Hi,
This error does not come from our theme. Please check the following useful guide from here -> https://www.lifewire.com/504-gateway-timeout-error-explained-2622941 and also, make sure that you have respected the steps from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Thank you for your appreciation. There will be more new features coming.
1. In quite a few cases with similar issues, the problem was solved by installing a newer PHP version on the server. The hosting provider should be able to help you with this. If possible use PHP 7.1 or 7.2, not the newer 7.3, we haven’t tested with the newer versions yet.
It could also be caused by large images and insufficient resources, like mentioned in this guide I found
– https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/229-fixing-errors-when-uploading-images-in-wordpress
We recommend these values for a proper functionality
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
2. You mean the Yoast information displayed in the post edit screen?
I tried the Yoast tabs, they seem to open and display the information
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yd3jGZ1w
In the test I am using the latest WordPress, Yoast and theme versions. Maybe there are errors in your case, check with the browser inspector in the console when the issue happens. If there are any errors they will appear there. Could be a conflict with another plugin you have installed.
Thanks
Hi,
So you receive that error when trying to update the theme? That message is usually displayed when updating/installing a theme
– https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/
– https://docs.presscustomizr.com/article/333-how-to-fix-the-link-you-followed-has-expired-in-wordpress
– https://www.godaddy.com/community/Using-WordPress/Wordpress-theme-upload-error-quot-The-link-you-followed-has/td-p/101292
In most cases this is related to insufficient resources, please check the theme requirements guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Also make sure that you are installing the actual theme zip file, not the whole theme package
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
Thanks

Please make sure that the theme system status is configured as mentioned in the requirements guide. Please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
WP_MEMORY_LIMIT try to increase it to a value of double you already have if possible.
The issue was solved by adding this code in the .htaccess file:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Also make sure that all theme plugins are updated and activated, clear all cache and try again.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,
That would be one of the requirements when creating a mega-menu with sub-categories
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/mega-menu/
The menu item you want to make a mega-menu should not have any sub-menus, in your case it has and they are displayed below the mega-menu sub-categories. This is a similar topic with a more detailed explanation

Hi,
1. There will be no license issues, Envato specifies in the license conditions that a theme can be used for one final product (website)
2. Install it and activate normally – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/
Indeed if the theme requirements are not met there could be problems with the theme and theme plugins. These would be the recommend values
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thanks

I received this error “The current content page hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer “https://gyazo.com/9f2ace1042424efa15590c4b0a04ef31 when renaming the page title. Specifically I got this error in the situation below
Step 1: Create a new page named “abc”, open “tagDiv composer” to edit the content and save. It worked fine
Step 2: Change the page name from “abc” for “abc1” in here https://gyazo.com/697eb930e1d392bd4902ca474e685124
Step 3: Open “tagdiv composer” to continue edit the page “abc1”; however at this step I encounter the error message https://gyazo.com/9f2ace1042424efa15590c4b0a04ef31
In summary, whenever i change the page title of any page created by composer before, I can’t continue editting that page using tag div composer anymore.
The theme system status already match what you require here https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Hello,
Usually this is a memory allocation problem. Please use this guide:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Read it carefully and verify each step in the system status screen making sure your modifications apply: https://www.screencast.com/t/jV5K7wQSyEb
All of the entries in the system status should be green.
Thank you!

Hi,
@MinHs In almost all cases this issue is caused by the following:
Could be caused by insufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
The admin ajax could be blocked by the server and the theme cannot access it. Check in the browser inspector console to see if this is the case. If it is, try to find the security settings or firewall settings in the cPanel settings and change them. The hosting provider should be able to help with this task.
Also if you use Wordfence try to set it on learning more
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
If you already checked or tried these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
