Hello,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

All the pro DEMOS use cloud library templates meaning that they are fully editable using tagDiv Composer and also the theme will be lighter because the queries will be made only for the elements that are in the templates.

If you don’t resolve the problem, please send us a link for your website and some screenshots with the problem.

Hope this helps you!

Thank you!

Hello @Vlad S

So, something is wrong with my website.

I use templates from the cloud library. The “standard pack” plugin is disabled.

This is what my mobile website looks like:

https://fotos.subefotos.com/a207b2f719a65effdda1653a9ce71c3ao.jpg

If I deactivate the “tag div mobile” plugin, the amp version looks broken, like this:

https://fotos.subefotos.com/66412f3edb0991ba065ee90dc551031bo.jpg

Then, for it to work properly (even with a different design), I have to have the “tagdiv mobile” plugin activated, only in its amp version:

https://fotos.subefotos.com/63ef4f9dbce6022a61c2eaf315172750o.jpg

What should I do to be able to do without this plugin, and that AMP looks good?

Cheers, Jose

PF: website: https://cutt.ly/Ah5gvDB (now have tagdib mobile enable)

Okey, so ive gotten a few problems lately
First off. tagDiv Composer, won’t update when there is a update, i have to go and rename it manually to get the new update.
and now with the new 10.3.9.1 update, the tagDiv Cloud Library failed to even load, so it crashes the site.

An error of the type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 135 in the file /home/1/w/weednorge/www/wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/td-cloud-library.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required 'includes/tdb_functions.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php')

also, the iThemes Security plugin just stopped working, and deactiveded itself? would like to not need to make a fresh install, but i will if theres nothing to do about it.

Hello!

The logo images you can find and modify them in Media -> Library.

Also, we have 2 different options to change a logo:

1. If you use a cloud template or a PRO theme, then you can easily edit the header logo with TagDiv Composer plugin like this: https://www.screencast.com/t/qsgcjwbII
Read more about the plugin here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

2. If you use a default template, then you can set the logo in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Header -> Logo & Favicon

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hello,

You can add a podcast by following these steps:
1. Edit a page with tagDiv Composer, and access this => https://www.screencast.com/t/kCS6vPh2Skk .
2. Search right there about “podcast” and choose which podcast you want(ex: Block 85) and select “Import section” => https://www.screencast.com/t/BCgUzAke0C5, the block will be set at the bottom page content.
3. Edit a post and do these settings like here in Post => https://www.screencast.com/t/ALdOK9pkboH
Post Format => Audio,
Paste your audio link in the empty label called “Featured Audio”.
4. Now edit the Flex Block with tagDiv Composer and use the filter tab =>https://www.screencast.com/t/HkrYdZ9wXl to display the posts with featured audio.

Hope that helps you!

Thank you!

Hi,
I think that you are referring that it need to be display link this https://i.imgur.com/bauUmaf.png and is like this -> https://i.imgur.com/DPOm8o1.png this is because you are using some plugins and are in conflict with tagdiv Cloud Library, for example when you are using tagDiv Cloud Library with WPBakery.
Please try only with theme plugins, if the problem persists, please provide a link where I can inspect the situation.
Thank you!

Hi,

Images are lost on TagDiv Slide after migration on homepage except turn off LazyLoad from theme panel -> https://imgur.com/hPDz1Ys

We don’t use any other image lazy-load or optimization plugins besides the theme LazyLoad.

Our plugin’s are;

– Classic Editor (from WordPress Contributors)
– tagDiv Cloud Library
– tagDiv Composer
– tagDiv Social Counter
– tagDiv Standard Pack

Is there any conflict between WordPress 5.6 and the theme?

Thanks.

Hi,
If it was only html, css or js, then you could use the html, css elements or column text and text with title to set your shortcodes/html/css code with tagDiv Composer inside the single post template, but because it is a php code, for the moment this can be set only in theme plugin files -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single now the problem is to get the data-href -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/get_permalink/
Here is a similar thread -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/partsheader-ad-wheres-the-new-place-to-put-my-php-code/
Hope this will help you!

Good afternoon,

Today, WordPress automatically updated to 5.6 and now, when clicking “Add New Post,” I get all of the following error messages (See at the end.) I tried downgrading to the previous version 5.5.3, but that didn’t work. I also disabled ALL plugins except for tagdiv plugins and the error messages still appear. The only plugin that makes it go away is disabling the tagdiv composer plugin. I can then edit new posts, but it breaks the frontend of the site so that is not a solution.

See error messages below:

Hey Calin, thanks! That makes perfect sense. Except when I try to update the plugins (the only one missing is tagDiv Cloud Library, which make sense), I, the admin, get this message:

Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
This message was triggered by Core.

Call stack:

wp_die()
wp-admin/includes/menu.php:350

NM – was able to update via Plugins rather than the Theme menu. All fixed! Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately there is no option for this, you can achieve the hours ago on blocks only with custom work.
For this you can use this article -> https://mekshq.com/change-wordpress-date-format-to-time-ago/ or the official documentation -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/human_time_diff/
There are also plugins that can be use for this -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/meks-time-ago/
If you want to use the “Time ago format” you need to use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library and edit it with tagDiv Composer click on single post date and enable the “Time ago format” -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2G5ogZnde0JZ
Thank you!

Hello !

Our suggestion is to go to full template layout and disable the standard pack plugin. All the pro DEMOS use cloud library templates meaning that they are fully editable using tagDiv Composer and also the theme will be lighter because the queries will be made only for the elements that are in the templates.

Let us know the result !

Hi,
You can save the current layout only if you make a full backup to your website and database.
If you disable the tagDiv Standard Pack then you’ll still be able to use tagDiv Composer builder with drag and drop, because this is a different theme plugin, and you can use it with tagDiv Cloud Library.
Thank you!

Hi sirsly,
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict. Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also anther thing that you can try is to disable tagDiv Composer and cloud library, delete them and reinstall the plugins again, but this only after you checked the plugins for conflict.
Thank you!

Hi ejazkhan, indeed there is no option only for amp comments, if you are using the mobile theme plugin then you can use the options for standard post templates -> https://i.imgur.com/gbTSlhX.png this option can be use if you are using a pro demo or a single post template from tagDiv Cloud library for your posts.
Thank you!

Hi, this is a cloud template https://imgbb.com/xJx3rDg not a standard/default template -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-default-templates/
Usually the problem that you descried appear when you have a plugin conflict, for example when you are using tagDiv Cloud Library with WPBakery.
Please try only with theme plugins, if the problem persists, please provide a link where I can inspect the situation.
Thank you!

Hello,

I installed the Newspaper theme recently and have noticed that I cannot add or edit pages using the tagdiv composer. The plugin shows as installed/active in my plugins but my Theme Panel says that it is outdated and the update fails every time. Other plugins such as Cloud Library, Social encounter and Standard Pack.

Editing any other page or template (except the home page) with the default builder creates a lot of problems everywhere. Sometimes the images are greyed out when I click on the media library from the builder. Sometimes the latest edited page becomes the home page. The following are the active plugins on the website:

Classic Editor
Post Views Counter
Really Simple SSL
reSmush.it Image Optimizer
Schema – All In One Schema Rich Snippets
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Social Counter
tagDiv Standard Pack
UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
User Submitted Posts
WP User Frontend
