Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for rank numbers, sorry! The theme only has the popular posts sort order, as you can see here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/ Also, the theme has Review functionality from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
1)Please check our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/reviews-2/
2)If you want to disable the Related Articles section, you need to disable this option from the Theme panel, from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/vDsoBgb8Yi and also, if you want to change the Video format for your post to be Normal text, you need to setup it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/j1rgtNIdRJ
Thanks.
There are font settings for most elements of the flex blocks, check in the style tab
– http://prntscr.com/m9xd6g
The font size is the first field on the left. Let me know if you have more questions.
These are block examples created with flex blocks – https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks You can preview and even edit them. They can be imported with the cloud library

Do your current posts show the star ratings?
Reminder that if the ratings were a custom system of prior theme, those do not carry over!
If using a custom plugin for ratings – you might need to review setup for that plugin to include the necessary hook in to a template someplace.
I don’t work here; just went through this same issue couple of years back.
Upshot – any ‘custom’ elements from the prior theme don’t carry over to new theme; which is why for some stuff like ‘ratings’ it is useful to use a theme-agnostic plugin for such things (e.g., forms, ratings, reviews, ecommerce, etc.).
For TagDiv support if the issue is related to a review CREATED in the new theme, and not workin you would likely need to include a link to a post where it’s NOT working. So, first try making NEW post with ratings, then check the structured data to see if working.
For “old data” you might need to do some kind of dbase chicanery to migrate the info if still there.
For some reason content managed by new Gutenberg editor ignored by light box previewer.
Hello! I am using you Newspaper 9 theme on my blog https://acasamai.it/. The social share does not seem to work properly ’cause in the preview shows the image of the post/url to be shared, but – once published – the image disappears. I tried to use FB debugger to understand if there was a problem with my blog’s urls, but everything is properly setted. Could you help me, please?
Can you escalate it to the devs please for review?
It seems to me tat its caused by theme’s counting functionality for. popular posts since if i change counting to JetPack for populars, slow query gets away.
I just need a verification – i know that such a query could be heavy on a heavytraffic website.

Hi,
We haven’t tested in a wordpress.com environment up to this point, from what I know there are users that use the theme successfully in those circumstances, while others have various issues it seems.
For example this user was receiving a message when trying to access the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/403-forbidden-permission-denied-our-sentries-tell-us-that-you-should-not-be-her/
That message is not coming from the theme, maybe the wordpress support there could have been able to clear things out.
However ultimately if the issue from above or other issues that may happen cannot be solved, we can provide a refund and you can try a different theme.
You could check some pros and cons for each WordPress

Hi – homepage looks great in Safari – http://jazzreview.co.uk – but in Firefox columns are going out of place and white space appearing. Is this because I’ve used inner rows? Please these shots of Firefox rendering and of my use of inner rows. Thanks.

Hello,
I have website with only 4 long posts with dozens of images (only 100Kb per image). But on server my website weighs more than 500 MB. When I will have 20 text posts my website size will be more than 3GB. I dont want this….
I started to analize this fact and found that for each image Newspaper theme making 22 additional files of previews for each file. Sample: https://ibb.co/g3yqSz9
How I can fix it or change and make website smaller in size? Which thumbnails dont needed at all?
I was confused, turning off the animation turns off lazyloading. i use modpagespeed to lazyload… But it would be nice to have the youtube lazyloader with preview image
Hi,
With the cloud library that is possible – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
With it you can use the tagDiv composer to create a tag template and apply it for the tag pages. These are the available tag templates created by us, we will try to add more (you can preview and even edit them)
The template can be applied in the theme panel – https://www.screencast.com/t/Upj7MR3FvN
You can also design your own by starting with the blank template.
Thanks
Hi,
The latest articles has options for what you mention – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
But there is currently an issue, the settings for it do not appear as they should when the template is selected
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-edit-some-sections-with-tagdiv-composer/
This issue will be solved in the next theme update, sorry for this inconvenience.
You could also use a post loop element in the page, the loop is similar to the latest articles section. Some loop examples you can preview and even edit here
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks
These can be imported with the cloud library plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
If you use a loop you can select the default page template instead of the latest articles template.
Thanks
I have now worked around this rendering problem on tablet by adjusting margin for tablet portrait and landscape under the CSS tab – is this the default way to get your columns equal? That’s ok if so, but please advise if there is another method.
However, I am still seeing header and text moving up and overlaying image on the iPad. This problem does not occur when resizing desktop browser to tab size. Can you explain/resolve this iPad problem? Do you have a tablet you could test http://jazzreview.co.uk and tell me if you see header and text overlaying image?
Thanks again – your help is invaluable. This is a test site I want to launch to another url on Thursday.
Hello
I have two questions regarding mobile version.
1. Is it possible to remove “Single Post Review Summary” and “Single Post Review Overall”, post date, post author info, from all my posts from mobile version?
2. I have some pages made with Tagdiv Composer and in mobile version they are completly blank – no any element displays. How can I fix this?
Thank you!
Sergey
Hi,
Removing the theme structured data would be possible if you remove it from the theme code only. Most of the structured data for the posts is located in this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/6afOnwYmF
The theme contains the basic required data, like author, date published, date modified, reviews etc. Only manually could this be removed.
Please make this change in child theme, in this way if you make update to theme those changes will remain.
Hope this will help you.
Thanks.
Hi,
Please check this documentation:
-> https://www.wpkube.com/best-wordpress-membership-plugins-match-budget/
Also there are many plugins for content restriction
-> https://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-content/
-> https://wordpress.org/plugins/restrict-content-pro-bbpress/
-> https://www.themembershipguys.com/restrict-content-pro-review/
Hope this will help you!

Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to use the review for users of the page, sorry! You need to find such a plugin with this functionality and check how it works.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
Please understand that the main functionality of the AMP plugin is to display the posts very quickly on Google’s eye. Basically, when a client in on AMP version, he is not on your website (that’s why your visits were falling down more and more ) and the main goal is to redirect it to your own website. The AMP will have to be viewed as a preview of the posts pages of your website which are delivered by the Google AMP Cache. This is a proxy-based content delivery network for delivering all valid AMP documents. It fetches AMP HTML pages, caches them, and improves page performance automatically. For more information about this case and to better understand the operating system for this plug-in, please check the following useful manual from here -> https://www.searchenginejournal.com/difference-accelerated-mobile-pages-amp-mobile-friendly-pages/172967/
As a very good example, please check the official page of Seo Yoast and there you will see that they have not implemented the menu bar on AMP pages, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/OfzMGTLPQk
Also, please notice that AMP will work only for pages which were made with simple text and not with some page builder elements.
For more references and for a better understanding of AMP functionality please read the plugin documentation!!!
You should press the Leave a comment button from aMP and the user will be automatically redirected to your original website -> https://www.screencast.com/t/sG5xfpdE
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
If you will check our demo preview from here -> you will see that the main menu is omnipresent for all the website pages, sorry! Most likely, this problem comes from your untested plugins. Try to disable all of these, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results. If you need more assistance, please provide your website URL.
Hope that helps!
Thanks.

Any idea why I’m seeing a gap in the Category display here – http://jazzreview.co.uk/category/reviews/? Hit Reviews in menu bar to see what I mean – in the 4th row, columns 2 & 3 are empty. Thanks, Mark
Since I see post after post regarding tagDiv Composer failing in a myriad of ways I am re-posting my January 13, 2019 problem–yesterday at this moment.
The “tagDiv Composer button” on the ADD PAGE did not show at all.
As I reported, there were no problems with installation of the plugin.
I even de-installed and re-installed yesterday with no report of error.
However, I just made the tagDiv Composer Button SHOW on ADD PAGE!
WP 5.0.3 installs its new BLOCK COMPOSER by DEFAULT
Classic Editor, from this version onward into the future, it says, is now a plugin!
On a suspicion I went down into the SETTINGS/OPTIONS on the right-hand of the Add Page view to the very bottom where it says “EDITORS”
Opening it up I was shown an Option for initiating the “Switch to Classic Editor?” (in place of the new 5.0.3 WP page editor).
After choosing to Use Classic Editor it asked if I wanted to Leave the Page. I did and selected that.
When the old WordPress Classic Editor View showed up again the TAGDIV COMPOSER Button was now sitting big and blue underneath the page title field.
And clicking the button launched the front end TagDiv Composer editor as before.
However, after a quick experiment of using the TD Composer and Saving a Composed page I experienced that the next ADD PAGE use SWITCHES BACK to the new default block editor of WP 5.0.3
In other words, if you say, Preview the Page, after that Preview of the page you just composed with TD Composer then deciding to ADD another page the Page Editor will have switched back to the new WP Default and the TD Composer button is missing again.
Then I had to go down and select “Switch to Classic Editor?” AGAIN to be able to See and Use TD Composer.
I don’t know yet if there is a way to make WP KEEP the Classic Editor view as Default.
On the homepage the thumbnails don’t show up as high-density (retina), but if I click on any of the subcategories in one of the blocks, the thumbnails are sized properly for retina displays.
For example, on this page https://glasair-owners.com the default view shows thumbnails in the first block (Glastar & Sportsman) below the big grid at 324x160px. However, if you click on a subcategory on the homepage, “All” for example, the thumbnails will be shown at 648 x 320 px (scaled to 324 x 160 px).
Also, if I edit the home page with TD composer, all of the thumbnails—including the big grid, are shown as retina-sized in the live preview.
Is this some weird caching issue, or am I overlooking some obscure setting?
Thanks!
