Hi there,
Suddenly, my website gets this error msg when I’ve tried to access the ‘widgets’ to fix the sidebar Fatal error: Call to undefined method td_util::tdc_is_installed() in /home/niem/public_html/niem/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/includes/tdc_main.php on line 929

The weirdest thing is that with admin account, the sidebar looks all wrong but if I log in as subscriber, it looks very normal.

"Page Contents" text on home page? - topic

Hi,
Just decided to check out my website in incognito mode and at the top left of the screen on the home page only are the words – “page contents” in plain text
I tried to edit the home page with TD composer but cant see anything obviously wrong, what should I be looking for here?

Hello,

I’m having a problem with the Save button in the TDComposer.

So the Save button is showing up (I don’t have any problems on this before), but when I do save, the diskette button is gone and it’s supposed to save, but this time, it just keeps on loading round, and nothing happens, but it saves the changes, but the the thing is if i wanted to edit some parts I can’t since I cannot save it, since the Save button is gone. So I have to refresh it again, make changes, save and refresh it again.

How to Hide the Breadcrumbs in Homepage? - reply

Hi Edward,

Yes, correct I’m using the default WP homepage. Sorry I did not mention that I am not using TD Composer for my homepage. Do you know how to hide the Breadcrumbs?

I’m aware that I need to paste some Custom CSS but I don’t know the code. 🙂

Installing the Art Creek demo results in 2 image errors - reply

To elaborate more on this matter: it concerns the following images:
– http://192.168.0.208/wp_011_test_demos/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/td-dark-bg-2.jpg
– http://192.168.0.208/wp_011_test_demos/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/td-dark-bg-3.jpg
On the homepage.

For reasons not known to us, our domain name is replaced with ‘192.168.0.208’ (only for those 2 images) which is a faulty local IP-address.

This results in 21 extra seconds to finish the page in the browser.
This also occurs in the backend when editing this page with the TagDiv Composer. Therefor it is impossible to work on that page.

I am not able to install Composer.
This is what I get when I attempt to install tagdiv composer …

Оn the first and third my question I added the following code. At the moment it suits me.

2) About logo size – OK.

4) I removed the news ticker with TD Composer, but after, there was an empty column, which is not removed and the place between does not go away and the size around the block does not decrease?!

Hi,

I still use Visual Composer on my website. I have no time (and no clue how to) switch to the Tagdiv Pagebuilder. My version of Visual Composer is getting outdated.

I have 2 questions about this issue.
1. Is there a way to updae to a more recent version op Visual Composer?
2. What will happen to my site if I deactivate Visual Composer?

Pleas make sure you use the latest version (8.7.2) as there was an issue addressed in the latest version regarding slow back-end response when using the tagdiv composer.

Hi,

First please make sure you have the latest version of the theme (8.7.2) and theme plugins, especially the composer plugin. The tagDiv composer is now version 2.1.

In some cases the solutions from this topic worked for blank pages

You could give those a try.

Could not create even a simple text page by TD Composer :( - topic

Hi there,

I tried to make a single page with some simple texts with the some text styles as bold, italic… and guess what? the tagDiv composer could not even do it!?!

The only useful thing for me to make my custom text in TD Composer is the “Raw html” element, but it can only add HTML, but what I wanted is I can easily bold/italic the text, adding list, coloring the text etc. and it could not even do that.

I can only make such edits with Post type but I want it with Page type too, for my homepage.

How can a page builder could not simply make these simple edits?? MUCH WORSE THAN VISUAL COMPOSER!!!

I WANT THESE SIMPLE TOOLS IN THE TD COMPOSER!!!

Please notice that we do not recommend using the Visual Composer or TD Composer in the post pages, sorry! The theme has not been tested with these page builders on post pages, sorry!

I have tagDiv composer installed and active but it doesn’t appear anywhere. I only get option for WP Bakery Page Builder. If I de-activate WP Bakery, then I still don’t see any options for tagDiv composer.

Hi guys i need help. I using newspaper theme cryptonews demo but tagdiv composer not working and i cant edit page.

Error : Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!

I tried to do the cryptonews demo manually but if i do Show to Hide(https://prnt.sc/itt1ft) tagdiv composer stopping work.

You could ask your hosting if the concatenate scripts is set to true. Let us know.
