our website was working fine, we didn’t make any change , but today we try to check categories pages and it shows blank page / edited / you can check the menu you can see just blank pages, it this caused by an update ?

I recently took over this site using Newspaper and I’ve already had a bunch of issues (most of them are NOT theme related)
so when I finally wanted to start on the pages I saw a few things. I updated to the new version. Now When I make a new page or when I duplicate a page i see that the background colour is the same as the menu. AND The whole thing is boxed at the moment.
Can you help me with this? It just needs to be white.

Yes ! You can update but make sure that you’ve deleted the old version first. Do not overwrite the files because it will cause a lot of issues. If you make a clean install of the theme and update your plugins everything will work perfect.

I am trying to update the key of an existing module (td_module_17) like described here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/td_api_moduleupdate_key/
My code in my custom plugin is:
td_api_module::update_key('td_module_17', 'file', $this->plugin_path . '/parts/modules/td_module_90.php');
Unfortunately, I am getting a wp_booster_error:
wp_booster error:
td_api_base: A component with the ID: td_module_17 it's already registered in td_api_base
Am I using the API correctly and something is not working within the API? Or am I completely wrong?

The whatsapp is an mobile app, that’s way our developer theme show the whatsapp social sharing only on mobile, but now is look like more users start to use it on desktop too and your suggestions are pretty good, and can be achieve with some custom work; I will note your suggestion on your suggestions list, maybe this will be implement in our theme for coming updates.

I’m having the following problem:
I’m using the Redirection plugin + W3Total cache plugin + Cloudflare. I recently found out that there’s an issue with the status headers of the 404 urls.
For example, after cleaning of all plugin caches and the Cloudflare cache, and testing an already removed url with a redirect checker, the first check shows always 404 and the second, incl. all next checks – 200 OK is returned. It’s the same with each 404s. I tested numerous times.
A better description of my issue by another person in the past:
“[caching plugin] is disabled. I visit a known bad link on my site (https://example.com/xyzz/) and receive a 404 error page. I can verify in Chrome’s Inspector and/or Firebug that the “404 Not Found” status is being properly served in the HTTP headers. An online redirect checkers shows a proper 404 status.
I turn [caching plugin] on and visit the same URL. On the initial visit I am served a cached page (verified by the debugging comments inserted by the plugin at the bottom of the HTML source) with the proper “404 Not Found” status in the HTTP header.
If I visit the page again (https://example.com/xyzz/), I’m served the same cached page from #2 above displaying the “404 – Page Not Found” error to the user, but with a “200 OK” status in the HTTP header.
If I turn [caching plugin] off and visit the page again, I am again being served an uncached page with the correct “404 Not Found” status in the HTTP header.
Any idea what might be going on here? This is seems to be causing some an issue where Google Bot is attempting to index some non-existent pages because its seeing the “200 OK” HTTP header instead of the proper 404.”

It is mandatory to delete all what was left from the older version before intalling this update. Overwriting the files would cause a lot of problems. If you are certain that you have installed the updates correctly by deleting all of the older versions and made a clean install from scratch please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. Before after every update i must make change for have last modified date in post, after i change with Publisher template who do that in setting, it’s more easy !
But now i re-use tagdiv newspaper for news website, then again same problem, and i don’t understand cloud librairie, i can see template who are similar to those i use already but don’t find way to add it to my website.
I think it’s very important option for SEO, hope your team will do like other do already, add this option in setting.
Actually i use plugin for do that but it’s not very beautiful, it add modified date under picture.
Hope you’ll do it a day, it’s useful option!
Ads not appearing on the website on the latest theme update
I think it is not about the theme. When it was disappeared, I thoung it is because of wordpress update or theme but I read some posts on forum websites and there are a lot of people and they have same issue. Probably, it is about adsense update or something but it is bad

I’ve updated my site’s Newspaper theme to v9.75 as well as all plugins and WP. The included WPBakery Page Builder plugin v.5.7 is installed and visible in ‘Edit Page’ view.
Even with all non-Newspaper plugins turned off my website home page layout is jumbled and some secondary pages are blank. See original, pre-update site here; Marketwisetrader.com. The post update, development clone updated version is here; //mkdv.meta-morphos.es
The WPBakery post page layouts seems to have survived. Secondary pages for ‘Store’, are blank whether WooCommerce plugin is on or off.
I built the site’s page layouts using WPBakery Page Builder. When I now view the page layouts back end view with WPBakery selected, the row and collum layouts with blocks looks correct. When I preview the same pages however, image sizing is off, and row/collum and block location is out of order.
Could you view this and suggest how I can correct this?
Will the back end editor, WPBakery be phased out in the future?
Will there be a problem in the future if some pages are ‘legacy’ having been built with WPBakery, and others built from front end with TagDiv Composer?
