template-id-276008, its the theme schema and why is it not landing on the page ?
Hi,
Not sure if anyone has experienced this. It’s pretty annoying. On my Newspaper-based website, there is a black top bar that seems to load very briefly as the page populates. It quickly disappears, but it makes the whole page jump to the top in the process. It just looks crappy. The site is 519 Magazine
Has anyone experienced this and how did they fix it?
Otherwise, been a happy customer for a few years. It’s a great template.
Hi – On my wordpress post page,(not on any templates) I am getting crazy code characters like this – why is this happening? Thank you.

I have to update the fix with the latest update of Membership plugin, which incorporates the excerpt length, so though I still think further is needed to properly address this issue as I believe it is related to the unique way the TD Cloud Templates works.
The first one below has to comment out, for some reason when enabled you won’t see images.
File: /woocommerce-memberships/includes/Restrictions/Posts.php.
Function: public function handle_restriction_modes()
// ensure the restricted post content data is persisted even when third parties try to filter it
Comment out ->//add_filter( ‘the_content’, array( $this, ‘handle_restricted_post_content_filtering’ ), 999 );
With the update Membership you have to comment this as well:
File:/woocommerce-memberships/includes/class-wc-memberships-user-messages.php
Function: private static function trim_excerpt( $the_post ) {
if ( true === (bool) apply_filters( ‘wc_memberships_message_excerpt_apply_the_content_filter’, true ) ) {
/** This filter is documented in wp-includes/post-template.php */
Comment Out ->//$excerpt = apply_filters( ‘the_content’, $excerpt );
}
The last one seems to cause the server to an internal error, I have seen this with other plugins and TD Library files. Like I said I wish I can find a proper solution, but this does solve the issue and renders a page like this: https://fortworthbusiness.com/real-estate/om-housing-kennedale/
Hope this helps.
Hello!
1. The issue with import part has been discussed here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/unable-to-import-demo-template-from-cloud-tempaltes/
2. You can’t do this automatically, so you need to do it on each page. Please follow our guide from here to know how to create new sidebars: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/
3. In our theme we have a setting when you edit the post template with TagDiv Composer. You need to disable that setting like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/JaSHpq10Y
Thank you!
Hello,
tagDiv Composer is a page and cloud builder, it can be used only for pages and cloud templates, therefore you can use it on a single post template from tagDiv cloud library to adjust the layout, but not to write the post content, for this, you need to use the WordPress editor.
You can edit the page with TD Composer in WordPress->Pages => https://www.screencast.com/t/AMOjYCA7Q7p, or in front side.
Thank you!
Hello,
I’ve been working on trying to update my website, but am having a few problems that I can’t seem to figure out.
-
Import
The first problem is when I try to import a cloud template for a page from the Cloud Library, I get an immediate error that “one of the images failed to upload” and the template never installs from there. It just sticks there.
-
Template
When I’m working with the template, for example Influencer, I am unable to understand how to make all the changes to the header, footer and sidebar automatic. I have a sidebar on my home page, but can’t get that to come across on the pages (non-blog pages). Is it possible or am I just fighting a losing cause?
Post Pagination
How do you turn off the automatic pagination on single article pages? When you scroll down to the bottom of an article it automatically loads the next article below. How do I turn this off?
Thanks!
KM
Hello,
1. You can assign a footer template to be Global =>https://www.screencast.com/t/OsT9ga0ta for posts/pages you want to be normal, and you can assign a particularly footer where you want to be different. You can import a footer from Cloud Library with tagDiv Composer -> Manager (Website Manager) => https://i.imgur.com/vlvXloM.png
2. Make sure you use the logo full width and for change the header background image, you need to go on the header, select the row from header, go in CSS and you have a background image => https://www.screencast.com/t/IIbhYhtaln
3.If is still a problem we would like to investigate the issue, if you agree please make a full backup and contact us at contact@tagdiv.com, provide wp-admin and credentials, also a link to this topic in order to identify you.
4.Those are some extra parameters for schema, also these parameters are optional, is no need for them, therefore you can ignore the warnings, this will not affect your website.
Please try not to reply multiple times in your own topic, this will only delay the response from us because it will move the topic to the back of the line. We always answer from oldest to newest.
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a cloud template for single post template, you can edit that page with TagDiv Composer and add the element called “Single Post Tags”.
If you use a default template for it, then you can set up by accessing Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Post settings -> Post and Custom Post Types -> Show categories tags : enabled.
Hope that helps you!
Thank you!

Hello!
Make sure you change correctly the category template for posts or category from here like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/1J9TCGfJxtch
If you want your category pages to each have a different layout, then you must create individual category cloud templates for every category like in the screenshot above.
Also, you can write us an email to take a look if you don’t can manage the situation you’ve created there.
When you contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com, please provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
Hello!
If you use a default template, then you can not edit that page with TagDiv Composer plugin. Also, make sure you have installed Cloud Library and Standard Pack.
Thank you!
Hello !
The Mobile theme was specially designed for optimization on mobile devices. Unfortunately on mobile theme you cannot do much changes of design. If you want to have the same design as on desktop mode you can achieve that by simply disabling the mobile theme.
You will have to recreate your pages into the Mobile editor or completely disable the mobile theme. The mobile editor will not render shortcodes !
Also you can disable mobile theme on certain pages or posts by following this setting:
Please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Mobile theme plugin can be disabled from Newspaper Plugins as you can see here: https://www.screencast.com/t/LnkZCEVC
You are now able to create mobile viewport templates as you can see in our guide here: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
! Atention ! If you are using mobile templates you will have to remove the mobile theme plugin and also at the moment AMP is not working with mobile templates.
Thank you !
Hi,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 2(models) : 1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
We have a guide for how to investigate this problem and fix it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Thank you!
Hello @greenbooks!
TagDiv Composer is not working on that page because you use a default template. So, if you will use a cloud/PRO template, then you will see also the button right there.
Please read more about TagDiv Composer plugin functionality descripted in our guide:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
The “Global template” is the default setting. A mobile page requires a mobile header and footer template. At the moment there are only the blank mobile header and footer templates available for import https://prnt.sc/y4hchy -> https://prnt.sc/y4hhl1
Same for the footer.
So you can either import the blank header and footer templates and build them in the composer. Or convert a desktop header/footer template in a mobile template like this for example -> https://prnt.sc/y4i680 and customize it further. Same for the footer.
Please give it a try.
Thank you!
Hi everybody,
I’m trying to edit my cloud templates, but when hitting edit with tag composer it redirects me to 404 page!!!
It’s a nightmare, please help me…
Also if i create a new template from wordpress dashboard > cloud templates > it doesn’t import and redirect me to 404 tagdiv composer!
Hello!
It seems you have installed Mobile theme plugin. If you created the mobile pages with TagDiv Composer, then when you install Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with it’s own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more details, please take a look here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Thank you!
Hi Anamaria,
I have imported a cloud template and tried to tweak a little. Tried ur method to align the categories and tags on a single row using the inline method but failed for both desktop and mobile view.
Unlike shown in your video, when I added the categories, it appeared center-align and I couldn’t make it left-aligned unless I add -140 margin on the left. And making the element ‘inline’ didn’t work as well.
Here’s the page that I tried it on: http://tapa-global.hostinghunk.com/zuellig-pharma-hong-kong-demonstrates-supply-chain-excellence-in-the-pharmaceutical-industry-by-achieving-tapa-tsr-certification-with-sgs/
Please let me know how I can solve this issue.
Thank you,
Jasmine

Hi,
Prebuilt Website “Newspaper Magazin Pro” was built with tagDiv Composer and tagDiv Cloud Library, therefore the entire website layout can be edited from front-end using the theme builder(tagDiv Composer). So the sidebars from this prebuilt website were made and can be edited with tagDiv Composer (sidebar on posts/pages/categories/authors/..).
Maybe you add a new page and this has set the page attribute Page Builder + Latest Articles + Pagination for this you can check our guide from here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
If this isn’t what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
Thank you!

Hi
I am not from support, and am using the theme like you. I think it’s because the inner page (podcasts) is not an actual page but a category layout. Tagdiv composer will work on pages like homepage, contact etc., found under pages section in WordPress. You can change the layout of category pages by choosing different templates from theme panel though. I think but am not sure, that it’s possible to customise a category template from cloud library. I hope it helps
Hello Calin,
our pages uses a sidebar. Now I have the problem, that large wp-tables overtop the sidebar.
For example:
https://www.android-user.de/huawei-installation-der-google-play-services-so-gut-wie-unmoeglich/
The solution I think is: I want to open the table in a new page. But the new page should not have the sidebar.
Do you have an idea how can I do that? I cannot find a possibility to create an own template for this.
Thank you and best regards
Andre
